The car had not been cleaned and the dashboard looked like it had been hit with a blowtorch. Terrible shape considering the car only had 35k miles on it. Everything was great with the car, my only note is that the price you are quoted is significantly more when you pick up the car. The price we reserved the car for was around $125 but when we picked up the car the price was double that price. I did feel a bit trapped because I needed the car but deceptive pricing never make me feel good as a customer.Reviewed Jul 17 2024

Dealer’s choice will convince you to get an upgrade, the default a 2-door manual crank window car. Other companies at the same price would give you a normal 2015 or newer car. Ended up paying 50% more for the upgrade.Reviewed Jul 16 2024

I paid double than what I was quoted online, I felt blindsided. Getting there wasn’t as easy as I thought since it’s not at the airport and a little off of it. There are other rental companies located at the airport that I wish I had known about it. Overall it wasn’t a terrible experience, but I wouldn’t rent again.Reviewed Jul 15 2024

Absolutely awful. They didn’t have anyone at the Payless so everyone had to be in one line at the Avis. Line was SO long and the staff was moving so slowly. I saw one staff member texting slowly while looking at all of us in the long line. Extremely hot in there, felt like no AC. We ended up walking out and choosing to Uber the hour drive to our hotel and waste the money because we had a wedding to get to. Truly one of the worst experiences ever. I rented four cars on separate bookings. When our group arrived at the airport the check-in staff smiled when we said we were there to pickup out cars. They don't have any cars. He then said we should hire from the competition next to his kiosk at exorbitant rates. We needed to take an Uber to get back home. I think it was a scam. I booked the car at a very reasonable rate that I could afford. I got there and they said yes they had my booking but no they did not have a car and so would I please book with the company next to them. That company was beyond what I could afford and I left without a car. Very bad experience.Reviewed Jul 11 2024
