Pros:It was kinda cheap

Cons:Payless was also officed with Budget and Avis at the airport, but there was no signage and nothing in my paperwork that indicated that. I ended up having to call the number given while standing literally in front of the counter.

Cons:They never showed up to get us a car and never answered their mobile or office phone we were stuck at the airport without a car and had to rent another car that was even more expensive because our reservation blew us off completely. Worst company ever to have booked a car with and then they don't even get you a car or answer their phone. We tried calling them for 2 hours before we decided to rent another car. They are liars. They don't come through for you. They shouldn't even be in business.

Pros:The desk staff member at the airport helped with my problem later described.
Cons:I was charged 120 Euro for a malfunctioning GPS, which added confusion and tension to my trip. When returning the very dirty car after two weeks, one of the lot staff mistakenly indicated three places of damage on the return paper, when in fact, the marks were just dirt. Is this a scam? To rent the car, I was forced to deposit 1500 Euro for potential damage. Does this company at this location deliberately lie about damages to keep the security deposit? I threw a fit and demanded a new paper, the name of the culprit on duty (Sovlelei), and an assurance that I wouldn't be charged for these spurious claims.
Cons:Returned the car and the attendant made the subjective opinion that the car was dirty and needed to be cleaned. I explained that the dirt roads in Greece are dusty. But according to his opinion, one offered without justified criteria, I had to pay a cleaning charge. His supervisor maintained the same arrogant subjective opinion. Clueless when it comes to customer service.
