Cons:They had no cars available for 1.5 hours even though I had a reservation. I had to go and get a car from another company and paid a higher price.

Cons:The car was cleaned with some janitorial strength cleaner that never dissipated. I am sensitive to chemicals in general, and this is just a disaster for me. If I'd had to spend more time in the car than I did it would have ruined my trip. Also, I wanted to buy the gas, and the agent did not follow through on the contract. They charge $10 a gallon for gas if you don't bring the car back full. How is that even legal? It's very inconvenient to get gas near ATL because my bank assumes my card's been stolen and it gets declined. : (
Cons:Scam! They have policy that if you do not pick up the car within four hours of when you estimate you pick it up they give your reservation away. Of course, you have get a car and the only thing the have left is an SUV that costs twice what you want to spend and originally reserved. That is dirty
Cons:There was no one at the pickup booth and I had to wait for someone to show up. The person at the booth when I returned the car was not assigned there and told me to just leave the keys and they would e-mail me my receipt. I'm still waiting.
Pros:The staff at the airport was nice enough. They were put in a difficult circumstance by the company.
Cons:I had to wait in line 15 min to find out that a car was not available. They said there would be a 1 hr wait (this was 9:30 pm). A lot of people were in the same situation. You are required to pay a portion in advance to reserve the car. They said that I wouldn't be charged. But now I have a charge on my card that I have to dispute. If it is this company, it showed up as Travel Insurance Policy. What I have seen makes me wonder if the whole operation is a scam. Pick up was at Atlanta airport.
