Pros: When I arrived they had no standard size cars and would not upgrade me to an SUV without additional cost. I rented from Alamo instead.

Pros: Absolutely nothing
Cons: If my reservation would of held any validity. Got to the airport and went to the car rental and they were sold out of cars. It didn’t matter that I had made a reservation 3 weeks in advance.

Pros: The staff was so friendly and helpful, pickup and drop-off took a quarter of the time it takes with other companies I’ve used.
Cons: Honestly, nothing could have been better. They’ve gotten a Payless renter for life.

Pros: Ease of booking online
Cons: I booked a SUV online and the rep at the airport said he didn't have anymore SUV and could rent a compact car to me. I told him I booked a SUV and he said, "Well you know it's by availability, right?" But the small print didn't say that anywhere. I had to rent at Alamo at the next desk.

Pros: Nothing. Horrible company.
Cons: They didn’t have a car for us when we arrived. We were told they were sold out. Why take reservations for cars that are not available. We almost got stranded at the airport. Thanks to Alamo rental for assisting us.

Cons: You could have cars available and not make customers with reservations wait over 2 hours. My understanding this is standard operating procedure. Business travelers are on a schedule and this is horrible and will never ever rent from an organization that doesn’t respect my time.

Cons: I don't have a credit card, I have a debit card. Payless let me book a rental car with my debit card; however, when I tried to get the car, they told me I needed a credit card. Total waste of everyone's time. Why would they let me book a car with a card that they don't accept?

Pros: I love the hidden fees and credit check they ran! The fact that I paid $18.00 to book the reservation and never got the car!
