Pros:Received an upgrade even though we didn't want it.
Cons:Receptionist was extremely rude the entire time, accusing us of spreading covid-19. Double charged by company and still fighting to receive a refund as they have quit responding to my emails.
Pros:Staff was very helpful. Needed and extra rental day and was no problem getting it done
Pros:Vehicle rented was good. Pickup was good.
Cons:Didn't know there was a mileage limit. It was a new vehicle that when it got hot smelled of burning rubber.
