Pros: The bed was very comfortable, food good, location excellent.
Pros: Very comfortable, kind hosts
Pros: This suite was very roomy and comfortable. It included a small living room, a bedroom, a bathroom and a large kitchen. The hosts provided English muffins, bagels, cereal, fruit, yogurt and coffee in our kitchen for our breakfast. They also provided us with recommendations for restaurants and things to do in the area. The attention to detail such as including bath robes, make up wipes and even a lip balm were a very nice surprise. Highly recommend doing the Decew Falls hike while there.
Pros: I liked everything about this bed and breakfast. Very peaceful and quiet. Everything was there that I could possibly need
Cons: The fact that I couldn’t stay longer.
Pros: This bed and breakfast were extremely accommodating. It was the little things like the breakfast items ready for us and even surprising us with sparklers for Victoria Day. They take time in making their guests feel welcome.
Cons: The mosquitos! Just come prepared with bug spray
Pros: Everything was perfect thanks again Best choices we made Maha
Pros: This was so nice. It was very clean and quiet. We loved it and will definitely be back. I highly recommend this property.
Pros: Ideal location for exploring the area.
Pros: It's the best place to explore the whole niagara region. If you want to be at the Niagara Falls before the busses from Toronto come, this is the place to be! There is so much to see that it was good that we stayed for a couple of nights. There are other falls like decew falls, beaches, vine yards and many more things to do. just ask the authentic Canadian host, they will help you with any questions. Thank you so much!

Pros: Close to the camp grounds where the grandkids were for the week
Cons: Outside looked run down and not well groomed. However the room was nice and clean.
Pros: Owner is extremely nice! Room is clean and the bed is comfortable.
Cons: So far so good!
Cons: Place was run down/ Pool was not available/ Air conditioning broken
Pros: This motel is in an excellent location for visiting friends in the Fonthill area. All the amenities you would expect were available in the room.
Cons: It's an older facility and is starting to look a bit shabby.
Pros: there is no breakfast here
Cons: The grounds of the property could be more polished. Old chairs outside, uncut grass, garbage bins in sight.
Pros: We were surprised that the low price didn't require us to make any sacrifices. The motel is well on par with more expensive motels, so don't let the low price scare you. The only difference is that the rooms are just a little bit smaller, but they are clean and in good shape. There is no breakfast as far as we know but you get that also at some more expensive motels. As long as you don't mind that, there is no reason to shy away from this budget priced motel. It does measure up!!!
Cons: Nothing really. The intersection is a bit noisy but this is not the motel's fault.
Pros: I didnt like anything overall experience.
Cons: The photos are misleading of what the actual place is. The main photo is of the Fonthill town not of this motel. The bed was not comfortable to sleep on, the room was very outdated and not modern or clean.
Pros: very clean and cozy, priced very reasonable, outstanding staff. easy access and parking, had everything I needed.
Cons: shower way too small
Pros: The staffs were great and very helpful and i liked the location. Worth the price.
Cons: Place is too good.
Pros: Extra pillows, comfortable chair, pictures were accurate. Very clean.
Cons: Wifi a little erratic.
Pros: Unhappy cuase you advertised the place for 70$ a night got there and it was 85$ per night I told then I wasn't unhappy with them as it wasn't there fault air-conditioning was terrible room was clean pool was little scary but useable . I will be coming back because there a joyful set of owners NOT BECAUSE OF BOOKING DOT COM..
Cons: Room was boiling and nosey air conditioning unit was terrible..
Pros: Friendly staff, clean and peaceful

Pros: We felt like we were back in college!
Pros: The A/C was too high. Very cold.
Pros: The reception was super friendly and the rooms were clean
Pros: Very disappointed from the overall experience. The staff there doesn't know what's going on at all. Firstly, we were given rooms that still had personal belongings from previous people. When reported to the reception at 11pm the lady on duty, asked me if i can wait with my toddler until she sorts out "tonight reservation quickly" and then will come and see because she didn't believe me. On the next day i was supposed to have my preauthorisation returned, but instead i was charged once again. When i called them, the lady on the phone said that according to their system I have never showed up?! After I described the whole building and the fact that firstly, we were given some rooms which later on where changed she told me that " It's Monday morning and she has a lot to do, so she will call me by tomorrow with an update". In stead of a call, i received an email saying she doesn;t know how to call international numbers and thus she is writing to me without even an apology, that the problem is in my bank because they haven't updated that the money are released?! In addition to the fact that the customer service was rubbish, the amenities weren;t clean to a good standard and there wasn;t a night light so we had to sleep with lights on because of our baby.

Pros: Great value for money. Liked the privacy of two separate rooms. It is a dorm, so not cozy.
Cons: Location, facilities, wasn’t clean, felt dirty
Pros: I didnt see croissants ? Excellent Experience.
Cons: Nothing to complain about.
Pros: How quiet and friendly the staff was
Cons: How there was no wifi in the bedrooms
Pros: The location for me and my husband was perfect because we were able to visit family nearby. It was clean and a good kitchen area. The staff - particularly Monica and Jared, were super and we were very grateful for all they did.
Cons: The bedding was too small! It wouldn’t cost much to have sheets that fit the bed!
Pros: Quiet friendly staff
Cons: No wifi in the rooms

Cons: There was no cable box. Spoke to front desk staff several times about this and was always told, don't worry we will fix it. I requested compensation and owner was finally notified on departure date and said she would get back to me but never has.
Pros: Like all others. Very plain. I prefer a hot breakfast.
Pros: The staff are very helpful and keep smiling The hotel in general is clean and calm
Cons: Hotel was quite run down. Felt let down by Wyndam, where I have stayed at in other locations. Always happy until now. Just felt it was too expensive for the hotel.
Cons: The facility needs a complete upgraded reno.
Cons: The first room we were given had a smell of marijuana . The next room had the smell of stale cigarettes. I don’t think the curtains were ever cleaned. The bed headboard hadn’t been dusted in quite some time.
Cons: Very dirty room! The bathroom in particular- there was stool on the toilet handle, the shower was obviously not cleaned & the shower head would not move or provide anything other than 3 hard streams of water. The tap on the sink sprayed water in every direction. The microwave had an old full yogurt container & a peanut butter single serve container inside it !
Cons: Need renovations and upgrades.
Pros: Very comfortable room. Continental breakfast was excellent.
Cons: I had to call since there was no fridge in the room. Then I had to call again because the cable wiring was missing for the television.
Pros: This was a good location for us as we prepared to cycle along the Welland Canal the next day. Breakfast was really good, with the bonus of a waffle maker and also fresh fruit (no mushy fruit salad).
Cons: Check in was very smooth but the gal at the front desk did very little to welcome us to the motel -- no information on how to find/access the wifi, no information on breakfast hours. There is no information sheet of package in the rooms, so I had to call back down for breakfast info. The pillows were very thick and hard and as a result we both had a very uncomfortable sleep. No extra pillows in the room to choose from. I would likely stay here again because everything else was fine, but would bring my own pillow.
Cons: Overpriced for the amenities you get / room was quite small.
Pros: Nothing. Staff didnt seem to react to anything and were very slow paced. Breakfast was not all they said by far.
Cons: The first room they put us in had water damage and a horribly strong mould smell, we where coughing instantly. The second room they claimed was already renovated, only had new floors, but peeling wallpaper and holes in the wall. No shears, your curtains were either open for all to see in or closed. Disgusted

This hotel has facilities measuring 20000 square feet (1858 square meters), including conference space. Free self parking is available onsite.
Pros: The rooms were clean. Bathtub was clean, and the beds were clean. Nothing major to complain about. Building is still under renovations. Breakfast was good. The outside appearance at first makes you think the interior is the same, however it is not. The interior is very nice and you can tell that Once the renovation is complete it will look beautiful.
Cons: The bathroom floor could use remodeling as well as a light touch up in the rooms. The exterior needs to be remodeled to look more modernized.
Cons: Dirty sticky room floor. Breakfast was missing items. Iron and iron board missing.
Pros: The staff were absolutely remarkable
Pros: The staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast could be improved.
Cons: Breakfast was not replenished after 10. We got no coffee and had to chase down staff to make more. Still waiting
Pros: The staff member who checked us in was friendly and welcoming
Cons: The hotel is very dated. It says it had recently been renovated, but that’s hard to believe. The patio door had a stick in it to keep it “locked” The sheets were stained, so nasty. The bathroom floors were stained. There were 2 upholstery covered cubes you could sit in or put luggage on, input nothing on them, also stained.
Pros: The sinks and beds was filled with hair. One of our rooms was missing a toliet sit. We paid 244. 08 and they only refunded us 170 back. This was a horrible experience for my family. I will never recommend this place. Just nasty.
Cons: Everything and I want all my money back. I have a few pictures and videos of this nasty place. The need to close the doors.
Pros: Large room was wonderful. The beds were extremely comfortable.
Cons: The heating/cooling unit was barely able to overcome the continuous draft which was coming in around it.
Pros: Breakfast was plentiful. Bed was comfortable.
Cons: Hallways were way too dark and it felt like I was going down a unlit tunnel. What's up with that? Carpeting in the room was stained (eew). Made it difficult to stand on if you want to avoid dirty carpet. Ceiling above tub looks like someone threw up on it. Double eww not to mention disgusting. Big stain on room curtain that looked like poop. Shower curtain much too long and causes a big tripping hazard inside tub. Had reservations for four but not enough washcloths in room. Went to the front desk and they didn't have any more washcloths. ?????
Pros: Breakfast was a surprise but needs to be expanded. It felt like it was an after thought and not really something they do on a regular basis as this was not advertised as part of the hotel and the booking. The pancakes were very delicious.
Cons: We booked two queen beds and ended up in two doubles, we are not small people and there were three of us in a room. I did not realize the hotel offered king beds as well. We were not given the opportunity to change this, our sleep was very poor.
Pros: The fridge in the room
Cons: The Keurig in the room didn't work
Pros: The staff were all wonderful, the room was clean and comfortable we enjoyed our pancake breakfast too!
Cons: I have no complaints
Pros: Location close to work site
Cons: The room was not as the pictures look. the bathroom was "renovated"... but only half of a medicine cabinet mirror was the only mirror in the room.... a bug like I've never seen in the bath surround.... and then... no hair dryer. The room didnt have a remote for the tv, when delivered, the signal was so weak, tv was not an option to watch. The room prices do not match the value for the room. Once a month I stay at hotels around Ontario, this is the worst by far for value.
