Pros: I loved my stay at the Trillium. Mary, the host, was wonderful. She was very helpful in showing me how to get to all the attractions and recommending I walk the 20 minutes to the falls, rather than drive and pay the outrageous parking fees. She was absolutely right. My room and bathroom were comfortable and clean. The air conditioning in the room was wonderful, as it was very warm outside. The breakfast was delicious! If I ever return to Niagara Falls I would definitely stay here again.
Cons: Nothing. Everything was great!
Trillium Bed & Breakfast puts you just a 5-minute drive from Horseshoe Falls and Daredevil Museum of Niagara Falls. Free perks include WiFi, self parking, and full breakfast daily between 8 AM and 9:30 AM. Also, American Falls and Bridal Veil Falls are within a short drive.
Pros: Close to our event. Beds & pillows excellent. Staff very friendly.
Cons: Very satisfied.
Pros: We enjoyed everything about this hotel. It was quiet and when we asked for a later checkout by an hour, there was no problem.
Cons: Three hair dryer didn't work and night light in three bathroom needed a new bulb, neither of these were an issue for us. When mentioned, three owner was going to fix them immediately. You couldn't ask for better service. We will definitely be going back.
Pros: Stayed here multiple times. That is why I booked this motel. Clean, Clean, Clean
Cons: Bad matress
Pros: I Liked that it was right of the Highway, it was clean, and the staff was friendly..
Cons: No it met all that was required for it's star rating..
Amazing soundproofing insulates guests from noise of adjacent very busy highway!
Pros: Friendly warm welcome and obvious meticulous care
Pros: J' ai bien aimé la propreté de la chambre et le lit était très confortable.
Cons: Le climatiseur était bruyant et malgré qu'il y en avait un, il faisait tout de même chaud la nuit.
Pros: Hotel Employee was very nice and helpful
Cons: Breakfast...more selection would have been nice or even toast for that matter
Pros: Location. Quiet Room.
Cons: Nothing - everything was terrific!
Pros: Very clean. Updated modern amenities. Safe. Quiet. Nice staff.
Pros: very clean, friendly at front desk
Cons: poor breakfast, should not offer it
Pros: For a two star rating, The Capri exceeded expectations. Clean room, good location next to the Queen Elizabeth Highway, and courteous, friendly front desk staff.
Cons: There was nothing that I found to be unsatisfactory.
Enjoy your visit to St. Catharines with a stay at Capri Inn. Guests will have free perks like WiFi and self parking. Rooms at this Edwardian hotel offer up nice touches like pillowtop beds with premium linens, along with balconies and LCD TVs.
Pros: Loved the location, can easily walk to the falls. On the Main Street but just a block from the really busy area. We liked being close but not in the middle of the crowd. Free breakfast was great! The pool and hot tub were awesome. While family loved the stay. Rooms were very clean and updated. This location worked perfectly for our family.
Pros: Great location

Pros: Friendly staff, clean spacious suite, good location, great breakfast included.
Cons: Noise from the poor design of the floors makes sleeping difficult. You will hear every step of the guests in the room above and every creak from the poorly designed flooring system. If this could be fixed, this hotel would be 5*
Pros: The room was a suite with a separate bedroom and a place to cook if you wanted. It was in a very quiet area and the breakfast was very nice.
Cons: Nothing not to like about this hotel.
Pros: Very spacious suites
Pros: Great hotel
Pros: Clean spacious rooms and friendly staff.
Pros: Good location close to the beach.
Cons: Old fashioned hotel! Needs to be renovated! Not very clean.
Pros: This hotel was one of the best I have stayed in. The room was clean and well appointed, and the bed was very comfortable. The staff was most accommodating and friendly. They went out of their way to fulfill every request I had. The breakfast was excellent
Pros: The hotel had great staff and complimentary breakfast. The rooms were great too.
Cons: Only thing I did not like was that the parking was very limited and would suggest having some type of agreement with Condo units in the back so guests don't have to park on the side of parking lot.
Pros: The room was just great. Very spacious.
Pros: Very nice suite.
Pros: We stayed here the night we got married and it definitely meet or expectations
Pros: Very nice hotel room very comfortable
Cons: Only negative was we checked in at 3 and there was no parking in hotel lot. We were told there was a function at the hotel till 8 that night. Not very respectful of the guests who paid for a room.

Cons: Complementary coffee only between 7 and 9.
Breakfast wasn't included and was very expensive.
The pool is small and the floor around it very slippery. I was afraid to walk there.
Pros: Staff was very friendly
Cons: Room with 2 beds could have left 2 complimentary bottles of water vs only 1
Pros: Great location. Hotel is about 10-20 minutes from Niagara Falls, Niagara-on-the-Lake, St Catherine's, Port Dalhousie and various wineries. Very easy to get any place of interest in that region. Also, Toronto was about 90 minute drive away as well.
The food at the hotel was good (to very good). Additionally, my wife and I thought the staff were very attentative and courteous.
Overall, we were very happy with our purchase.
Cons: The fitness center could use an upgrade but it had all the basics.
Pros: The staff are excellent. The rooms are clean. It is so conveniently located.
Cons: I travel 7 hours to visit my granddaughter and I stay here. the amenities are great. Nothing additional needed.

Pros: We liked everything - especially Val and Tom! Such wonderful people and great food!! Especially since I'm a vegetarian.

Guests looking to stay active can check out the nearby hiking/biking trails, and free perks include full breakfast, WiFi, and self parking. This Victorian bed & breakfast is also within a short drive of American Falls and Skylon Tower.
Cons: Cleaningness of the room wasn't perfect, but it can get better.
Pros: Friendly staff. Very clean and is to get to
Pros: Nice clean rooms, jacuzzi and pool. Short walk to falls.
Cons: Falls mostly hidden behind another hotel.
Pros: updated,clean,fruendly staff.
Cons: $20 parking surcharge
Staff is so cordial! Beds are super comfy! I have nothing bad to say!!! Loved my experience!!
Pros: The main reason we choose the hotel is for the suite. We are two adults wanting privacy at night with the feel of two rooms.
Cons: The bathroom was toward the front door so the one person in the bedroom has to walk thru the living room/other person's bedroom to use it. Usually we find suites that have the bathroom in the middle and it separates the two rooms so,there is no disturbance when using the bathroom
Pros: The view was nice.
Cons: The sink was scratched and there were stains on the carpet. A little skanky.the
Pros: Perfect location! Close walk down to falls & can take Incline back up to hotel, close to Casino, comfortable accommodations with indoor pool. Rooms with terrific falls view! Sometimes can get upgrade to higher floor or falls view room depending on occupancy. Stayed at many hotels here and keep coming back to Raddison.. It's the best value for price, comfort and location.
Food is expensive in Falls area, my suggestion is to visit Niagara on the Lake ; food is better priced and the town is picturesque with shopping and wineries.
Cons: Never had a bad stay here!
Pros: We were promised a view of the falls and we had an awesome view! We also were given an upgrade to the 11th floor as a surprise. Had a sleep numbers bed which was awesome. Great food and room service. Would stay again!
Cons: Couldn't see the fireworks but you can't have everything, right?
Pros: Our room had an amazing view and it was clean and newly renovated. The air conditioner worked well and kept the room at a comfortable temperature. The indoor pool is heated which was great to have since it was cold outside. Also, Tony Romas has a friendly bartender and a great breakfast buffet. Overall a great stay.
Cons: The only downsides to this hotel is that parking is $20 a day and the sleep number beds aren't the greatest. Its not that the beds are uncomfortable, its just that compared to some luxury hotel beds they're definitely lacking.
Pros: Nice facility, close to public transportation.
Cons: Disappointed with pool and hot tub, hot tub was not hot and is connected to pool.

Pros: Beautiful hotel with clearly the premier location on the Canadian side of the Falls. Short walk across the street to the riverfront and it's situated right on the street where all the nightlife is. Large crowds of well-behaved people on the streets made it seem very safe to walk the town at night. Restaurant on top highly recommended. Reasonable prices and eye-popping view of the Falls.
Cons: I'm still trying to come up with something.
Pros: Sheraton on the Falls Hotel location is perfect for people who want to be in center of attraction. Short walk to most attractions.
Pros: The hotel was at Falls.
Cons: The check in front desk guy was pathetic. He just said anything he liked. It didn't feel like I was checking in in Sheraton. He charged me saying for taxes when everything was prepaid. I told him how's this possible. Then he changed it to that it's block against incidental charges. Very poor check in.
Pros: Staff were friendly and our room had a great view
Pros: Quick late night check-in (with I believe his name was Colin). I hope I got it right. He made my anniversary getaway great with good advice, directions and delightful conversation. Also want to thank Tom for his help at valet. Running late for lunch, he kept my car up front and ready so that I could grab a few things from the room and rush back out.
Cons: Breakfast was a bit pricey and didn't have any meat options for those who do not eat pork.
Pros: It had everything you need and want for a conference stay and for the family.
Cons: Cost. Why is WiFi an extra charge? Why are we charged a tourism tax when we are there for a conference? Otherwise great location, services and amenities.
Pros: My room had a awesome view of the falls. Front desk was great. Hotel Valet was quick and worth it.
Cons: The shower was small even though it had a jacuzzi tub init..
And watch for extra fees in the bill at checkout.
Pros: Close to Clifton Hill.
Cons: Parking being so far away and 30.00, resort fee. An additional 50.00 after already paying 100.00+ for the room
Pros: The resort was clean and comfortable. We were upgraded at the front desk because they overbooked! Our room was beautiful and had an awesome view of the falls. The staff was super friendly.
Cons: Our room had a jacuzzi, and the jets were broken. AlsoC the walls were really thin and we could hear everything.... and I mean everything... that the people in the room next to us were doing.
Pros: Very clean. Great location. Comfortable beds. Victor on check-in was great!
Pros: Hotel staff was friendly, great view of the falls and the windows restaurant was the best!
Cons: Heated pool was freezing
Pros: The veiw was the amazing
Marvel at breathtaking views of Horseshoe Falls and the American Falls. Located on Falls Avenue Resort, North America's largest hotel and entertainment complex, our destination hotel is in the heart of the city's top tourism district, surrounded by iconic attractions. Soak up vistas from our rooftop pool, or workout at Sheraton Fitness before relaxing at Christienne Fallsview Spa. For group fun, head to Casino Niagara and Fallsview Indoor Waterpark. Or savor sights and flavors at Fallsview Grand Buffet and Windows restaurants. Gather in one of our 670 guest rooms and suites, where floor-to-ceiling windows overlook either the falls or the city—most rooms feature a balcony. High Speed Internet Access and an 37-inch LED TV unite with our Sheraton Signature Sleep Experience for a comfortable stay.
Pros: The hotel is in an excellent location and has amazing views of the falls from the guest rooms.
Pros: The suite was a excellent choice for us as it gave our party of four room to spread out. The room was clean. The breakfast was good, but go down before 9 AM to avoid the crowd. The location is great as the entrance to the Falls' Visitor Center is right below the hotel. We are planning a trip back in the Fall and plan to stay here again. It is a little pricey, but I feel you are paying for the view plus location which is worth it.
Pros: Centrally located, clean, modern
Cons: We have a premium room with fantastic view of the falls. Room is big but the floor plan is lousy so the usage is somewhat awkward.
The worst thing is that we have a huge bathroom but partitioned into several sections and the shower ended up to be like a small cubby hole.
Cons: things were changed without notification, like the managers reception was over by5.15p.m which was normally till 6.30.
the morning manager was a rude person
Pros: Nice views and spacious rooms. Good breakfast buffet
Cons: Parking too high to take a shuttle to get too
Pros: The view was amazing! The room was gigantic, the hot tub awesome, the massage chair incredible. The room very roomy.
Cons: The breakfast was so crowded and a mess!! We hot there early but it is no joke if you dont make it to breakfast before 8am expect a long 45 min wait to be seated. We got there early and had a good view of falls but by 830 it was crowded by the time we left it was packed a long 45 min wait line outside to get into restaurant. First thing they do is they give you a slip that shows the times breakfast is not crowded go early.
Pros: Amazing view of the falls.
Cons: I didn't know Kayak would charge for us to use their service.
Pros: Spacious room
Cons: Didn't like that there is no tunnel or bridge to get directly to casino
Pool way too cold (especially for small kids)
Valet area too crowded for drop off or pick up
Only able to use 1 door for entering or exiting premises
Starbucks way too expensive at the location
Pros: View was good, beds were comfortable , location also very convienent. It's easy to get to the horseshoe fall via incline railways
Cons: The worst part of the hotel is the staff. They don't give you options they are always up selling even when not interested. Parking situation is the worst. They said it's $35 per night and it ended up being $123 for two nights because they didn't disclose the tax for me. 10% tourism tax is mandatory only at this hotel and its voluntary everywhere else. Scam artists! My original receipt showed $277 and final receipt at check out showed $647
The only things I added are parking $35/night , $50/upgrade to junior suite and that's it !
This is the worst hotel in niagra
Pros: Not bad just not great breakfast was diner quality not what I expected
Pros: Very well run hotel with beautiful rooms, incredible views, and easy access to town.
Cons: Big crowds by parking valet, but this is to be expected during summer visits.
Pros: The hotel was chaotic but the rooms were very large and clean and incredible value

Pros: Our room was very quiet and comfortable! Location was good!
Cons: Long line in check in and breakfast and long wait at dinner in Italian restaurant
Pros: We were here for July 4th overnight. We had a great view of the falls from the 18th floor! We enjoyed Brasa very much!! We were also thrilled with the accommodations and how friendly and helpful the staff was!! Finally we had our breakfast buffet included and decided to go to the Watermark on the 33rd floor. Again the view was spectacular and the food was delicious!! We'd definitely stay again at any Hilton after such a wonderful experience!!!!
Cons: The only thing I didn't like was that the vending machines wouldn't take American money, so I needed to go downstairs for Canadian money to use the vending machines when all I wanted to do was relax that night. Also the waterslide for the pool was closed at 8pm when the pool was open untill 11pm, that was disappointing.
Pros: Room was clean, quiet all night, view for city view was lovely. For having so many floors the elevators were always quite quick. Front desk service was great: we had a misunderstanding upon check in that was a little frustrating but once the staff realized their small error they were extremely apologetic and always polite. Location was great.
Cons: Room was dark only one bedside lamp. No overhead lights and no light in shower, and shower head leaked leaving it with bad water pressure. We tried to relax after a busy day and watch tv for an hour, our tv had 2 channels. The rest said no information on the menu and we were not interested in the two channels we could use. The parking situation was horrible. We used self park outside and the attendant was not there when we reached the rooftop parking. We struggled with a suitcase to find how to check in and enter the hotel. The pool looked lovely but we tried to swim at 8:30 on Friday night and a male employee was rather rude telling us the pool was closed. The sign posted for hours said pool open until 11pm.
Cons: Bathroom was not very clean.
Pros: Location and that it was attached to galleria and casino
Cons: We called prior to make sure we booked a whirlpool room. Lady who answered said it would not be a problem as most rooms are whirlpool rooms. When we arrived to check in, the man started "Oh no, you paid close to half off so you don't get a whirlpool room. Only guests paying full price has this option." We decided not to fuss and just to use the hot tub in the spa for relaxation but it looked as though someone had really bad diarrhea in the hot tub. So needless to say, we had no hot tub relaxation. If you want good service and to feel like you matter, be sure to pay the outrageous full price or stay elsewhere!
Pros: Perfect location and very comfortable room. Great breakfast buffet.
Cons: The yawn in the middle of the Managers welcome voice mail and the pair of someone else's socks found in the bathroom under the vanity.
Pros: always take great pride in staying there. overall, the experience never disappoints. front desk staff is always incredibly helpful.
Cons: I was discouraged by valet. when we were leaving I must have had 6 or 7 bags in my hand and as the valet driver got out of my car, I even made a point of telling him to give me a second for me a give him a tip. he just walked off to some other conversation he was having previously with someone else and didn't help me with my bags at all. I tipped him anyway, even though I shouldn't have.
Pros: Very nice hotel. Great location. Staff was very friendly and even upgraded our room for free.
Cons: The Italian Restaurant was not good
Pros: Even we stayed only two nights it was worthed every penny. View at waterfall was amazing. Room was big, clean and very comfortable
Cons: Elevators where only thing that was annoying..... Either was to long line or you have to miss out rides because it was full. (Maybe because it was Labor Day weekend and hotel was packed) Parking wasn't free and it was little bit pricey ($30 + ~20% taxes).
Pros: The location was excellent giving easy access to the Casino and the Falls. Plenty of good restaurants near by, easy access to our wine tour that we scheduled.
Cons: Our first room was extremely small, had stains on the towels, one stain on the bed, fruit flies, and gum on the recycle bin. I went down to speak to one of the front desk agents to complain with pictures of the evidence. The agent gave me another room key to an " upgraded room". When my finance and I arrived at the next room on the 7th floor, I quickly realised that it was a handicap room. My fiance was not impressed, nor was I. We both took a quick look around and found the floors in the bathroom very greasy and found a few hairs in the bathtub. Also, I noticed the duvet cover was two sheets rather than a sealed duvet cover; I am not sure if this is customary at the Hilton.. I would not stay at this location again due to the reasons mentioned above, not to mention it was approaching $600 for 2 nights..
Cons: advertised a whirlpool tub and a view of the casino got a back room butted up against the elevator pick another hotel

Cons: There were lots of noise from pipelines inside building and air vents
Pros: Good location and staff
Cons: No breakfast
Wifi doesn't work in the room
Pros: Nice view from window ! Clean and convenient
Cons: Haven't find one to dislike
Cons: Self parking wasn't near and soap wasn't full
Pros: Easy access to casino. Good location for sightseeing and activities.
Cons: No refrigerator in room. $20 a night for a fridge is dumb.
Pros: Easy access to anything and cleanliness
Cons: Elevators - insufficient number
Cons: have to pay for parking
Pros: The room was awesome and had a great view of the falls
Cons: Don't have any smoking rooms also didn't have completely bubbles for the juckuzy
Pros: Very Very VERY comfy beds and right in the middle of the upper falls activities. If you want to do something away from Clifton Hills it is a great place. Restaurants in the building, arcade in the basement and a walkway to the Casino across the street
Cons: $18 to $25 for parking was not mentioned in the pricing and of for that additional cost we could have stayed at the Sheraton down the road with a view of the falls. Not a bargain at all.
Pros: Looks great inside and out. Location is perfect. Price is good for the value . Staff is polite and we'll put together. Definitely would recommend it to anyone
Cons: Pool shouldn't close that early . The hot tub also. They close at 11pm. The elevator a need to be repaired and reprogrammed so they move more efficiently .
Pros: Beds were very comfortable
Cons: No fridge in the room

Pros: The staff is very friendly. The breakfast was great. The room was very spacious and clean.
Cons: There's an odor that is likely the cleaning solution or some kind of deodorizer. It's not a dirty smell but not a great one either. Luckily the windows open so we were able to tolerate the odor by leaving the windows open.
Pros: Fine breakfast, with better cereal and fresh fruit than one usually finds.
Two very nice pools with good sized jacuzzi.
Large rooms which were well outfitted.
Cons: The hotel's leafy green setting in the picture is deceptive. It is just behind the QEW and in an urban shopping area with considerable traffic. If you are in the region to go cycling, you must first work your way through 20 minutes of city streets before getting to quieter routes.
The hotel's common areas are somewhat worn and in need of an updating.

Pros: Beds & pillows very comfortable, clean, quite.
Pros: nice ambiance. great staff, clean and neat.
Cons: bathrooms dont have exhaust...hence foggy after shower and smelly after u know what ....
Pros: Hotel service was courteous and helpful. Room was spotless and everything worked well.
Cons: The restaurant (attached to, but not Holiday Inn) was not clean - tables sticky, coffee pot stained and not clean, salt shaker chipped, etc. Food was good (breakfast) and service prompt and friendly.

Pros: Staff was really nice. Young man (university student) was very attentive, addressed our needs and was very helpful.
Cons: Bathroom door sticks tight and we had to break down the door to let a 5 year old out of the bathroom. Definitely a safety concern. Guests before us left food in the room and although the room was very, very clean we were put off by the food that was left and not cleaned up by housekeeping. We were also annoyed that the IHOP was closed and Kayak did not mention this on the website when booking.
Cons: We did not stay there and had to cancel but you guys will not refund us. Never using Kayak again.

Pros: Best part was probably location because it was just on the outside of the city and Walmart was right there so very convenient. it was quiet so after your long day of walking it was good just to relax.
Cons: There prices go up way to fast once it gets closer to the date you need the hotel at. I really wanted to get the room with the Jacuzzi but was a little late and got one with two beds instead when i only needed one and it was cheaper then the one with the Jacuzzi.
Pros: Staff was awesome and super helpful!
Pros: Very well kept. Nice and Clean. Maid service was probably some of the best I've ever seen. Very friendly and helpful staff. Almost everything was excellent. Hotel is about 10min drive from all the hustle and bustle. For me this was fantastic. I really enjoyed that I didn't need to worry about what was going on out in the street at 3am since it seemed everything on the hill was open nearly 24hrs. I really appreciate that there were tissues in our room. I had a sinus cold the whole time and those tissues were very much needed.
Cons: Some things could use a little updating. Restaurant was closed entire time I was there. Heard the restaurant was excellent, but never got to try it. Very limited TV channels. I'm not a night sleeper so would have been nice to have more options to watch on TV while kids slept. Was very board at 2am with only 6 channels to watch. Pool does not have lifeguard on duty so why not just have it available for use 24hrs.
Pros: Price was reasonable.
Cons: WiFi was not free and had terrible connection. There were no curtains in the widows.

Pros: Older hotel but clean. It is a few miles from falls. Would stay there again.
Pros: good value and good breakfast for money
Cons: not close to the Falls, but we knew it
At Villager Lodge, you'll be within a 15-minute drive of Horseshoe Falls and Bridal Veil Falls. Guests can take a dip in the outdoor pool, and free perks include continental breakfast, WiFi, and self parking. A children's pool and a garden are offered, and rooms have conveniences like refrigerators and microwaves.
Pros: Overall very good, location, Very good breakfast & clean.
Cons: The TV was not working. It had been unplugged. I had to move the large dresser to find out that it was unplugged & then plug it back in.
Pros: The staff was awesome, the location was the best in town and free parking
Cons: Pool opens at 10 am, too late, and closes at 10 pm way too early
Pros: Overall, the room seemed mostly clean, but very dated. The bed was huge and very clean. Amenities were minimal, but the staff was friendly and very helpful to this first time traveler to Niagara Falls. There was a convention of cheerleaders the weekend I was there and they kindly put me in a honeymoon suite away frim the noise. The location can't be beat. It's right across the street from the Clifton Hill entertainment district and about a 10 minute walk to the Falls. Lots of places to eat, even if you are like me with lots of dietary restrictions. The in house free breakfast is standard hotel issue, but nice to have on busy days.
Cons: Some of the towels were slightly dirty and there was mold on the shower curtain. The swimming pool and the whirlpool are inside the front entrance (same place as the breakfast and check-in), so it's very hot and humid in that space. It also smells of chlorine everywhere in the hotel. For this reason, I think, the air conditioner was on the whole time (even though I had turned the room unit to heat, because it was snowing outside)! The room never smelled of chlorine though. The TV reception was also spotty at best, but ultimately not an issue, as I was out most of the time. The elevators are a little slow, but very cool, one being glass and facing the inside of the lobby.
Pros: I booked room in Nov. 2014. The hotel was close to many attractions in Niagara Falls, and at a reasonable walking distance from the Falls. It is clean, modern, offers a decent breakfast and the room we had was very good. The beds were quite comfortable. Its indoor facilities include a pool, Jaccuzzi and sauna. One of its main advantage is the free parking, which in NF is a big deal! Overall, definitely a recommendable hotel. On week-ends, expect families with kids that will monopolize the pool and Jacuzzi at certain times.
Cons: Can't think of anything!
At Clifton Victoria Inn at the Falls, you'll be just a 5-minute drive from Horseshoe Falls and Daredevil Museum of Niagara Falls. Guests can splash around at the water park or indoor pool, and the spa tub makes for a relaxing end to the day. Other highlights include a sauna, and rooms offer flat-screen TVs and room service.
Pros: Room was in perfect condition. Check in and check out was quick and easy. Staff was friendly and motivated. Location is good, I was able to walk to many places I wanted to go. Wi Fi worked well.
Cons: Price has increased for both room and parking since the last time I was there. Pool was dirty, whirlpool ice cold and sauna out of order. Not quite the value it has been the last few times I stayed there but still good.
Pros: The hotel was clean and well maintained all the way around. It has a good central location. After check in the staff was exceptional.
Cons: Check in was much more difficult and time consuming than it should have been. Despite having a paid reservation one of the front desk girls wanted to hold my passport.
Pros: I liked the close proximity to some popular streets/attractions. I also liked The free basic breakfast (bagels, apples/bananas, cold cereal, donuts) and coffee from 7am to10am. I did like the staff, they did a good job of helping me and answering my questions. The room was nice and clean, and had everything it needed to have. The pool area with hot tub and sauna included was nice to have and was well kept. I also liked that on my check-out day, I could keep my car parked at the hotel till 3pm, just incase I wanted to do a few more things before I left. Which I did and that was a great help to me as a guest.
Cons: Paying $10 for parking was not good, specially because the property has a lot near the hotel, but not at the hotel and not that far from over parking lots for $5 to $7 a day. Also at breakfast there wasn't much room to set and move around the breakfast area, there was no line, just grabbing and pushing to get what you wanted. But that's also on the other guest too.
Pros: Location and breakfast (continental) cereal, coffee, fruits, bread, bagels.
Cons: My room was 107, near the lobby and comedor, it can get loud in the mornings because of breakfast. Paying for parking 10 dollars, not good, specially because the property has a lot near the hotel but not at the hotel and not that far there was a parking lot for 5 dollars a day.
Pros: free basic breakfast (bagels, apples/bananas, cold cereal, donuts) and coffee all the time. close proximity to some popular streets/attractions.
Cons: charged for local phone calls and 1-800 numbers. racked up a $17 bill. staff did not clearly communicate the fees. although listed in the "fine print", I was never alerted and I did not think this a was common practice for such a hotel. VERY disappointed.

Cons: Pool was VERY far from skyline inn. Spilled coffee grains on the carpet and it was never cleaned up when room service passed, during our three night stay. Also cups where CLEARLY wiped clean instead of being replaced by clean ones.
Pros: Courtyards, family movie night
Cons: Pools too far, inconvienent. Same with workout rooms.
Pros: location was good and value for money is really good
Cons: it was a little loud at times, lots of young children running around
