Very close to Brock Univercity where we were attending a Dance Convention Very good Hotel - no complaints at all
spacious and very comfortable suite, which was spotlessly clean and carefully maintained. All of the hotel had a spacious, airy feel about it. Would definitely recommend it. Plenty of room in the car park as well which was free. Also wifi in the the room. Not the hotel's fault, but ill-behaved children running up and down the corridors, screaming and laughing. They were only having children's fun but it was inappropriate behaviour and the parents should have behaved more responsibly. Perhaps hotel security staff might have been checked it.
I found the room to be very comfortable with alot of space and extremely clean. I also liked the decor, especially in the bedroom. The night was also noiseless which was great considering there was a hockey tournament that weekend and you were fully booked, our room was situated in a back corner and it was perfect for us. One of these days I'm going to try the Presidential Suite. No, The Four Points has always been my first choice in hotels and you have yet to disappoint me. Keep up the good work!
We liked the fact that our family of 5 adults were able to stay comfortably in the suite for one price. It was very central to Brock U. where our visit was centered as well as to the mall.
Staff were great. Not sure if I got the points added to my rewards card or not.
Staff was very friendly Room with 2 beds could have left 2 complimentary bottles of water vs only 1
Great location. Hotel is about 10-20 minutes from Niagara Falls, Niagara-on-the-Lake, St Catherine's, Port Dalhousie and various wineries. Very easy to get any place of interest in that region. Also, Toronto was about 90 minute drive away as well. The food at the hotel was good (to very good). Additionally, my wife and I thought the staff were very attentative and courteous. Overall, we were very happy with our purchase. The fitness center could use an upgrade but it had all the basics.
The staff are excellent. The rooms are clean. It is so conveniently located. I travel 7 hours to visit my granddaughter and I stay here. the amenities are great. Nothing additional needed.
We arrived and they could not find our booking from, Booking.com so they gave us 2 free breakfast passes, we were very pleased with the outcome, we have stayed at this hotel many times, and would not stay any where else, just love it.
location more detail cleaning in the rooms
The room was clean and comfortable. The staff were friendly. The fitness room and pool were good. The coffee shop in the hotel was very nice and the breakfast was good also. There was construction going on outside of our room and we could hear a lot of noise from it.
- Friendly staff went above requirements to accommodate my request for an early check-in time which resulted in made my arrival stress- free! I requested a "quiet" room and got it. The bed as top-notch for comfort. None.
The pool and hot tub area was nice and cozy and easily accessible. The vouchers for a full breakfast in the restaurant was a nice surprise, we expected a continental breakfast. The view of the rooftop below.
it was clean and quiet, the Timothy's coffee stand was great & the pool and bosling alley were fun
nice ambiance. great staff, clean and neat. bathrooms dont have exhaust...hence foggy after shower and smelly after u know what ....
service, cleaning, and price anything
Beds & pillows very comfortable, clean, quite.
The most comfortable bed and pillows ever in a hotel. Where do you buy them? The heater in our room had a fan that was very loud which woke us up in the middle of the night.
Hotel service was courteous and helpful. Room was spotless and everything worked well. The restaurant (attached to, but not Holiday Inn) was not clean - tables sticky, coffee pot stained and not clean, salt shaker chipped, etc. Food was good (breakfast) and service prompt and friendly.
The staff were very friendly and the room was clean. We enjoyed the hot tub & pool.
Attended a conference.
I need working wifi when I stay at a motel, and this hotel didn't have it. Everything else was adequate, but they claim to have Internet/wifi and it was unusable. I'm fairly certain it's a modem issue, but when I called the front desk the reply I got was, "Well, it's working for me". Rather than admitting they have outdated or non-functioning wifi, they tried to imply it was my laptop or user error that was the problem.
The room was very clean and the staff was excellant.
no wireless even though the room suggests its complimentry
We were allowed to check in early for a wedding, guest services even googled directions to the wedding location. Room had fridge, micro, ironing etc and a very good breakfast. A budget hotel located conveniently for biking the Welland Canal and to visit the wine district. Bathroom was tired, could benefit from reno.
A very good experience making the commencement of our visit to Canada memorable. The continental breakfast was an additional bonus. No lift to upper floor.
It's proximity to my work !!! The wireless connection was so poor I could not long on the server.
The staff were quite helpful and knowledgeable about the area. Some of the rooms do not have the views they are described to have.
- Great location, close to everything. - Basically attached to Rainforest Cafe, an indoor water park, Starbucks. - Gave a $5 gift card if you choose to forego getting fresh towels, etc as a thank you for "going green" -Bathroom was small in the room where we stayed (one queen bed) - Cable didn't work in our room
The view from our room was fantastic! The room was spacious and comfortable and the fireplace offered some unexpected romance. The staff was friendly when checking in and out. Close proximity to several attractions. Slow, small elevators that were often already full. The price for self parking seemed a bit high, considering the price of the room.
There were stains on the pillow. Washroom looked very old. pillows seemed very low quality.
Got randomly upgraded to a falls view room for free, was awesome! Nice big spacious room. Window opened to outside. Could hear and see the falls all evening. Nice and clean. Fridge in the room. Resort fee included a beer tasting plus other perks. Would stay there again if I ever went back. Parking a bit pricy, but everything is.
Very good location Starbucks in hotel prices are expensive and drinks are not good. I ordered strawberry banana almost $10 (including tax) and taste so bad.
The location was great. Lots to do. Didn't have to go out of building in winter if you didn't want to b The plug in the bathroom was so worn things wouldn't stay plugged in. There was some sort of crusty stain on the foot stool. Who was really gross.
Bathroom was small and the shower was rediculous short.
The hotel was nice and clean. Staff were very friendly and helpful.
Staff is friendly. View to the Falls outstanding. Parking is way over priced. With charge and additional fees we paid over $100.00 for having our car at an inconvenient location. Parking
Clean rooms, clean spacious bathroom, great breakfast buffet, friendly staff, great outdoor pool - awesome view of the falls, great location - everything is walking distance, starbucks at lobby, fast check-in and check-out concierge glanced at us, maybe saw we're not Canadian (he was), glanced right back down at what he was doing. male staff behind him realized other guy was choosing not to attend to us, so he greeted us and asked us what we needed and proceeded to help us out. tsk tsk. this tiny bit was the only negative thing. shame on that dude.
location and amenities -resort fee for internet access - they "predict" your spending habits therefore charging your credit card.
Good service on the desk High speed internet signal was weak.
There was no extra charge for us to have our small dog with us. This means a great deal. We enjoyed the breakfast. It met all our expectations, however, the placement of our room, which was the first one off the lobby, was a little noisy with the door opening and closing often.
We did not stay there and had to cancel but you guys will not refund us. Never using Kayak again.
Room was very clean and had the basics plus a few extras, like an iron and ironing board, hairdryer and coffee maker. Staff was competent. I didn't realize it was right by a major highway that was fairly noisy, but since it was winter, my windows were closed and it wasn't a problem. Summer would be more of a problem though.
My car was parking right beside my door. It's convinent for us.
The stay was ok. There is a lot space needed to be improved.Actually, I think, this is motel standard, not hotel price. The bed is too hard, and too much noise and too high price which doesnt macth the facility and service.
Staff was really nice. Young man (university student) was very attentive, addressed our needs and was very helpful. Bathroom door sticks tight and we had to break down the door to let a 5 year old out of the bathroom. Definitely a safety concern. Guests before us left food in the room and although the room was very, very clean we were put off by the food that was left and not cleaned up by housekeeping. We were also annoyed that the IHOP was closed and Kayak did not mention this on the website when booking.
Room was very clean. Continental breakfast was provided at no cost. Attached Griddles Restaurant was not operational at this time. (Posted for sale or lease.)
The front desk staff was very nice and polite I have no complaints
Upon arrival we found out that the resturant was shut down therefor we had to drive fto get some breakfast
Queens bed too small
Staff very friendly and accomodating. They were able to switch us from the first floor to a room with a balcony. Breakfast was good, the only thing is that they did not have fresh fruit. Location was also very good - within walking distance to the falls and restaurants.
The staff was very friendly and helpful. The front desk gave us a room apparently with a toilet that was a little rocky and by the time we got up to our room the maid had already had staff fixing it. The room was small but very clean. It was also within walking distance of the falls and most of the other sites in Niagara Falls. Very reasonably priced. The hotel stay comes with free breakfast which is very nice. It's served from 6-9am, but if you don't get there by 7:30 or so, the room breakfast is served in is too full and there is a line out the door. Other than that, nothing to complain about.
Close to the falls; easy walk. Free breakfast Excellent service and friendly staff Comfortable rooms The water did not work in the morning during our stay and it seemed to be out for the whole building. This was obviously a fluke, and they reimbursed our parking charge for the inconvenience, but it did adversely affect our stay.
I did not like the fact that we had to walk outside to get to our room. The front desk is located in a diffent building that was not accessible without walking outside.
I liked that it was close to everything, to include the falls. There was refrig or microwave in the room, a bit of a downer.
Crowded breakfast. Hot hallways. Bad room location.
Staff very helpful/courteous
It was close to the falls Breakfast is gross and there was a prostitute on meth making racial jokes about the poor housekeeping staff to their faces. No staff to be seen but when we checked in the chick at the desk tried to hose us for parking fees before I HAD TO ASK HER HOW MUCH IT WAS. That's a tacky trick and 12 bucks for parking is a damn joke. Would stay again for only less than $40 otherwise move on
Great location. Nice room for the price. Breakfast room is cramped and limited food choices. Air conditioner unit a bit noisy.
Location, room, free breakfast - very crowded but it was free. We had to sit with another couple but learned about Canada - with out the crowds we would have sat by ourselves and not had that wonderful conversation! Nothing
Was close to the falls. Place was very run down and in needing of repairs. Pool was broken. Staff who checked us in wasn't friendly and seemed annoyed with his job.
The owners sleep at night so if you show up late you will be waking them up. But they do get up and serve you with two sleepy eyes. LOLThey were extremely helpful with directions to scenic view close by. Very polite and accommodating. Hair conditioner and a hair dryer were not provided but the shower was the best I ever had.
The quietness and professionalism of the staff
The bed was better than ours at home. I never thought to check it before I left but I would like to know the make and model of the mattress.
I was very surprised by the size of the room for the booking price paid. It was very close to several eateries and grocery stores, Unfortunately, we could only stay one night.
Fine breakfast, with better cereal and fresh fruit than one usually finds. Two very nice pools with good sized jacuzzi. Large rooms which were well outfitted. Friendly staff. The hotel's leafy green setting in the picture is deceptive. It is just behind the QEW and in an urban shopping area with considerable traffic. If you are in the region to go cycling, you must first work your way through 20 minutes of city streets before getting to quieter routes. The hotel's common areas are somewhat worn and in need of an updating.
The staff is very friendly. The breakfast was great. The room was very spacious and clean. There's an odor that is likely the cleaning solution or some kind of deodorizer. It's not a dirty smell but not a great one either. Luckily the windows open so we were able to tolerate the odor by leaving the windows open.
We had a perfect stay with a clean quiet room within a short walking distance to all the Niagara Falls sights.
We came with two kids under 5. This hotel was reasonable walking distance to the falls with free parking, had clean rooms and a large pool. The breakfast was not included however, and was rather pricey, even with the kids' breakfasts more or less free. I say more or less because the kids menu was restricted and you still have to pay tax on it. Speaking of tax, there is a hidden tourism tax on the room and food which the hotel did not mention. A family member told us about it after our stay. This tax is optional and you can ask for it to be removed--but only if you know it's there in the first place!
Everything the room service is only for the breakfast and not the rest of the day
Bed Heart Shaped Jacuzzi No outlets No ventilation in bathroom. Not very romantic to smell partner s business. Have to turn on each lamp - no central switches No fridge
The location and free parking made this hotel very appealing. The hotel felt dingy. The hallways are old and dark. When we first got to our room the tv and 4 separate lights didn't work. Apparently housekeeping likes to unplug everything (we were told this is a known issue and apparently one that has not been addressed). Not a huge deal, but any decent hotel would make sure everything was perfect by the time guests arrive. In addition the room didn't feel clean. There were a few pills on our floor and a small stain on the sheets. The sink also looked grimey. Free parking is great, but there was garbage EVeRYWHERE. Overall it just seemed like their wasn't much pride in whoever makes the decisions at the Holiday Inn. The staff was very kind and helpful, but whoever is making the big decisions needs to invest some $ into the place and clean it up a bit. After one night we cancelled the rest of our reservation and stayed at the Hilton in a studio suite with a view of the falls for the SAME PRICE!
The staff was very helpful & friendly! We were able to gets parking pass even though we arrived early! The room was quite nice! Could hear crying baby next door- maybe because of thin walls or the connecting doors? Also, although the ice machine owe to our room was convenient, it was also noisy late at night. Happily the baby didn't cry long and we were so tired it may not have mattered much anyway!
convenient location mattress is so old and uncomfortable
The price, included free parking, and staff were all very nice. The hotel seemed to be within walking distance of everything, including the falls. It was also right next to Jimmy Buffett's Margaritaville. We got assigned a room that had vending machines directly outside of our room. We couldn't hear people but what was a bummer was that the extra space that was taken out of our room for the vending area was compensated by taking room from our balcony. This made it very small. Enjoyable none the less.
The location is perfect. You are by a lot of great restaurants and walking distance from the falls.
Right in the middle of everything. Could walk to the falls, or casino or to shops, or restaurants. Bus stops were within a block of the hotel. The breakfast was not spectacular, but was good and it was included with the stay so can't really complain. It was well maintained and clean. Staff was extremely nice and courteous and friendly. There isn't anything that I could complain about. It was easy to get to, had plenty of parking and was no fuss check-in/check-out. Pool area was clean. Hot tub in pool area worked. Clientele was a little noisy on Friday night after the fireworks, but they were silent at midnight at the latest. And even then, they were not horribly loud, as putting the TV or radio on low would have drowned them out.
Nice basic breakfast. Room was clean and staff was friendly. Very good location. No frig. The rest was good.
the pool was nice, and so was the rooms. the distance to the falls was perfect. The front desk workers were very helpful giving advice on local place to eat and attractions. the rooms had plenty of outlets for charging for all of my devices, and the rooms were very well kept with new towels every day and a very modern design to the room that give it a feeling of a much larger more expensive hotel. the rooms did not have a mini fridge or a microwave so any leftovers we brought home from restaurants went bad. More over the AC unit in the room was broken and our room always got way to hot at night. Also the breakfast was lackluster, with eggs that were graying and over cooked sausage, cereal that was stale.
Can't beat the location. Just up the hill from the falls. We had a little balcony that overlooked the American Falls. Small but workable bathroom. Comfy and clean beds, good WiFi. Free parking and in walking distance to many attractions. AC was loud but worked well. Decent free breakfast. All in all a very good value.
Fancy clear glass sink bowl impressed my daughter for a while. We were in the courtyard, able to park right outside our room, for free- which is rare in Niagra Falls. Friday night stay for about a third of the price of Embassy Suites where we had just left after two nights because their pool was closed too. I was also sick of valet, nice to have your vehicle right outside. Pool was closed. Not happy about that since that's why we stayed there. But the arranged it so a 2 min walk next door to the Holiday Inn got us in to their pool instead.
Beds.were comfortable but room was small. Was ok as we were there to sightsee not stay in our room. Disappointed in the breakfast no variety and out of a lot of items also was expecting a hotel not a motel with outside doors.
Family was able to be together with adjoining rooms. The parking was terrible we parked and went out could not find a park upon return.
Large, average hotel room. It was clean, seems updated, and the beds were comfortable. Nice having two sinks. The location is excellent. Parking was expensive. One elevator wasn't working.
One of the best stay in going to Niagra Falls so far, everything is A++ Good value for money. We had a spacious room, nice big beds, good wifi, and friendly helpful staff. There are a selection of restaurants on the street, we found a great one nearby.
Parking charges were not listed on website. There was no fridge in the room for the kind of money they charged for the room. They describe the room with sunset view, There was no sunset view. The hallways were hot.
Upon our arrival, we had to wait in line for 30 minutes to check in. Once we approached the receptionist he didn't acknowledge or even apologize for the wait time. The WIFI did not work so I called guest services and the women first hung up on me. When I called back she said I had to call a 1800 number in order for me to fix the WIFI. She was extremely rude. I am not one to go out of my way to give a poor review but this was THE worst experience I have ever had.
Pool had lots of bugs couldn't even go in. Dirty underwear behind the furniture from guest before us
The hotel itself was fairly clean. Hallways seemed dirty, but room was clean and very big. Could've had a party in the bathroom or the balcony. There was a very rude staff member that questioned me when I asked about the voucher that they stated they had on their website. The problem was solved, but not without receiving attitude from her. Other staff members were great and helpful. I also didn't like that I had to pay for my parking at the hotel.
The hotel is centrally located. It is only a short walk to the falls. The bedroom was a little dirty, we found a used matches on the table. There were also mosquitoes hanging out on the curtains inside of the room.
I had to pay for a parking spot to leave my car while staying in best western
The hotel was a short walk to the falls. It was the opposite of a nice hotel.
I liked that it was very centrally located and we were able to walk to almost every spot we wanted to go.
Bathroom tissue holder broken. Part of hotel is a separate 2-story building, like a cheap motel. Which you would not know, until you are placed there at check in. When it gets colder, it becomes a problem if you are traveling with kids and want to use the pool. Parking is not free, but it's not uncommon for a Niagara hotel. Lesson for me to ask about these details before booking
The walls are paper thin and a group of over 20 people were having a party next door. I called down to the front desk twice and eventually the police came. When I told them that no one should have to pay for such a horrible stay...with no sleep! They told me that I could forget about not paying for the evening. Very disappointing.
location tub clogged w standing water, no a/c, traveling w small kids, rude front desk, no help, gross beds
Great service, good breakfast incorporated in price, rooms very clean and comfortable, would highly recommend
Wifi was so bad we had to go to Debby's and that cost me $60.00 and breakfast was hard to get. Do not stay here. The location is good.
The hotel didn't have the room we reserved and ended up switching our room twice. We ended up with a room with no air conditioning the room was disgusting they only gave us a small desk top fan since the air conditioning was broken. The desk attendant was not trying to help us at all. Other people were complaining of their rooms leaking and making a reservation and the hotel did not have a room for them. I was extremely dissatisfied. Hot day in August with 2 small children with no air conditioning and lazy staff. I will never stay there again. Also WiFi was horrible we only had a couple towels in our room and the towels had stains on them. The sheets were dirty and the tub had water in it that would not drain. I was totally disgusted.
-location is perfect -complementary breakfast included and it's good! -nice staff -pool -excellent value for what you pay and get in return -parking lot charges $15.00 daily! -room had a weird smell coming from AC unit and carpet had a big stain.
We made this reservation based on Baymont Inns in the Houston area...the one in Canada was not representative of the other ones we have stayed in. Horrible!! Only the location...near the falls...was good!
Very relaxing, my family had a great time during our stay.
nothing the family suite is the worst suite i have ever stay in in niagara fall very old dirty not good at all
For the money this was a pretty good Hotel. It is in a great location.
It was okay for the money spent. Amy at the front desk was super helpful, giving us tips on what to do and how to get around. Bed wasn't super comfortable but it was tolerable. Close to the falls and convenient Wego stops.
The location was great we walked all over Niagra Falls and made the most of the trip. Zebb was very helpful, he gave my wife and I great dining ideas. He suggested on our first night we try The Syndicate, a local Brewery, he helped us with reservations and it was a fantastic dining experience. Thanks Zebb. The rooms could use a little updating and the airconditioner was a little noisy but overall we were only there to sleep. We spent our days out exploring.
Clean, comfortable, freindly, first time staying in a motel I was vacationing on a tight budget and stayed at rodeway and was in no way disappoint. Will visit again. Just to nitpick, the TV was outdated (notflat), but i don't go on vacation to watch TV.
I liked the outdoor swimming pool, although I would have liked it more if it had been heated. I paid an extra $7 a day for my four day stay for the free breakfast each morning. I was sad to learn that it was not a complete free breakfast, coffee, juice, hashbrowns, etc...were extra. The only free items were eggs, bacon and toast, I think it should be clarified what the free breakfast is when offernig it. I was also sad to see no playground, even though it was mentioned in the hotel ad, when I placed my booking.
Great value for the money. It is just across the street from the many of the main hotels at Niagara Falls, but much cheaper. The staff was excellent and was very friendly and helpful when we had questions about the area. The room was clean and comfortable. The outside appearance of the hotel made it look a little run down and the facilities were lacking (no workout room, indoor pool, or complimentary breakfast). Also, the internet was hard to connect to while we were there but this was a temporary problem as they were changing systems.
Very close to the falls and casino. Room was a good size and very clean limited selection of TV channels
The room was very clean and the staff was fantastic...very helpful Price after taxes added, hidden costs
the staff were very courtesious and helpful in planning our day in niagara.
comfortable atmosphere , good staff , clean. we took three rooms all three had old T.V's and the channels were not clear. would've helped if when we asked for direction to marine land to be told it's two minutes from the hotel and on the same street (stanly ave).
Exceptionally friendly, efficient, and helpful staff at front desk. Larger room space. Hotel is walking distance to bus stop and town. Good breakfast at reasonable price with nice waitress. No micro/fridge, but ice is available. Have to pay for parking, but $10 seems to be the going rate at most hotels.
It was close to many of the attractions. Mattress was too hard, pillows were too soft--no support.
The lobby was beautiful! Warm and inviting. The front desk staff are friendly .Our room was lovely. The beds are amazingly comfortable!! Big and fluffy, like a sleeping on a cloud. The rooms are clean, the towels were fluffy and big.. The coffee in maker in the room was perfect. I would have preferred more creamers.but still perfect. The hotel is centrally located between the falls and Clinton Hill. About a 15-20 min walk to each, We certainly got our exercise !!! The Aveda Spa is wonderful. We each had a 55 min massage with a scalp treatment that felt and smelled amazing!! The indoor pool and sauna was the icing on the cake!! Would absolutely stay here again!!! Napoli Italian restaurant located one block away is delicious!! Would certainly go for a delicious relaxing meal!! The Ossa buco gnocci is to die for!! Dont miss the illuminated falls. Spectacular!! Be prepared to spend money. Food and entertainment is very expensive. This has nothing to do with the hotel. It is just reality in this area. Once i got over how $$$ everything is I relaxed, went with it and had a really enjoyable time.
The staff, the warm chocolate chip cookies we received when we arrived, the view from out room, the suite and layout of our room. The price was a little high, but all of Niagara Falls is a little pricey!!
Pool and spa were excellent. Room was spacious and clean. Hotel was very comfortable and welcoming. I liked the free cookies. Would stay there again and recommend it Nothing
The ambience of the lobby has a warm friendly feel...very nice. For the price I shouldn't have had to pay for parking ($13) to only be told immediately after not responsible for my vehicle AND the SECURE lot next door was cheaper. Although the view of the falls was decent from our room the strong stench of cigarettes filled the room and the Jacuzzi tub didn't work. We didn't complain but we feel that because we arrived (12:00) early for a 3:30 checkin they could've done better. We wouldn't stay here twice...sorry.
Location, view from room, darkening shade for comfortable sleep. Would have looked a small table for the easy chair. view of the falls was somewhat obstructed, we mainly saw the mist and top of the falls, but couldn't see the horshoe falls at all. We had requested fall view room.
The warm cookies were very tasty and the room was comfortable. TV was good, nice big fridge. Didn't get a chance to use the pool. Nothing, it's a good place.
Very clean. Large room. Refrigerator included. Good beds. Good location. Parking aloud for checkout day. Nice staff. Very pretty hotel. Also, I forgot a nice belt and they called me to tell me. They are even sending it out without charging me for postage. Thanks Doubletree.
Staff was very accomodating;restaurant food was better than expected and prices were surprisingly reasonable. Restaurant staff were all exceptional.Loved the on site Spa-I always visit when we stay here.Beds were very comfortable Housekeeping did not replenish toiletries, coffee as expected. On site Starbucks do not accept Starbucks cards.Bath towels could use an upgrade
Everything was fantastic Nothing
The hotel lobby was beautiful and clean. It also had a full Starbucks beside the gift shop if you dislike the in-room coffee pot coffee. The room was very clean and the linens looked fresh and new. Overall, I would be happy to stay here again in the future. The bath towels were rough and thin and didn't do much absorbing. Also, the basic room is only available as two queen size beds. To get a king size bed you have to upgrade to a jacuzzi suite. Not a deal breaker but also not very "couple friendly."
Convenient and good location for us to stay more than 1 night, I will pretty sure to go again. Some of staffs are not really helpful.
Restaurant Staff very pleasant Incorrect information about smoking preferences.
Great service, clean rooms, love the pool area No room service, take out only from the pub next door. Difficult with kids
Probably a great hotel for a fam with children
You can't go wrong with Best Western especially when you're travelling with kids!! The staff are very nice!!
It was handy to lots of restaurants. Hostel's own restaurant was very good. Handy to things and places we wanted to do and see. Enjoyed the indoor pool. No. We enjoyed our stay and would return.
The hotel was centrally located. Parking was free. Staff was not open to here about a complaint. The hotel was noisy. The hotel had a number of adult novelty shops in the area and they were not appropriate for children.
It is located close to the main attractions. The rate is good. Not so much of rooms service al late night hours.
good location nice room clean parking and resturants near by
The hotel staff was really friendly and very helpful. The location was great for us and we really enjoyed the courtyard-it was cool over the weekdend and having the courtyard made our stay much more enjoyable. No
Clean rooms, nice pool/lounge area Somewhat noisy until closing of pool at 10pm
View of the falls from our room was great. We were on the 39th floor. Our suite was excellent, very clean and comfortable. Please note that the parking isn't free here and is valet parking only if you want to park at the hotel. It was $35 dollars a day if you wanted them to park at the hotel or $25 a day if you wanted to park at an offsite location and take the shuttle. Had a complimentary breakfast which was good too. The staff at the reception was ok, didnt think they were that great.
Not bad just not great breakfast was diner quality not what I expected
Place was under renovation when we were there, I find it hard paying top dollar going into a restaurant like The Keg with unfinished walls and drywall showing and the lights for the elevator hanging out of the wall.
Well kept Great Staff Breakfast included Happy Hour included Spectacular views Would definitely stay there again. Well staffed and everyone was above and beyond helpful. High Volume hotel Parking garage additional fees + valet Long elevator lines Long breakfast lines Long Happy Hour lines Since it is high volume and probably booked most of the time the lines can be long. The hotel tries to prepare you for this by posting what times are the best to avoid the longest lines. Only hidden fees were the parking issues.
Plumbing was not good. Hot tub dripped constantly. Shower head could not be adjusted no matter what we did. Toilet flush handle felt very flimsy and seemed like it would break at any time.
Excellent location close to the falls Very friendly staff Very clean modern hotel Good included breakfast Long waits for elevators, especially at breakfast and evening Cost of valet parking - should have self park option. It also should be advertised better. Poor selection of reception snacks compared with other Embassy Suites - shouldn't advertise.
Very well run hotel with beautiful rooms, incredible views, and easy access to town. Big crowds by parking valet, but this is to be expected during summer visits.
The hotel was chaotic but the rooms were very large and clean and incredible value
Whenever I stay at hotels I look at reviews and I jump back and forth between hotels and most times can't make up my mind. My money was well spent with Embassy suites! We upgraded our room and the view was amazing! The room was very clean and big! The staff was always very friendly and ready to help with anything needed! When checking in they offer two options for parking. We went with the cheaper option, when checking out instead of having you car brought to the front of the hotel. A shuttle take you to a nearby parking lot where your car is. I found out this was better and faster since the shuttle comes back every few mins and the people who had paid more money for valet were having to wait like 30 minutes and more for their cars because everyone was checking out at the same time! So go with the cheaper option!
The keg - good food and service Under renovations, noise at night from band playing elsewhere unable to sleep at a decent time had marathon to run in morning. Room more like a 3 star hotel.
The view of all of the falls Was beautiful & perfect! We were on the 27 th floor , I was told best view was floors 29 & up! We can't imagine a better view! It was great! We would recommend to others! The morning breakfast could have served a different menu each morning! I would have liked an omlet but the line was much too long!
The reason we picked Niagara Falls for a vacation was to see and experience the views. Our "both falls view" was the best imaginable. The view from the on site Steak House The Keg Restaurant were amazing too. They use the same area for the Open Breakfast meal. The hotel is in a great location and easy to get to everything you want when visiting the area. They are in the middle of a Update to the hotel and rooms. The lobby is done and very impressive. Our room was clean but not updated, beds not that comfortable. My understanding is 3 floors have been updated and one by one they will all get done.
