I was not fully aware or properly notified when making the booking that we would be allocated an all-electric vehicle. In the end it was fine, but traveling long distances in the outback can be challenging with this type of vehicle. Customer should be better notified when they make these selections or when such cars are allocated to them.

ordered a "Luxury SUV" though Europcar received the order as a "standard". they eventually honored the original order, but it took quite a bit of effort and management overrides.
