Pros. The restaurant and bar was very good. Excellent craft cocktails in the bar, and tasty entrees from the kitchen were available daily. The room was very quiet and clean. The TV in the room offers Netflix and Hulu and other apps free, if you have accounts for those apps.
Cons. The pool is poorly maintained. We were there for three days and it wasn’t cleaned once. It is also very small. Most importantly, for being a boutique hotel there are certain standards one must meet. For example, one ply toilet paper I might expect at a Motel 6, not here; only having one wash cloth for two people, and having to call each day to get the 2nd wash cloth is irritating. There was no information binder in the room, you have to look online to get all the hotel information that deals with Hotel services and you have to pay for the WiFi. Finally, charging $35, a night to park at the hotel is just ridiculous.
Pros. Food and Bar was Great
Cons. Free Parking.
Pros. The decor was very cool. The vibe was great. Front desk was very friendly and helpful. We only stayed one night so didn’t have a lot of time to utilize the facilities like spa, pool, gym, etc. We had dinner at artizen. The drinks, food and service were outstanding.
Cons. I expected the bed to be a bit more comfortable. I could feel my husband moving around in his sleep. I The valet service was very nice, although $36 was very expensive for overnight parking and he didn’t help load the bags into the trunk when we picked up the car at checkout.
Pros. Bed was comfy and nice linens
Cons. The price of parking. I think it’s obsurd to charge guest to park!
Pros. Great that I could order food in the restaurant until 11pm and 24 hour room service. Hotel staff were incredibly friendly, accommodating and professional. Loved the artwork in the halls. Such character and personality. Always something new to spot and explore.
Cons. Nothing. But the quality of the towels in the bathroom felt below the standard of the hotel in general.
Pros. Very cool, boutique hotel
Cons. not able to order morning room service the night before
Pros. The room was very good, comfortable and clean. The staff were helpful and friendly. The gym facility was fully equipped. Enjoyed the breakfast although the price was a little high. The location of the hotel was good right opposite the shops.
Cons. The cost of parking at $33 plus taxes with no other option is very overpriced
Pros. The room was great, the price was right, the staff was friendly and the proximity to the downtown area and shopping was perfect! We enjoyed the breakfast and lounged with a drink in the evening. All the fun pictures brought a smile to us as we rode the elevator or enjoyed a quiet sleep in our room. We would definitely stay here again.
Cons. We only wish we could have stayed longer!
Cons. The hotel is basic. No real amenities. No sundries shop as well. There is a small pool and a standard gym. Some of the equipment is a bit old. The only plus is location. It is located right across from the Biltmore mall that has many upscale shops and dining options.
