You could tell the staff took pride in their job - morning and night. The small touches were noticed (cookies, popcorn, small gift for our girls) and the breakfast spread was great. It was nice to go somewhere where people take pride in their work!

Pros (+) Great breakfast, beautiful location, sweet tea and water available in lobby 24/7, fresh popped popcorn every evening and a trolley stop right outside the hotel!

Pros (+) The hotel was nice and most employees were as well.
Cons (-) I had a valuable personal item that went missing. I didn’t feel management took appropriate action to find it. I filed a police report for my missing item. I was very disappointed that management didn’t even bother to ask the employees that entered my room. They only stated “nothing was turned in.” Sad.
