They charged us twice for our room and will now not refund the money, everytime we phone they hang-up on us
Good breakfast, nice staff, clean, good sized rooms Pillows (felt like a pillowcase full of cotton balls) Bed-two doubles. I feel like queens are or at least should be pretty standard these days. Thin walls-heard the guy next door snoring all night Bottom line-not worth it. Sleep is what really counts.
Complementary breakfast had a variety of hot (French toast, scrambled eggs) and cold (yogurt, fruit) items. Staff was friendly and rooms were clean. The blanket on the bed was very thin and but the heater was noisy. The pillows were uncomfortably high and lumpy, they didn't have soft or flatter pillows.
Friendly, professional staff. Clean, well maintained facilities. Good breakfast. Wifi was very inconsistent, but Ethernet worked great. Cables are available at the front desk.
Nice desk staff, bed was fantastic, location was good. the room smelled of cleaning product. the shower did not drain, ankle deep in water after short shower, overall not clean. run down hotel, breakfast minimal and seating/room uninviting. reported issues to desk before we left.
Loved the location and the room was huge. I didn't find the bed very comfortable and didn't sleep very well, but I'd go back again. I'd just bring my own pillow next time.
Clean room, roomy. Breakfast No complaints
Good clean comfortable room. Great restaurant. Great pool Minimal breakfast but free.
Close to Joshua Tree Our non smoking room still smelled like smoke. There was a little sitting area outside the room with chairs and an ashtray, so while they may not allow smoking in the room, it's not competently non smoking.
Hotel is run down. The staff is nice. Shower did not drain, room key never worked right. We had to get help 3 times to get in our room. The carpets were dirty to the point I had to wash my feet be for getting into bed.
Surprisingly quiet area. Considering the fact that I can see daylight through the bottom of the door I didn't hear outside traffic much. The interior of the room is very old and dirty. The chairs were stained, the dresser was broken. The bar of soap from the previous guests was still in the tub.
Nothing. Worst stay ever. Felt old- Needs major remodel. Stayed in what they call a suite. Living room had old couches that you sunk in. Sitting on couch was creepy. Minimum towels (3 little ones) and needed toilet paper. Had 1 paper cup in bathroom. Shower head needed to be replaced. very little water coming out, and squirting all over the place. Kitchen had nothing in it. Not a glass to drink from. Air conditioning was LOUD, had a hard time sleeping. concerned about age of bed. Breakfast was terrible. Coffee was horrible. Needs massive improvement there. Mgmt needs to follow La Quinta business model. These improvements will improve their bookings by 1000%- will never return to that hotel/motel unless its re-vamped.
Older but well maintained. Very quiet. Nice patio area off room. Great staff. Pool closed at 9:00 pm.
New comforters. Hard to open door. Old locks
Helpful staff Condition of room and bathroom and linens was very poor. Holes in sheets, towels were not always replaced. Bathroom walls chipping and paint peeling. overall cleanliness of room was poor, even for a discount hotel.
The hotel is a simple run down little place, which is what you want when you are spending money going to Coachella. it was cute and perfect for the price. The bed and sheets were really uncomfortable and a pool would be awesome!!
It was close enough where the group party was... Also 0100-0200 close enough to go when it was time to go to bed... Do not believe the photos in the website, they are deceiving!!! Those photos had to be taken, when the Motel was first built!!!
Location No Pool
Nothing we did not like.
It was not really off the street so it was noisy with the cars passing. The pillows were also very thin.
Hotel was close to Pioneertown, close to Pappy and Harriets. it was find for what we needed and the price was cheap.
