Cons: The only thing that I would improve is the breakfast. The staff is great, all is fresh. But the quality of the food could be better - for example the baked goods, and it would be great to have more variety - different kinds of fruit, jams, etc.

Cons: staff ignored us. card key broken, told to wait for manager. never show. eventually got keys, told manager would call, never did, empty liquor bottle under bed in room, old coffee cups left in room.
Pros: Breakfast that was included was very good. Staff very friendly.
Pros: pool and hot tub
Cons: food too expensive
Pros: Manager was pleasant.
Cons: No help with luggage at checkin, have a bad back and was in a visible back brace. Room was prepaid. Was asked for credit card at checkin and my personal checking account was charged for 2 days. Was out during the day, could only speak with evening staff. The 1st person said she would call me back about it and never did. Next night, I was told that only the manager could fix it and was not able to do this until check out. The charge was for $265. Lucky that it did not cause me to go into overdraft. It was not removed until the day after I returned home. No refrigerator or microwave in the room. Food in their restaurant was very overpriced. Staff at check in were snobby and indifferent. Room was over priced, wet carpet and night table beside the bed. Sheets were changed only once in 5 days. Bathroom had a mildew smell. Air conditioning unit was very loud. Room was at the end of a very long hall. Not great for someone with a bad back.

Cons: When we were trying to sleep there was a party on the floor. Called security and they did nothing. Then we called the police and they did nothing as well.
Pros: warm cookies in lobby
Cons: The breakfast was not complimentary. The chef and omelets to order is a nice touch, but should be an option.
Pros: We have stayed here before and they have remodeled since. Very tasteful decor. The rooms are large and the beds are awesome.
The staff is always friendly and accommodating.
We love that they had coffee, snacks and wine available throughout the day. The cookies were delicious.
Cons: I did not like any of this hotel. I didn't like the double booked wedding, I didn't like the loud annoying drunk crazy atmosphere at 12:30, I didn't like the clueless and non helpful desk attendants. I did not like it here. The front desk was useless and had no idea how to handle themselves.

Cons: absolutely nothing.

Pros: Breakfast was great! The staff was very friendly too.
Pros: Facility old but spacious
Cons: Staffs are mean and tricky
Pros: Convenient to Rt 76 to get to Philly. Spacious, clean, comfortable. Worth the money to stay outside Philly rather than right downtown (even though the traffic on 76 can be awful depending on time of day). Half the price and twice the room. Free parking.

Pros: The breakfast was great and it had a great work out facility and pool.
Nice place. Good location. Friendly staff.

Pros: No major problems with anything. Room, facilities, food were all fine for my purpose (business) for a 1-day stay.

Pros: Cleanliness, comfortable beds, library
Pros: Nice gym/pool/hot tub to relax.
Cons: My friends and I stayed in 3 rooms. I was charged for parking and internet when the other rooms were not. Very unfair and tricky staff at the front desk.

Pros: I really liked the staff and the amenities on site were great. The rooms are nice and have been updated, however could use to TLC and not tape on the floor.
Pros: Incredible value for the money. Would be a great place to use by a family for a Philly vacation (if you have a car) or a long-term business traveler. Bed was very comfortable, loved the kitchenette, bathroom was nice and big. The breakfast was way above standard, and staff were friendly. I would definitely stay there again.
Pros: This hotel has full suites, so each room has a kitchen, living room, bedroom, and full bathroom. They are very spacious and would be perfect for a family. Everything was very clean and fairly new. They have a free full breakfast every morning. The quality of the hotel is still that of a 3.5 star hotel - it isn't a luxury hotel. - but the rate was absolutely incredible for what is offered and the service is excellent.

Which I paid for it. Also this hotel did not provide bath tub.
Pros: It was great clean and quiet
Pros: The comfortable room, and helpful staff
Cons: Bathroom needs updating

Pros: This hotel was very clean and comfy. Location was great. Perfect for a weekend getaway.
Cons: Our only complaint is the shower door, or lack of. Looks nice but since it was very cold outside, we couldn't get the heat to stay in the room, it made for a cold shower. We put towel at the door so the cold air would quit coming in from the hallway and by the time we went to sleep it had warmed up.
Pros: Clean, close to mall
Cons: I didn't stay longer
Pros: Bed was comfortable
Cons: No signs stating when the pool and jacuzzi closed. Front desk was rude when asked about the shuttle services. Lack of courtesy, dog down the hall in a room barked all night

Pros: We booked this hotel because we couldn't get accommodations on City Line Avenue, Philadelphia. Well for 1/2 the price on Kayak, we got a beautiful facility equally convenient in terms of access to the major highways. The grounds are spectacular....it's right next door to a premier golf course....and the views are spectacular as well. The room was comparable to a Marriott or Hilton.
Cons: I thought the bathroom was not as top of the line as it should be compared to the sleeping accommodations. The bathtub did not have ample slip guard and there was not bar/handle in the bathtub/shower. The toilet seat slid. Also, the toilet seat should have been the type where the seat, if raised, when put down glides down. In other words, the toilet seat apparatus was out of date.
The floor of the bathroom was also out of date in keeping with my comments about the lack of slip guards. When I got out of the shower, even though I had a bath mat on the floor, I had to be careful not to slip.
When visiting Lafayette Hill, Chubb Hotel & Conference Center is a great choice to consider. You can visit the fitness center for a workout or unwind with a drink at the bar/lounge. Rooms offer balconies or patios, iPod docks, and flat-screen TVs.
Cons: Rooms are a bit dated. Pillows were terrible.
Pros: Clean room. Comfortable bed
Cons: Thin walls. A bit noisy
Pros: - Clean/Well kept/ new or updated facility
- Everything in good repair
- Friendly Staff
- Very good hot breakfast included
- Nice pool and workout room
- wonderfully landscaped inner courtyard
- close to restaurants/convenience stores/ gas stations
- Reasonably priced compared to other local hotels
Highly Recommend to those who want a quality place to stay. But must keep budget in mind.
Pros: How Mickey the rooms were later out
Cons: No elevator to second floor
Pros: Breakfast was wonderful, times were great, comfortable room, price was reasonable.
Pros: One of the better complimentary breakfasts in this price range. Great access to KOP mall. Room was clean and checking in staff were excellent.
Cons: Just a bit more soundproofing needed to completely block hallway and upstairs toilet flush noises, still able to get a great nights
Pros: Needed a late check in time and the staff was most accommodating
Room and Hotel were clean. Breakfast was good, we got down about 30 minutes before closing and the food was still fresh and hot.
Pros: Great location right across from King of Prussia mall.
Decent breakfast included
Wifi was surprisingly reliable
Pros: The beds are awesome. I can't recall ever staying in a hotel and the bed being more comfortable than my own bed at home. The location is also great because it is right across the street from the KOP mall. If you don't mind crossing huge intersections, you could easily walk to the mall from there.
The breakfast was also really nice, but it was a VERY long walk from the room and difficult to find. We would have been better off getting in the car and driving to the breakfast area considering the amount of time it took and the twists and turns it took to get there.
Cons: I know this is an older hotel, but seriously - how is there no elevator?? It's clear renovations have been done, but one of those should have been adding an elevator to the older end of the hotel. As we were leaving, we noticed one on the newer end, but in the amount of time it takes to load everything on a cart and drag it to that elevator, we were better off carrying it up and down the stairs ourselves. Lugging all of that up the stairs was a huge disappointment and would definitely cause me to find another hotel if we stayed in that area again.
Pros: The hotel was well kept, the staff was friendly. Great place to stay, excellent value
Pros: Beautiful, clean rooms. Beds were very comfortable. Bathroom was roomy and clean. Location had a few shops. Only about 20-30mins from downtown Philly.
Cons: Free breakfast had average selection. Nothing to write home about.

Pros: I like the location and the hotel was nice enough. Nice bathroom. Elevators seemed to make noise and seems old.
Cons: no indoor pool even thought the pics that I scrolled through showed a beautiful indoor pool and was hoping to enjoy that with my two daughters. I also booked two queen beds and when I checked in they said they saw that I made a "request" for two queens but could only give me a king with a pull out sofa. That was NOT a request that is what I booked. I would not have chosen this hotel if only a king was available. I was visiting my daughter that is attending Bryn Mawr College. The attendant at the desk was nice and gave us complimentary breakfast coupons. I did use them but wasn't planning on having breakfast at the hotel because my daughter is also vegan. The only thing she can really eat there is fruit and there was some soy milk out so she was going to have a bowl of cereal. When she went to pour the soy milk it was frozen!! The server was able to come up with more from the back. This was really NOT the experience I expected but made the best of it. I plan on traveling to this area several times a year. Not sure I will give this hotel another chance. There are many choices.
Cons: The walls are very thin. Heard doors open and closing all night long.
Cons: My deal was for a King bed and I ended up with 2 queens. There was no change.
Pros: The location
Cons: Room condition: chair had a large stain and the stuffing was coming out; bedskirt was covered with lint "balls": needed to ask for glasses two days: bedspread was pulled back but bed was never "made", fitted bottom sheet was never totally covering the mattress: clean towels were there but at the same time the soiled towels were left on the floor:
Would not stay there again.
Pros: The room #310 smelled like cigarette smoke. And the people next door to me were drunk and talking loudly, screaming, singing for three hours in the evening. Very obnoxious. Not your fault.
Pros: We used the room as a base camp for the seminar and award banquet on Friday night. We intended to stay over but with ask the snow we decided to return home after the banquet. It served its purpose well.
Cons: I hate sliding doors, no privacy, very embarrassing and uncomfortable
Pros: The room and hotel were very clean!
Cons: The curtains on each side of the window were only there for decoration. They didn't actually close. This was a problem because the light from the parking lot was directly in front of the window, which made it hard to sleep.

Pros: Located next to the King of Prussia mall. Many restaurants around the area too.
Cons: The bathroom drain didn't work well, so you wind find yourself standing in a foot of water.
But the worst part was the breakfast. The bacon was burnt and the sausage was so overcooked that it turned into I don't know what. People eat before leaving, so if breakfast isn't done right then that's what they'll remember about their stay and not return. It's a shame because I won't.
Pros: Proximity to the mall

Cons: Cleanliness could be improved. Dust in the room, hairs on the towels, sections of carpet were stained. My refrigerator was broken but the manager on duty was kind enough to replace it himself. That impressed me.
Cons: The air wouldnt turn off in 604
Hyatt Place Philadelphia/King of Prussia provides casual hospitality in a well designed, high tech and contemporary environment. We are located near many Fortune 500 companies and only 30 minutes from Historic Philadelphia.
Pros: The staff was very responsive to our needs and when the water pressure was low they immediately came and fixed it.
Pros: The location to the wedding we were attending was the only good thing
Cons: There were stains on the walls and sheets. The place was absolutely filthy. We were non smokers staying in a smoking room because that's all they had left. I've stayed in smoking rooms before but the smell of smoke in this room was outrageous. Never have I ever left a hotel smelling of smoke as well as all of my possessions. as soon as you entered the room the smell of smoke was overwhelming. It was like 10 people were in there smoking continuously for the last week
Pros: This is our fourth time staying here in the last three years. The hotel is consistent in all aspects from staff to facilities.
Cons: Breakfast lacks some variety but food is good.

Lost card and would very much love to get it back or a duplicate sent to my home 110 Clear Creek Drive Bear, DE 19701 This would be Greatly appreciated. Thank you in advance for your cooperation. Please have a great day.
Cons: The travel to the nearest restaurant. No smoking in Bedrooms.
Pros: Location is great. Generally clean room. For the price, it was good, but have stayed in other area hotels for similar price and had better accommodations and amenities in room and at the property.
Cons: Bed was very uncomfortable.
Pros: Convenient for the sports show we were going to and that's about all. Restaurant was fairly good.
Cons: No window in room, skimpy toiletries, lumpy uncomfortable bed, very noisy room near the elevator. Also, could hear through the walls.

Chateau Suites features a golf course and puts you within a 15-minute drive of King of Prussia Mall. Free perks include WiFi and self parking. Rooms feature bonuses like refrigerators and microwaves, along with flat-screen TVs and room service.
Cons: Facility is old and a little worn down. Needs attention and updating. But adequate for an overnight stop.
Pros: Reasonable value for money. Staff generally friendly. Good location close to mall and restaurants.
Cons: There are 2 elevators. 1 has been broken for over a year (according to a staff member) and the other takes conservatively 5-7min to arrive at any floor no matter what time of day or night. Many of the lights on the elevator buttons were also not working. For someone on the 5th floor with a lot of luggage, this was very trying. Also with a school group on the weekend, I took the stairs most days.
Elevator and hall ways smelt musty.
The hot water and coffee were luke warm at best. The coffee was generally abysmal.
For a night or 2 it was satisfactory. For any longer than that, I would recommend staying somewhere else.
Pros: bed was comfortable, room was clean, desk/work area provided, well lit, hot shower, most amenities worked. Breakfast was very good and an excellent variety of items were available including waffles and pancakes. The juice and bacon were my favorites and they provided an excellent variety of breads.
Cons: desk said there would be 2 complimentary bottles of water in the fridge but there weren't. The alarm clock did not work, but we had a cell phone with an alarm. Only one of two elevators appeared to work and the ice machine on our floor was broken but we were able to get ice on a different floor.
Pros: Alyssa at the front desk was amazing. We were really in a bind and she went above, beyond, and more to make sure we were taken care of and comfortable. It went from being a frantic last minute booking to a very comfortable nights sleep and a look into how amazing some people can be not only at doing their jobs, but amazing people in general. We are very thankful!! The hotel itself was very clean and the breakfast the next morning was great. We only wished we could stay longer.
Pros: The staff was wonderful and the room was very clean.
Cons: There was no 'Do not Disturb' tag and housekeeping starts knocking at 8:30am.
Pros: Okay place to stay for business trips-nothing fancy. Breakfast buffet was decent and convenient.
Cons: Room was a bit noisy.
