Car was not that clean, smelling of cigarette when I picked it up, and not that big for an Intermediate model.Location is far away from everything and I had to pay an additonnal $20x2 for getting there and back home, so overall a more expensive rental closer to home would have worked better.4.4 Mediocre

The staff at pick up was very nice and helpful; very pleasant experience! The drop off was a little confusing, because of the lack of signs and instructions at the drop off location.Cons:
It would be great if there was some signage at the drop off site at the JAX international airport that instructed the customer to walk into the airport terminal after parking the rental car in the garage to finish the drop off.
