Cons: Nothing
10.0 Excellent
Pros: What is there not to like. Great place.
Cons: Nothing
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Room was actually a suite with a small, separate sitting room (couch, armchair, coffee table and TV). Bed was comfortable. The grounds are very pretty, with a small badminton court and a gorgeous swimming pool. There is an on-site restaurant that is run by another company.
Cons: Bathroom was small. Breakfast was not included and the restaurant was not open in the morning. The closest place to buy breakfast was several miles away.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Cottage room was incredible ! Quiet & well taken care of with cozy decor. Beautiful maintained grounds.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: We had our own cottage, our own home while away in the mountains. What a great feeling of comfort! The grounds and pool were lovely. The restaurant was terrific, and it was a pleasure to eat, drink, and casually stroll (not drive) "home."
Cons: The TV's could definitely be upgraded. Should be bigger withbetter quality.
9.2 Excellent
Pros: Lovely property, sweet little cottages for a romantic weekend. Fantastic restaurant on premises (get a reservation!).
Cons: Huge parking lot upon which all cottages mostly faced.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: the room we had was immaculate and the bed extremely comfortable. The pool was very nice and hotel provided floaties! The staff very friendly.
Cons: The only thing i would recommend is to have someone skim the pool. While the water was crystal clear, skimming would have been beneficial.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: It was truly a wonderful weekend. The property was well groomed, very well taken care of. The staff was helpful and friendly. Our cottage was adorable. Very clean and cozy. We wished we had longer to stay, but we were just there for a weekend. We will definitely be back

10.0 Excellent
Pros: It seem like home. Decorated for Christmas in the room.
Cons: No My ID is Judy from Greencastle, Pa. 17225
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The manager was nice enough to check me into my room, even tho she was off & had just stopped by for a visit.Plus, she gave me a key for an alternate room, in case a party that was being held that night in the bar kept me awake. Best overnight stay ever!
Cons: No
10.0 Excellent
Pros: What a wonderful and enjoyable stay in cottage duplex #31! The staff is top notch, and the Frogtown Chophouse restaurant on site should not be passed up! It was recommended that we make reservations on a Friday night, and we got an earlier time slot. We were not disappointed! High quality vacation spot for romantics and families alike! The fall foliage was a beauty to behold, and the accommodations are the best in the Poconos! Feel relaxed and revived!

10.0 Excellent
Pros: They had so many amenities and it felt like they genuinely wanted to extend kindness and hospitality bc they love having ppl over not just for money
Cons: Nothing - everything was great
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Breakfast was great the view was spectacular and chatting with the other travelers
Cons: Everything was great. Tom was very accommodating
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Tom and Maureen are perfect B&B hosts, and we enjoyed staying in their home! Maurrocks B&B is beautifully restored to 1940s era perfection, with furnishings and decor that are just right. Both of them are excellent cooks (and the breakfast was superb), and they gave us some great advice about things to see and do in the area. We loved their 3 dogs, too, and we *think* we got to see Earl the Squirrel in the yard (or a look-alike, at least). It was a perfect place to celebrate our 40th anniversary.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: My husband and I had a great time. Maureen and Tom were great hosts. We stayed in the red room. It was filled great antiques. Located in the front of the house. We had a shared bathroom which I would think twice before doing that again, as it was just a inconvenience. Breakfast is served at 8:30AM They also have 3 big dogs.
Cons: The shared bathroom.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Very relaxing and comfortable. Excellent breakfast spread
7.9 Good
Pros: The friendliness of the hosts and the thoughtful touches on a wonderful breakfast.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Everything, you would want in a retreat.
Cons: None.
9.1 Excellent
Pros: The kids loved the waterpark. We got a great rate using the kayak app. I have also seen groupons for this resort that have great deals (considering normal rate). I can't wait to visit again using one of the discounted options. Water was warm, air felt cold at first (but I'm always freezing) but I warmed up quickly. I also think it's worth mentioning how appreciative I am that the resort allows kids to use their own coast gaurd approved flotation devices. A lot of water parks have started banning them saying people are not attentive to their children because they think the devices are a substitute for supervising your children. Although I'm sure that's true. I'm willing to bet the parents in that category don't supervise their children either way. Isn't it better to at least know these kids have a safety net?!?! I have two small children one of whom is a very high energy 5 year old. These places are often crowded and it's easy to lose sight of your child for even just a moment. It was very comforting knowing my babies had supervision and a safety net just in case.. Please keep allowing parents to use them.
Cons: We stayed to play for a few hours on the day of checkout and the shower area in the waterpark is an open area. I just wish they had private shower facility's in the waterpark. The amazing shampoo and conditioner the resort provided was awesome though ;)

8.0 Excellent
Pros: Lots of activities for kids
Cons: Service was awful- waited nearly 40 minutes for our food at a take out line, no one knew how to find things, check in staff didn't bother to tell us about how to access our room or what activities were available, the concierge never returned calls
5.0 Okay
Pros: Staff and kid activities
Cons: Waterpark needed cleaned
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Everything was great
9.0 Excellent
Pros: Great for families with children
Cons: A little noisy
9.0 Excellent
Cons: Everything was Great we had a great experience as a family and my little one loved the whole experience as well. There was one tiny bit of an issue- one employee who greeted us at the buffet was not friendly. We approached the buffet and waited to be seated but it was past lunch time. She told us that it was closed with an attitude. When I asked her what time, she pointed at the sign twice loudly, ( it didn’t say it on the sign so she showed me a different sign) I told her she could have easily told me the time instead of pointing to signs 3 different times. ONE and only ONE bad experience and that’s all you will remember. So our recommendation to the hotel staff is to be always friendly, because their personal life is not any of our business and we sure don’t care if they’re having a bad day. We are there to have a vacation and have a good time with our money. So that’s what we expect. We don’t need to be getting into arguments for NO REASON at all. That’s all. Besides that, the water park was clean, our room was clean, the activities for the little ones were amazing!
7.5 Good
Pros: It was great for the kids , maybe not have everything in the lobby when the guest for the weekend are checking in and bumping in to everyone
Cons: It would be great if they had better food in the hotel , it’s really the first time I’ve seen more then a handful of guests ordering out or leaving to get food .
6.0 Good
Pros: The in-room microwave and mini-fridge were really helpful and the staff tried their best to accommodate two adults in a quieter area of the hotel.
Cons: The hallway noise bled into the rooms quite well. Hallway music, screaming children, running feet were all easily heard in the room.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Interactive
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Great location
Cons: More food outlets surrounds the place
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Staff was very friendly and helpful. The facilities were amazing. The park was fun for our whole family.
Cons: The tube procedures for the water rides caused some issues as there were not enough and we were unable to ride the rides Once the guests claimed a tube, others were unable to ride until those guests gave theirs up after many rides.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Both kids had fun with all the slides and other activities. Great place for a short weekend gate away.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Water park
Cons: Too many people

8.0 Excellent
Pros: The hotel was great. The food was not quite as great as anticipated. No
Cons: No.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: It was nice, clean, modern. All staff personnel were friendly and personable.
Cons: We were quite surprised to learn that the sauna is not standard and included for guests' use but rather part of the spa. In order to use the sauna one must purchase a Sauna day pass for $30 which is only good from 9-5 on weekdays.
6.0 Good
Pros: Close to my jobsite
Cons: Smoking
9.0 Excellent
Pros: Very friendly staff and fun time had by all.
Cons: My wife found the mouthwash partly used in the bathroom after we just arrived, gross. Hotel cleaning staff missed that one. View from the suite was just a rooftop. Was mistakenly under the impression it would be a lakeview.
9.0 Excellent
Pros: It was clean, beautifully decorated and the casino, spa and pool were easy to access.
Cons: Everything was as expected
9.0 Excellent
Pros: Very nice room and hotel. Despite large crowds, check in was quick.
Cons: Wish there was more to do here than just the casino. Adding some daily shows would be nice. Restaurant buffet (had the Friday night Seafood buffet) was good but not great. Restaurants had extremely slow service even when there were empty tables.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Staff
Cons: No
7.0 Good
Pros: Valet and bell staff were exceptional: quick, kind, helpful, friendly. I had no concerns at all with their helping me to park, carry bags, check-out.
Cons: Hidden costs on staying there: added resort fees, $50 room fee, etc. I requested late check-out at the time of booking, via email after, and in person when I arrived. Was provided a different answer and reason each time--frustrating because I had to ask 3x and still was not given a direct, cellar answer. Same with my question on adding another night: the desk staff was not helpful, nor could they provide a clear direct answer.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Room size was great as was the pool. The grounds around the hotel were immaculate. The view of the pond and the golf course were gorgeous.
Cons: No.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The shower was everything. The restaurant were great! The extras in the room should be compliments no charged.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Buffet was excellent on Wed. nite. The only complaint I have about our stay, was my husband spent hours more than me in the casino. I went up to the room and read and TV. The CHAIR in the room was Extremely uncomfortable. It Seen it's better days. Needs to be replaced!! Bed, very comfortable!!. Room 414..
Cons: Sorry I guess I got ahead of myself. I guess I answered this question above. I tried ways to get comfortable on that chair. One more thought, with a room as nice e and big as 414 it would be nice to have 2 chairs in there. When we watched TV, I had to sit on desk chair. We could have gone to a less expensive place to stay, but we chose your place, so it would been nice to have 2 nice chairs to sit on. We will be back again, cause other than my complaint we did enjoy our stay. Thank you. F
8.0 Excellent
Cons: Expected Entertainment but there wasn’t any. Fire pits are only used during the summer season. The smoking in the casino was unbearable.

8.0 Excellent
Pros: It was 1 minute close to horseback riding; which was great! The breakfast food was good. The rooms were clean. There was plenty of activity to do free in the resort.
Cons: There's a $120 hold on top of an $83 fee. We was informed about a $75 fee not $83 which was ok. The $120 hold would have been ok had we been informed! Also the resort can be all inclusive as far as the meals but we weren't given the option; which sucked.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Hearshaped jacuzzi felt good on my bones after 4 hours on a motorcycle!! Magician's show at night was really fun and so was bingo in the afternoon. Food could have been better. Beautiful October day in the Poconos!
Cons: Food could have been better
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Everything except the breakfast
Cons: The breakfast was overpriced and definitely could have been better for the price I paid for the room.
4.5 Okay
Pros: The location
Cons: Do not go by the website pictures. The room's interior was old and in desperate need of new carpeting, wallpaper, furniture. The exterior of the buildings were just plain unattractive. Felt like a concrete roadside motel that wasn't updated since 1975 that charges way too much. Definitely not "Romantic"....
6.8 Good
Pros: Villas are separate little units that aren't connected so no worries of being kept up by loud neighbors. Themed rooms are a nice change from the usual bed and bath hotels that are everywhere.
Cons: Mold for days in the shower and jacuzzi. Bring your own cleaning supplies if you want a little peace of mind for your own personal hygiene. Each restock of towels seems to be riddled with mystery stains of all colors. Highly recommend checking towels before grabbing one to wrap or dry yourself with.
3.1 Mediocre
Pros: Nothing, except that I got to get away
Cons: Resort is in bad repair, Marriot prices for poor motel quality.
8.3 Excellent
Pros: The staff is always there for you when you need anything
Cons: Breakfast doesn't start till 830am . For us that was late to get your day started.
7.5 Good
Pros: We had a Lakeside cabin which was very nice. The breakfast buffet and the dinners were excellent.
Cons: The room needs to be freshened up a bit. The bathroom door did not close easily, and a paint job would make the room more inviting.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The quite peaceful relaxing mood
6.6 Good
Pros: The room was nice. It was secluded and had a romantic vibe to it. The staff tried to make up for the room not being ready.
Cons: We arrived at 3:30, check in was at 3:30 but we did not receive a room until 7:30pm. We continued to get the run around for why our room was not ready timely.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The villa was beautiful, quiet, clean and relaxing inside and out. The autumn foliage throughout the property was an added bonus to the wealth of aesthetic value. Enjoyed catching a number of nice bass in the pond. My wife and I rode bikes for the first time in years, shot billiards, played putt putt golf and played bocce for the first time ever. We felt like kids again! The staff was friendly and helpful. The villa was wonderful with a clean jacuzzi, cozy fireplace and two large TVs!
Cons: Checking in took a while with several couples in line and only one at the front desk, though a second did come along later. This was really not a great problem.
8.3 Excellent
Pros: We loved it! The food could be better. The staff is great!
Cons: The food wasn’t that great!

9.2 Excellent
Pros: Carol is amazing. 7
Cons: Complimentary breakfast.
7.0 Good
Pros: It's less than 1 mile from the Kalahari Waterpark. I was attending a convention there and the room rate was at least double what we paid at this hotel. I only needed a place to sleep for 2 nights and it was perfect for that.
Cons: There were a few maintenance issues it did not affect my stay. I brought them to the attention of the staff who seem to be unaware of it and thanked me for bringing it to their attention.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Everthing
9.0 Excellent
Pros: The hotel clean and quiet and my family enjoy the pool and hot tub a lot! And the location is nice and near to the water park!
Cons: The WiFi not working well!
5.0 Okay
Pros: I liked the location and the price.
Cons: The bed was hard. There was no ventilation. The jacuzzi was dirty. There were roaches in the room.
1.0 Poor
Pros: Nothing
Cons: Check in took over an hour because he kept telling me it wasn't paid. Room only had a fold out bed. No hot water. Heater didn't work. Used towels for extra blankets. Was the worst hotel experience ever. Poconos with not heat or hot water and a fold b
7.1 Good
Pros: Great location. If you want to visit the parks in the area and you want to spend some time away from towns, it is difficult to find structures like this. We really appreciated that the studio was very clean, especially the bathroom.
Cons: The structure is kind of retro`. Even if very well maintained, it doesn't look renewed for a while. More than the aesthetic side, the AC/heater units were loud and we had to turn them off for sleeping.
9.2 Excellent
Pros: A little outdated but 10/10 value, great location and very nice staff!
Cons: Blankets
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Best bang for the buck. The mini suite kitchen was amazing. Oven, stove, sink, microwave, a full compliment of pots, pans, utensils, and it even had a dishwasher! Everything was very clean. There's a nice indoor pool and the grounds are beautiful. We'll be back!!
Cons: That we were only there for 1 night.
4.0 Okay
Pros: It was very convenient to a nearby golf course.
Cons: It's a tired place. The 5 p.m. check-in is inconvenient. In general, there was nothing in our stay to inspire us to try it again.
8.3 Excellent
Pros: Great place to unnwind
Cons: Bar was closed so no place to have a drink and bite to eat on site
10.0 Excellent
Pros: This was amazing I loved the indoor pool I can’t wait to book again
Cons: I love everything that they offered

10.0 Excellent
Pros: Everything was great!
Cons: No
2.0 Mediocre
Pros: Nothing
Cons: This hotel says very clearly on its own website that it is pet friendly. When you click the book a room link on the hotel’s website, it shows which room types are pet friendly. After I booked and pre-paid a night, I got the usual email follow up. I happened to read the fine print a few days later... and noticed it said to call for pet-friendly reservations. In tiny print. So I did. And thank goodness I did! The hotel no longer takes pets. Even though it’s own website and booking service say it does. Even though it has pop up ads when you google pet friendly hotels in that area. And there are no exceptions. So there we were with no where to stay and no where to host a family get together with 48 hrs notice. Totally unacceptable. Will never stay there, even without a pet.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Nice location with a lot of things to do around and nice hiking right behind the resort
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Great location near Camelback..hotel offers nice activities. Great weekend getaway
6.0 Good
Pros: The location is great to get away from it all with lovely trail close by and places to eat about 10 min away. Charming with the history of the place. Has a game room, beautiful windows at restaurants with views.
Cons: The cleanliness could use improvement. Bathroom blinds were very dusty and the tub needed a good scrubbing. Old hotel, so the walls are rather thin.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Everything!
Cons: No.
3.0 Mediocre
Cons: Checking in took 15 minutes staff wasnt friendly. The room smelled. Stains on the couch. We could hear many guests being next to the parking lot. Door lock card didn't work properly. TV remote wouldn't turn TV on. Vending machine ate quarters. Everything
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Everything!
Cons: No.
5.0 Okay
Pros: Comfortable bed
Cons: The other hotel guest (many from New York) have no respect for others trying to sleep. Running down hallways, hollering, dropping what sounded like bowling balls on the floor above me, talking loudly inside and outside the building until 3AM.
3.0 Mediocre
Pros: Clean
Cons: All the activities were closed and hence we did not get to enjoy any of the activities. Also all the activities were excluded from hotel price. Breakfast also not included. Staff were not helpful.
4.0 Okay
Pros: The location
Cons: Service was hideous and the food was horrible.
5.1 Okay
Pros: The number of amenities ! There is a lot to do.
Cons: The room was dirty, and "OLD"! The ugly green carpet in our 12'x12' room was stained and the bed was absolutely the worst we have ever slept in. If not for the filthy carpet I would have slept better on the floor. We checked out early to go home and sleep. The on-sight restaurant was severely understaffed for a major holiday (Valentines Day). They had one bartender, one waitress, and two managers to cover everything. The bartender and the waitress should be given a week off with FULL pay for what they had to deal with. And the male manager or owner, not sure what he was, should be ashamed of himself for riding the bartender as he did. One person making ALL the drinks and tending to tables. That is a business hero cause he saved that night for real.

Pros: Proximity to attractions . Staff working the day of checkout was very Very friendly. Addressed my concern about the room air very quickly.
Cons: Outdated definitely some renovations to be made. Pool area ceiling was leaking. Staff member that was present when I checked in was very rude. It's a sign of respect to hand someone something in their hand. He put everything on the counter
8.0 Excellent
Pros: The lobby was warm and festive. The selections we had for breakfast were excellent. Such a variety. From fresh fruit and yogurt to waffles and French toast to cereals and eggs. Everything tasted great.

Pros: Everything was excellent
9.2 Excellent
Pros: It looks like the hotel is finishing up renovations. Our curtains didn't close all the way, which was our only complaint about our room. Beds were comfortable and the room was clean. We were pleasantly surprised how nice it was after reading some of the reviews. Breakfast was very crowded the day we were there, however, they had plenty of staff keeping up with the food and the coffee. Plenty of choices with something for everyone.
Cons: There were abandoned buildings next door which was a little creepy, the parking lot needs fixing and the back door was not very secure.
6.3 Good
Pros: Location
Cons: Quality
1.0 Poor
Pros: This place is so dead.
6.7 Good
Pros: Bed was nice, so we're the front desk staff
Cons: I felt very unsafe there. My boyfriend was approached in the parking lot of the hotel by some men who seemed to be criminals. They got in his car and started insinuating that they wanted him to get involved with some business that would "get his hands dirty" and they kept asking him where to find women and drugs.
7.0 Good
Pros: Location to Camelback
Cons: The complimentary breakfast was to end at 930, entered the lobby at 900 and there was hardly anything left.

Pros: The hotel was very affordable and clean. The pool was large and the waterfall was a nice touch.
Cons: The hotel was a little run down in need of updates. Some of the doors from the hall to the parking lot did not shut and lock properly, the room had many air fresheners in the heater to combat the mustiness. The pool area was run down with the hot tub covered with potted plants.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: location, location,location, free breakfast
Cons: obvious renovation going on,need to know more about it, target dates etc. if the prices are going to remain the same then we want to know when things will return to normal

7.0 Good
Pros: This was a 1 night stay. Expected this to be run down and tired. Was pleasantly surprised. Could see there were some improvements and the room was clean. Micro and fridge inculded. They did offer coffee in the office but did not partake.
Cons: There was no closet, hairdryer or coffee maker but just to sleep the place was fine. The heating unit was very noisy but kept the room warm
4.0 Okay
Pros: The location, close to the Mt. Airy casino.
Cons: The grounds were dirty and not well-maintained, the breakfast was sparse (one type of cereal, and bagels...that's it), and the room was small and had no place to hang clothes. We could have lived with all that, if not for the price they were charging.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Price. Cleaner than expected after reading some reviews.
Cons: Initial smell of the room. It wasn't a horrible scent, though was fine after you get acclimated to it. They're labeled non-smoking rooms but people can smoke in them with the contract charging extra for those that do smoke.

Best rooms in Pocono Manor
