Large room with two queen beds. Comfortable beds. Easy to find.

Arrived at night and left early the next morning. The same front desk person checked us in and out. He was not welcoming. Just went about his job, indifferent to the guests. The continental breakfast was below average. No fresh fruit. No sweets ( donuts, coffee cake etc). It was clean, but unimpressive.

Room was clean & comfortable

Housekeeping tends to wake me up even if the "Do Not Disturb" sign is on the door. The breakfast area was out of coffee at 8:10 am and staff said there would be no more.

Bathroom was substandard, toilet wasn't anchored, bathroom sink took forever for hot water, bed was uncomfortable, room smelled.

Beds were comfortable, free food was great, & the staff was accommodating.

There was a bug in the room, but I killed it. Not a huge deal.

I stayed there with my son for 2 nights.The staff were so friendly,t my friend felt they were his friends and he needed to say goodbye before we left, the pool was clean and warm so my son enjoyed swimming, the breakfast was good as well.

A nice area, basically just a typical cluster of hotels and restaurants near the interstate. Hotel was a little older, but clean and comfortable enough. Nice breakfast

The staff was excellent!! They bent over backwards for us and we're very pleasant!

It smelled heavily of smoke in the hallways, always a large group of loitering smokers at the entrances. Our room smelled musty all the time. Hallways littered with pizza boxes and dirty towels. There was no fridge and no microwave in the room. No Gideon Bible either.

Bed was very comfortable.Great pool and outside sitting area.

Pillow in the bed were small.

This place has some not so good online reviews. I found it to be very clean, the AC worked like a champ, the staff was very friendly and helpful, and it was a great value for the price. It appears to be mostly working guys in local industry staying there for the week for their jobs. The facility is old and looks its age, but overall, it was just fine and I'd stay there again without a second thought.

The place is dated, but you can't expect four seasons amenities for around $50 a night. The free breakfast wasn't much, but there again, I doubt there is an executive chef on staff.

Absolutely horrible. We checked in on Saturday evening late and I had a conference starting next morning. We get to room and was advertised to have a queen bed, what we get is a full and a room that is so hot it was ridiculous so we go ask about the bed and get moved. We spend the night and r up and out the door by 7. The continental breakfast is cereal and toast, a joke.. Gone all day and notice I have bites on my arms and legs, back to hotel after my conference and look. What do I find but, BED BUGS!!! Go complain, show her photos and ask for refund, she tells me ppl bring her pics on there phone and they aren't from her hotel. Insist she go look, so she sends staff. Of coarse they say there are no bugs, so I ask her to let me show her. Guess what she saw the bugs when I pointed them out... Wouldn't refund for the night I spent getting bit in the nasty place:( don't go here, her maintenance staff said "I'll kill these and it will be okay." Really that's not how bed bugs work!!!

Close to stadiums

Not in a very good neighborhood. Horrible smell. Stains all over the carpets. Toilet leaked. Shower head cracked & leaking. Definitely a " last resort " option.

The location was good. I was able to hop right on the metrolink and 3 stops later I was at the stadium. There are only 4 bars left on the landing so it's not what it used to be.

The staff was particularly rude during check in. if you need extra bedding or towels you have to go to the front desk to get it. They now charge a $10 resort fee which is ridiculous because that hotel is far from any kind of resort. 20 minute wait for the elevator. There are only two outlets in the bedroom you can use. One outlet by the bed. You have to unplug the lamp if more than one person wants to charge their phone at night. Which makes it a little dangerous to walk because the fattest light is across the room. Non-smoking rooms/floors completely smell like smoke. I wish I would've stayed somewhere else,

Will be nice when remodeled.

They had a hidden $10 fee. I could have stayed in the middle of downtown for same price at a very least the same quality room, but from what I found out, nicer.

Gave us a smoking room when we paid for non smoking. Curtains were ripped. Room was dirty and carpet was disgusting. Flies were all over the breakfast and it wasn't fit to eat

The actual hotel room is great!

The staff did a poor job of providing customer service. The room card didn't work no one explained that you had to go to the 8th floor then get off and find another set of elevators to get to your room. It was loud The casino makes everything smell like smoke and whatever they use to try and mask the smoke.

Went for a weekend stay to watch a football game. It's across the street from the stadium. They had a nice breakfast as well as a pleasant evening snack gathering which could be a low key dinner as well. The staff was quite helpful with suggestions and nicely accommodated my need for extended parking until after the game. Everything on this trip went right, and the room itself was a pleasure.

The staff was very friendly and helpful! The rooms were lovely and clean and comfortable. Loved being able to swim in the indoor pool. And the "extras' were all free! Great hotel!

Hotel was quiet, clean, and comfortable. The staff was very pleasant and informative. I didn't use the pool, but it appeared to be nice for families. I especially liked the air conditioning unit (Amana) in my room. Too many hotels use a/c units that are noisy and disruptive when they run. This came on quietly and ran without noise. Almost soothing!

I could only find an ice maker on the first floor and I was on the third, so it was not the most convenient. I didn't see any signs on the third floor indicating where an ice maker was, but it was late and I was tired.

I definitely liked the customer service rep named Andrew. When we arrived I told him that we were on our anniversary and he made a point to go and get us a bottle of Champagne. I will be definitely staying here when I visit St. Louis again!!

Beds!!!! Very Uncomfortable but the customer service, hands down made up for it!!

Absolutely every staff person was polite, friendly and always seemed truly happy. I made a point to tell the front desk person along with other staff that I happened to interact with.

Our bed seemed to send both of us to the middle of the bed.

Nothing, they were inconsiderate and did not know what they were doing. When major potentially awful mistakes were made there were no apologies even made, let alone the offer to discount rate. I cannot be more disappointed, awful.

The Hotel was a nightmare my dad and brother were checked into a room that had not been cleaned, they were assigned another that smelled of mold,at 1am someone used a room key and walked in, the front desk had rented their room to another customer.

Great location. Staff was good too. The rooms were clean and very updated. Shower pressure was great. Rooms had high ceilings.

You have a 20/day self parking fee. For the money do ballet for only 10 more

While the hotel is clean and beautiful, what really stood out to us was how incredibly friendly and accomidating the staff was. We've never experienced such genuine hospitality before. This will definitely be our "go-to" hotel when we're in St. Louis.

Zero complaints. Everything was completely up to par. Proce was fair. We could not find fault.

Room 1230 has a wonderful view of Busch stadium.

Terrible pillows. The staff had issues with our reservation. They had a notation in computer to charge the room to an AmEX. We don't have an AmEX. The room was overpriced.

Parking situation was not ideal, not enough parking to accomodate guests. If it is a game day count on hunting for parking.

I think the best part about this hotel was the people. The staff is so friendly and helpful. It was great being able to get anywhere from our hotel and the view is awesome. I really enjoyed my stay.

Clean room, friendly staff and great view. Booked early and got a great rate. Very close to everything you'd want to do in downtown St. Louis. About a half block walking distance to Busch Stadium. Recommend dinner at the Itallian restaurant across the street at the Hyatt.

I would not say it's fair to pay too much more for this hotel. It is clean and has some updates, but can use a lot more updating or at least touch ups.
