Pros: I ordered this room for my daughter and her new husband who got married yesterday and she texted me this morning to tell me that the room was awesome and that the breakfast was absolutely fabulous! I am very grateful to these owners for giving my daughter and her new husband and awesome honeymoon night/morning stay!
Pros: Nice home, easy to get to. Owner very accommodating, breakfast was amazing. Rooms very nice and comfy. We only stayed one night for a wedding nearby and it was perfect. Owner says he gets a lot of overnighters for weddings and he was even looking for the perfect vehicle for an upcoming wedding-as I said, very accommodating.
Cons: Only issue was you couldn’t move around without making noise *doors creaked, floor creaked, doors stuck....) and there was a young child in the other room we were trying not to wake. L
Pros: Loved the feeling of being in a 150 year old house.
Cons: Nothing, loved it all.
Pros: The owners were so helpful and accommodating. We loved the different breakfasts every morning.
Cons: Some things were not baby proofed.
Pros: The king room was a good size and tastefully decorated. I especially liked the coffee cups and saucers! Good tv reception. Delicious breakfast! The owners were both very gracious and welcoming.
Cons: Possibly you could provide directions to turn on the tv and a list of available channels. We found the parking, while convenient, a little awkward to back out of.
Pros: The room was gorgeous. It was a sleep number bed so I was able to get it to my exact comfort level. It’s a wonderful old, historic building. Breakfast was delivered to the room and it was delicious.
Pros: Breakfast was delicious. I loved that it was delivered to the room when I asked for it. Rick went above and beyond by giving me a ride to my car that I had left at another location.

Pros: We were only there a couple of hours since we had to leave by 4 am but it appeared to be a very nice hotel. Great stay for the money. Close to Lansing, right off the highway, near restaurants.
Cons: I thought the beds were too hard but my mother found them comfortable so that is a personal preference. The hotel entrance was VERY hard to find as the city is not letting them put up proper signage. Basically you need to turn into Arby's lot then turn towards the highway.

Pros: Fridge, microwave and the shampoo n conditioners were amazing.
Cons: The beds were not that comfy or soft.
Cons: The bathroom tile was cracked and dated
Cons: Was downgraded to a crappy room because I have a small dog. The bed was hard as a rock.
Pros: The beds were comfortable. The sheets and pillow cases were clean. It was relatively quiet considering how close it is to the interstate and a truck stop. The desk clerk at checkout was friendly.
Cons: The positive comment is that the actual sheets and pillow cases were clean and the beds were comfortable. The negative: both bedspreads were stained, the blankets had cigarette burn holes in them and there was a chicken bone under the lamp. We didn't hang around to see what breakfast might be.
Pros: It was conveniently located to where we needed to attend a 4-day workshop. It was reasonably priced, The Staff were all very friendly. The room was clean and comfortable. It was a good value for the price.
Pros: Easy access to the highway
Cons: I have a sensitivity to odors and despite their denial, there was a definite scent as if the carpet had a freshener on it. TV reception based. Only half the channels listed worked. No vending machines.
Cons: Everything appears old
Pros: Location, price and breakfast...
Cons: Cable wasn't working so we had no tv or internet. Hotel staff said the internet was working but I had no luck getting it up, I tried everything to no avail.
Pros: Price and staff
Cons: Nasty carpet. Roach crawling up the wall

Pros: The staff was nice and friendly while there but very unhelpful after leaving and trying to get a partial refund.
Cons: Disgusting room. Cockroach in the jacuzzi tub. Vent in bathroom did not work and was dripping plastic. Sheets and carpet stained. Absolutely awful. We left in the middle of the night because we couldnt handle it. Hotel refused to give us any of our money back.
Pros: Super convenient location and great price. Pool and hot tub!
Cons: Our room didnt seem like it had been cleaned thoroughly and well stocked, but on past occasions this wasnt the case. Normally a great value to stay.
Pros: First impression is everything & the lady who checked us in was so very friendly! She was someone who appeared to enjoy her job & was eager to accommodate our needs! Certainly wish every place had someone like her!
Cons: The water pressure is very poor.. I have long, THICK, natural curly hair & to have such a low water pressure makes for a VERY long shower! The pressure was great when you turned on the faucet but as soon as you turn on the shower, pressure drops.
Pros: Staff! Great job!
Cons: Rooms were clean however do need some updating.
Pros: Very friendly and clean rooms very quiet.
Pros: They staff was very helpful. No long waits. Pool stayed open late. We have no complaints. Great value.
Pros: Love staying here. Close to my Kids and Grandkids.
Cons: the hall stunk
Pros: Location, better than the one other closest alternative
Cons: Beds were too firm, pool and hot tub was nice. Not a bad choice for a 2 star
Pros: They were quick to make right anything wrong. The location was perfect. Staff was very nice, polite and eager to help.
Pros: Staff was courteous and helpful.
Cons: Internet signal (WiFi) was poor.
Pros: The smoke ala m was missing and my daughter had a room on second floor which was much nicer that the one I had on first floor.
