In addition to the cozy rooms, the Senses Riviera Maya houses two restaurants and one lounge. The restaurants include the Caribbean-inspired The Blend along with a seafood choice, the Cavamar. The bar serves as a fantastic place to cool down and relax with a martini or other kind of cocktail.

The large pool is mere steps away from the ocean and one of the most relaxing ones you will find at a hotel. Jacuzzis are available on the rooftop terrace where many appreciate the views during the day, and in the sun, or at night under the stars.

Other amenities provided by the hotel include an in-room mini bar, complimentary bathrobes, premium TV channels, microwave and in-room safe. The rooms are beautifully furnished with tile or marble floors. The suites also have kitchenettes.

Pros (+) Staff is amazing and will go out of their way to help you. The place is located far away and its quiet and nice. Food was great.
Cons (-) Manager needs to be nicer to guests and definitely to her employees. Structure is poorly maintained. Elevator needs to be fixed

Ceasar was absolutely brilliant always willing to help, give good advise about local things to do. Infinity pool overlooking the ocean was gorgeous! Overall the hotel is amazing.
