Pros (+) Great location one block from waterfront.
Cons (-) Hotel needs a refresh. Rooms are falling apart. Quite noisy in the morning . Two of three elevators out of service.

Cons (-) The room - out dated - didnt seems to be really clean - closet was broken - Bathmat was not functioning properly so high risk on falling out of the bath while getting out of the bath - The door on the outside (not the entrance) was not functioning properly. Could not be closed. - it was a 2 person room with 2 beds, after our questioning the beds where put together. Still 2 separate beds. - Mini ba...

Pros (+) I could walk to the V&A waterfront or take the shuttle. As always the staff was wonderful. Safe location. Used Jarat for tours and pick-up which was a great choice. You can do cheaper but you get what you pay for.
Cons (-) Would have liked it if you could have ordered food at the bar past 10:30pm.
