I would not stay here again. I had to wait about 15 minutes to check in. The staff did not acknowledge that there were several people waiting or apologize for the wait. They make you leave a deposit on your credit card instead of a hold. Strange. The shower head was broken. The internet was not fast enough to stream video. It kept stopping and then starting a few minutes later.

Where do I start, chipped and broken toilet seat, Hallway smelled like cigarettes, room hadn’t been painted or modernized since ?? Breakfast, no fruit no yogurt, terrible NesCafe coffee…, waffles and packaged pastries, perfect if you don’t like your health… Place was a dump - period… Had to shower after I left that place….

Pros (+) The room was comfortable and clean. Our location made our room quiet (we were far enough from high school athletes making lots of noise at the other end of the hotel). Staff was very friendly and helpful.
Cons (-) The “breakfast” was a joke! Cereal, stale toast, week-old danish, oranges and bitter coffee and you couldn’t even take any of it to your room and they stopped service at 9am (even on weekends). One of the reasons I decided to stay at this hotel was the inclusion of their “luxurious breakfast offerings”, what a joke! The hotel also looks like it was built in the 1960s and has never has a refurbishm...

Cons (-) The room could have been cleaner (makeup stains; wall stains) and instead of 4 miniature pillows we would have preferred to have 2 standard sized pillows. Overall, the staff was courteous, rooms were spacious, room came with microwave/fridge at no additional charge. Would recommend based on value overall.

Pros (+) My parents like this hotel and had planned to stay there again for their 51st anniversary.
Cons (-) My parents booked this room for their 51st anniversary, and my dad had to go to the hospital instead. Kayak.com would not make an exception and give us a credit or refund. He is still in the hospital. There should be exeptions and at least a credit for things like this!

Cons (-) Uncomfortable pillows, and we got an upgraded room, but it did not feel upgraded... For the cost of the room, I was very disappointed with the quality. We even talked to staff about our issues with the room, and they seemed indifferent

Pros (+) Great hotel for the price I paid and good central location in Fresno.
Cons (-) A little noisy if you are on an end room from the exterior building doors slamming shut and walls are a little thin, but if you have a good set of ear plugs, you'll be good to go.

Pros (+) The bed was clean. If you are a single guy looking to say during the week for work its ok. I would not take my family.
Cons (-) Hotel is outdated, Room had old carpet, bed and furniture are oldee. Tons of people smoking marijuana outside. Lots of shady characters walking around the parking lot.
