Cons (-) Room was dirty, couch had a substance on it and my kids were sleeping on the pull out...so gross. I immediately pulled the cushions off and made their bed. The walls were stained with what looked like dog pee, and the toilet had bad water rings. The walls are super thin and we heard stomping and running late at night and kept us all up.
