Pros: Nothing because they didn’tget my reservation. There were no cars available for me.
Cons: Better coordination with the reservation websites. Offer other options. Have more cars available.

Long tine waiting
Pros: Price and ability to do drop off ar different location
Cons: Although we were scheduled for pick-up and paperwork was finished fast.. it took almost an hour to get the car. IT was being washed in the meantime. Also, an aditional ~100USD was charged afterwards although everything was paid for in advance!!!

Cons: The car is yellow. The car has been changed and rejected. The size is not suitable for the same category The procedures are very slow to deliver the car and only one employee serves each customer

Pros: Precio y capacidad para hacer el abandono de ar diferente ubicación
Cons: Aunque estábamos programados para recoger y el papeleo fue terminado rápido... se tardó casi una hora en conseguir el coche. Mientras tanto se lavaba. Además, después se cobró un 100USD adicional, aunque todo fue pagado por adelantado!!!

Cons: El coche es amarillo. El vehículo ha sido cambiado y rechazado. El tamaño no es adecuado para la misma categoría . Los procedimientos son muy lentos para entregar el coche y sólo un empleado atiende a cada cliente
