Everything from check in to check out! Nothing!
Everything was perfect! Staff was friendly and the accommodations were excellent as other reviews we read said they were.
We like Hampton Inns because they are always a good value for a good stay.
Easy check in and loved breakfast. Wish there were more TV channels.
Clean rooms, comfortable bed, good locale. No pay per view movies. Small pool. Limited dining.
Courteous & friendly staff & guests. Free fruit infused water & apples. Huge room. Nice pool & hot tub. Starbucks on site. Couldn't find thermometer for hot tub. Usual room noise.
Very modern decor. Our a/c wasn't working properly. Didn't want to switch rooms as we'd be on a separate floor from our kids.
The location and cleanliness of the entire hotel. The atmosphere in the lobby was relazing.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. There was a gap all the way around the door where you could see right to the hall. This place is poorly constructed and therefore noisy. The AC didn't work properly and couldn't cool our room. Hotel seems fairly new but poorly constructed. 2 star not 3.
Fabulous bed and bathtub in room. clean and well lit lobby and hallways After 5 days, the hotel still not released the $20 credit card hold for incidentals. Should have been able to determine any damage within a day 2 at the most. Only Marriott Hotels hold longer than 2 days. Most hotels release day of checkout.
Really friendly service.
The hotel met our needs. I needed an accessible room, that was on our route to where we were going. It was clean, roomy enough, and had a large bathroom with a true roll-in shower. Plenty of nearby restaurants to choose from.
Price Did not get Marriott points on incidentals
I only stayed there for 1 night and had the fire alarms go off at 11:25 at night and no one outside to tell you where you should go! No sorry money back or any kind of comparison for it! For a 3 star hotel I will not stay again!
Had pack and play as a crib with no mattress for our son definitely not good for toddlers or infants. The only good thing was the breakfast that you had to pay for and for the price of the room there should be some sort of complimentary breakfast. I could keep going but I was not satisfied at all.
Location The bathroom was dirty and had mold all over the shower. The room was rather run down.
The lady who checked me in was extremely helpful and friendly. Every time I've stayed here the folks that work here have made the check in and out experience quick and pleasant. Have to use your credit card. No cash accepted.
Super friendly and accommodating staff. Easy to find location. No complaints!
Housekeeping never came one day - no contact to inform me of any issues or reasoning why. Otherwise a fine stay.
The hotel was packed but when I went to take a shower the water was nice and hot, the staff is friendly, the hotel is mostly clean (saw a few hairs here and there). The hotel is about 3 miles from the Xfinity center and has great rates! If I were going to another concert at the Xfinity center I would definitely stay here again! The mattresses are super springy in an uncomfortable way, making this hotel not ideal for an extended stay.Note to the hotel please add vending machines. Also Kayak please note that you give the option for smoking rooms while the hotel is completely smoke free (I am ok with this but others booking a smoking room may not be.).
Swimming pool No continental breakfast
Comfortable bed, good location. Would consider it again.
the staff was very friendly and the lobby ,room and grounds were very clean
The continental breakfast was pretty good. Need more choices. Checked into a complaint we had about noisy neighbors. Our room for 4 people was very small compared to other rooms in same bldg. Bed mattress wasn't very comfortable. The back building is very noisy with lots of thudding and pounding in hallway and upper floor. Needs to be more sound proof for a good nights sleep.
I had a problem with my shower. I reported it and the problem was corrected at once
My only complaint is that the people in the room next door where loud. The heater/air-conditioner vent was making loud noises all night.
I liked that it was only about 25 mins from the boston area. We were only staying the one night but it was perfect to finally get a hot shower and some relaxing time in before jumping on the road the next morning. The breakfast was perfect for our needs. Hotel was very clean and quiet. The clerk at the front desk seemed to be bummed to have to work a friday night. He also looked like he just rolled out of bed and no name tag. Just felt a bit unprofessional. Really nothing to complain about.
Location, facilities and breakfast all good Carpet in room had food on it, needed to be vacuumed. Beds were hard.
The staff was very friendly and helpful! The room was the perfect size for our short stay and very clean. The room we got was very quiet. The shuttle service was excellent and they are willing to pick you up at any time after the game! We got picked up from a gas station about a half mile from the stadium and the walk wasn't bad at all. The traffic was horrible so it was definitely a lifesaver! The check in and out was very easy. I'd definitely stay here again if I'm ever back in the Foxboro/Sharon area!
We loved the breakfast!
Noisy m, very very noisy. AC didn't work.
The rooms, the staff, the hotel was clean and convenient. WiFi worked well. The breakfast buffet was awful. Maybe a regular breakfast would have been better. But the eggs were fake, the sausage turned me off and made me sh*t.
Staff was friendly slow service at their restaurant
I & my son liked just about everything. The décor was very pleasing in the rooms and the lobby was very boutique-like. The lobby was sophisticated & cosy at the same time. Whoever was the decorator has a great eye. We were surprised to learn, that the hotel is scheduled for a color change to purple and grey. While purple sounds good, pairing it with grey does not. The staff were friendly & accommodating. The outside smoking area was riddled with bird poop & rat droppings. I think it was, also, next to the the trash area.
Hotel staff was extremely rude. Charged my credit card additional money with out notifying me first or asking and seems to think that is completely acceptable to do as a business. Urine on and around toilet from previous guests. Raw sewage smell all through second floor. Old food crumbs and pieces next to and under bed
Staff was amazingly nice, even the housekeepers were giving us "Hello"s and big smiles. Waffle makers with Continental breakfast Lots of restaurants close by to choose from. Asked for King bed and was given 2 queens A/C was loud Lamp between the beds was on switch but still needed to turn on, we plugged our phones in and it and found out they didn't charge because the switch was flipped to turn lamps off. Tap water was gross
Cleanliness and staff were polite Breakfast was not so good,
Price was good, especially considering the conditions. Rugs, sheets and bathrooms were unacceptably stained and unclean. Corrosion, stains and lack of any heat made this one of the worst stays I have experienced, and I have stayed in many hotels. As I was on a Military trip, I arrived late and left early, so there was not too much time spent here. Not likely to try a Days Inn again anytime soon.
Location Light bulb out Smelled like cigarette smoke, cigarette burn on the tub, food and coffee was awful, room dirty
Bathroom needs updating.
Friendly staff. Decent internet connection. Far too over priced for a hotel that's not near anything and with such basic accommodations.
I had reserved a Non smoking room with a King bed. Instead they gave me a Smoking room with 2 full beds. The sheets smelled just like cigarette smoke.
Nice building, rooms were above average, bar is nice, location is great. Staff not close to professional, cleanliness was doubtful
It was fairly clean. It was cheap. It was in the middle of nowhere.
close to stadium had a fridge no ice dated room non smoking room smelled of smoke
Bathrooms were clean, shower was powerful with plenty of hot water. Bed was comfortable. No road noise even though right on busy RT 1. AC kept the room nice and cool. Room was large with plenty of space. If it's just a place to sleep you need with few amenities, this place is fine. Front desk, maids and staff were all friendly. No extra blankets, towels were absorbent but few. Had to reuse. An extra chair would be nice. No phone in room. No suitcase rack to raise open suitcase off the floor. The pillows were soft, but plastic-y and loud. Sort of like laying your head on wax paper, every time you move, you hear the crinkle crunch sound and it was loud enough to hear in the other bed. A small inconvenience overall for the price...
The breakfast was great, the staff very friendly, and the location near Gillette stadium perfect.
They were accommodating of our very early check-in request (10AM). We paid for a "King Suite" which turned out to just be a standard king room at the end of the hall. Don't pay the extra money, it's not worth it. Also, the breakfast only runs from 6-9AM, but checkout isn't until 11am - we just wish we had been advised of this when we checked in.
friendly staff Some lights in the room didnt work, showerhead didnt stay on the wall. Hotel staff told me i booked a handicap room when i didnt.
We were in room 103 - next to the breakfast room. It was quite noisy, both from staff and machinery.
nice rooms Our room was not ready at check in time
Hotel personel were great
