5.0 Okay
Pros: Croisont was good. Cereal was good.. Super markets in the campus so that was cool and city centre and Notre Dame was walking distance
Cons: Scrambled Egg was raw or half cooked. Not much choice at the Breakfast Buffet. No instructions that we have to boil our own eggs. I ended up breaking a raw egg. Coffee was good. Hotel could have provided instructions that we should have paid the automatic car parking at time of parking the car not at exit. Website of automatic car parking also does not give that instructions

7.1 Good
Pros: Got there at 10 o’clock and left a 6 o’clock. Stop off on the way to skiing trip. Good value for money
5.0 Okay
Pros: We had an apartment, small kitchen area was well equipped and generally the whole of the apartment was thoughtfully and newly furnished, good towels and clean bedding However there seemed to be flood damage on the walls and door frames which needed maintenance
Cons: The area around is grim as is the building. The corridors need redecoration and better lighting.but its very near to the motorway.
3.8 Mediocre
Pros: Receptionist was helpful with finding us a restaurant for dinner. That was a plus.
Cons: It all started at the reception. I made my booking few months before our arrival through booking.com. Even though my card was authorised, when we arrived our booking was not on the system despite me having a booking confirmation. I meant to have welcome drink in the room as a genius traveller but that did not happen. The room was more than disappointing...Room 401. There were only two large towels for 4 people! So two of us were drying with that tiny towel for hands. How ridiculous! The hairdryer was barely working so we were left with wet hairs. The most horrible part was the sofa bed. Not only extremely uncomfortable but very very noisy and there was a mark from pee on the mattress. I mean... people stay in the hotel to SLEEP somewhere but we did not get any sleep due to the noisy, uncomfortable and dirty bed. To make our stay even worse, since 6:30am the motorway which is right next to the hotel gets very noisy that is waked all of us up. We were probably better off sleeping in the car. Which btw you have to pay for separately which I have never seen anywhere else! Breakfast was not too bad but it wasn't good enough to make up for that horrible experience.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The Reception was excellent.
Cons: All good. Thank you.
6.3 Good
Pros: If you wan to cook it’s a good small appartement
Cons: The bed was small and the room didn’t smell well.

Pros: Comfort
Cons: The restaurant
9.0 Excellent
Pros: Everything....... except.......
Cons: The shower floor, in room 123, when wet was like a skating rink, and there was nothing to hold on to when I slipped, but mercifully I did not fall and hurt myself.
9.0 Excellent
Pros: Charming staff - noticed it was our 5th stay and upgraded room. Lovely large room with beautiful view of the cathedral. All very efficiently organised, including parking. I liked the extra security of the card being needed to access guest floors in the lift.
Cons: I think the sink needed a little attention - it didn't drain very well. That's it!
5.8 Okay
Pros: Otherwise exactly what I’d have expected and hoped for...
Cons: Very disappointing. Stayed one night. Room allocated on first floor above main street. Our room had standard double glazing and no additional sound proofing. Consequently, very disturbed sleep due to cacophony of Saturday night revelry well into the early hours. The worst night’s sleep of an otherwise blissful 10 days in France. Neither myself nor my teenager could be described as light sleepers. When I raised the inadequacy of insulation with the Concierge the following morning, his response that ‘it was the only room left’ (despite reserving months before)insinuating that this issue was no surprise. Frankly, a disgrace to trade on 4stars, yet expect some of your guests to endure sub-standard accommodation for the same price.
9.0 Excellent
Pros: The location was perfect on the main strip and easy stroll to sites, surrounded by restaurants. The parking garage was tight but the attendant offered to park our car for us. Reception was polite and attentive.

9.0 Excellent
Pros: The breakfast was great. A wide choice and a nice restaurant. The location is perfect - right in the centre with everything in easy reach.

7.0 Good
Pros: Great location, lovely champagne bar and helpful staff all around
Cons: Housekeeping department was very loud outside our hotel door in the morning,I think the pantry adjoined our room

Pros: Steps away from the fountain and busy pedestrian plaza full of delicious shops, the lux hotel is the perfect Reims basecamp. Wonderful front desk staff. Exceptionally large (by Europian Standards) rooms. Enjoy!
Cons: Public parking across street is NOT 24 hours without gate ticket - front desk staff should have warned us. Also public parking self pay kiosk did accept USA VISA bank cards (I tried them all). Tip - pay inside parking office before returning to your car
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Good location, helpful staff, imposing building and great champagne.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: A beautiful house surrounded by vineyards with lovely grounds and a cellar full of delicious champagne for sale. We were greeted with a tasting which after 6 hours of driving was bliss.
9.0 Excellent
Pros: From the moment you enter the villa and cellars of Ployez-Jacquemart you are warmly welcomed to the vast family villa. The authenticity of the location the venue and the people are only matched by the exceptional quality of the champagne produced right in the cellars beneath your accommodation. The breakfast is fresh, wholesome and healthy and is served with a smile every morning by Sabine. The conversations with Charles vastly improved our knowledge of the complexity and detail required to produce a truly exceptional champagne. Thank you to Clara, Sabine and Charles for making our short stay such a wonderful experience.

Cons: Room is too tight and there a no facilities other than the restaurant downstairs that is crowded and is on the main pedestrian road, thus full of tourists.
9.0 Excellent
Pros: All Good

7.0 Good
Pros: The Location was really close to the bars, restaurants and the shops.
Cons: The view from our room was brilliant but not sure what they could do about that.

Pros: Great location in City
8.0 Excellent
Pros: The location was perfect and the car park was very easy to access. The room was small and basic but perfectly functional for the 3 of us and had everything we needed to be comfortable for the one night that we stayed.
Cons: The same problem as with lots of hotels - the room was too hot and the air conditioning couldn't be adjusted from warm to cold. Otherwise, nothing.
6.0 Good
Pros: Location
Cons: Family rooms
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Comfortable beds, clean and tidy.
Cons: Being in the middle of town it was a little noisy, particularly as we were located at the front of the property.
7.0 Good
Pros: Simple, clean hotel in an excellent location on a pedestrianised street in Reims city centre a short walk from 24hr parking (at a reduced rate), cafes, shops and the impressive cathedral. Friendly staff plus easy lift access to top floor rooms.
Cons: A few fixtures and fittings in the bathroom were loose and the bath tub itself was rather small. Although we did not try the breakfast, €12 seems a little expensive compared with the price of coffee & croisants at local patisseries.
9.0 Excellent
Pros: Quick check in, friendly staff, modern and comfy room

Cons: Cold breakfast and many days no eggs, and 1 day the eggs were raw!

Cons: Hotel charged money 2 times. Why? I don’t know
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Location. Lovely old building with a historic lift. Nice people in the reception. Luggage storage. For a single room, quite a spacious bathroom.
Cons: The hotel could use some "visual detox". Too many posters and photos... Too stuffy. I didn't care for cleaning ladies knocking at my door a few minutes after checking-in and then entering the room without being allowed, just to fill-in the minibar which I explicitely told them not to.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Great location and excellent staff.
Cons: Wifi was terrible once you got above the 1st floor.
9.0 Excellent
Pros: Lots! The breakfast location was very convenient , and the breakfast perfectly adequate. The rooms were well set out and the staff very helpful. Loved that the Hotel was quiet and set back from the busy main street, but access to the nearby underground carpark very convenient indeed.
Cons: I am sure it was just me, but I had problems with the eggs: I anticipated that they were hard boiled as I didn't read the notice by the bowl containing these (which as in french). They were not cooked!! The first I broke at the table thinking it was a cold hard boiled egg!! I then went to cook them in the nearby machine but the second one was far too raw as the water was not boiling and the notice requested clients not to fiddle with the thermostat. I did fiddle the thermostsat for the 3rd one!! and it was perfect. It is great to have a soft boiled egg but in these circumstances, it might be better to have a few hot hard boiled eggs at the ready! Otherwise everything was great for the price we paid and we would certainly go there again.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Excellent town centre location; very quick to reach from Autoroute. Convenient (if slightly pricey - €16 for overnight) underground carpark imediately outside. Also only a few mins walk from railway station. Lots of restaurants nearby. Attractive personal hotel with check-in staff available till midnight
Cons: Breakfast seemed a little pricey at €11, so we found a cafe down the road for coffee and croissant

Pros: The bed was comfy. The staff were kind and flexible. We had booked on the road for 3 people including our 4 year old on the advertised sofa bed. Even though the room wasn't made up for 3 and there were no sheets for it, the staff didn't send us away or make us feel unwelcome(had this before).
Cons: The neighbours were knocking on the room adjacent at 4am...We had booked for 3 people including our 4 year old on the advertised sofa bed but it wasn't made up and there were no sheets for it..
