the Spa is very nice and clean. I would rather put the suggestion to 'polish' the hotel with putting a new carpet (in particular the one in the 'green room' on the way to breakfast). . and also the reception area. It is nice place, with good location, spa and very friendly staff. However, at the entrace it does not give that impression. So, I would suggest to add a bit more 'cosy' staff and lighting for better first impression. Also, I would suggest to update the bathroom- small investments (like new curtains) will make big difference.

Restraurant meal was superb while the room was generally good, since the weather was very warm, it needed air-co. Even opening the window did not help (it was on the side street and quite close to the opposite buildings which limited the wind from entering the room)

Construction site next door was very noisy. Room stiflingly hot, even though weather not very (and no air-con). Hotel full of strange and not pleasant smells.

Spa facilities are very nice, trendy indoor pool, and a huge sauna Room was warm, no airconditioningn and pretty noisy during night, we had to keep the window open as it was too warm

Beautiful location; also nice views from the restaurant. Easy parking. Although the meal was pleasant it did not rate as ?gourmet Dining' and was therfore in our opinion too expensive.

Although it is out of town, there is a shuttle. The hotel is perhaps a bit tired and in need of an update, but the value is nevertheless superb for the price. The breakfast, included, is first rate.

Good breakfast. Old fashioned hotel built in 1985 (looks like in scary movies). Awful shower. Internet is for money only, it is nonsense nowadays. Not a 5* hotel, it is rather very average 4*.

We were given a suite, which was a nice surprise. Very nice breakfast, when it is included in the price. Our bathroom was dirty and we had to call to have it cleaned upon check in. Although it was a treat to be given a suite, the room was in great need of an overhaul.

Swimming pool and delicious breakfast The clealiness of the room. It was not mentioned that when you obtain a reduction for the price of the room, the cleanliness will follow.

excellent (small) pool & gym facilities for hotel, free parking, quiet, fantastic breakfast, decent room size, decoration, light, curtains, 2 comfy armchairs, table, desk extremely soft bed (never seen a softer bed in any hotel), no wall sockets for laptop at desk or telephone charger next to the bed (only one at the window or you have to pull furniture from the wall to reach one near the desk... very inconvenient). A noisy buzzing kind of speaker (alarm speaker system?) on the side of the bed - quite disturbing at night. No ventilation at all in bathroom/toilet area (there's a vent but no airflow at all). No Toilet brush. Extremely expensive internet (10 euro 1hr, 17 euro 24hr) and troublesome to have to buy a password at reception each time you want to use it (unless you buy multiple days or week package on day 1). No complementary still water bottle, water in minibar and placed on table 6+ euro

Hotel is well placed for Luxembourg city. We enjoyed our meal in the recently redecorated restaurant. There is a large car park.

The local is rather quite; Personnel is supportive. Good restaurant. Internet access is too expensive, a today's service that should be for free. No air-conditioning in the room. Too much noise coming from outside.

The car park was extensive and free. The hotel was in the middle of refurbishment which hadn't been mentioned when we booked.

Nice environment, good logistics 4-star hotel ut the furniture is quite old, the staff could improve

The facilities (room, swimming pool, bar, breakfast) were good, and the staff were pleasant. The hotel has a spacious reception area, and is in an accessible location. The facilities provided good value for money. Hard mattresses and only one pillow per person, resulting in an uncomfortable night's sleep. An over-crowded breakfast room, meaning that we had to eat breakfast in the (rather noisy from the TV) bar. No spare towels by the pool.

the indoor swimming pool was not convenient for small kids

Spacious room I called them at 22 h and nobody was ready to pick up my shirts and deliver in the morning about 8 30 am, ironed.

I liked the panoramic view of Luxembourg Slow service

The location and the atmosphere of the hotel. We needed to ask the staff questions on matters that they should have just informed us. Also, we booked a executive room with access to the lounge which never opened. After searching for an answer to our question, the staff told us to go upstairs to the bar area and they would do something for us. Overall, we were very disappointed in the customer service and the hotel not fulfilling what they had offered.

Very modern hotel, good furniture; good breakfast. Sightseeing bus stops in front of hotel. Expensive public parking; rather long walk to down town area.
