Lots of things broken or not working properly. The place looks run down.
Cons. Their service was horrible. Very slow internet speed too.
Pros. I did not like anything here, tweaked, crack heads and hookers hangout in the lobby and around the front door!
Cons. The rooms are FILTHY!!!! My 6mo old daughter got a nasty rash from the beds and the rest of us got sick...... the AC was broken and they refused to fix it, poor water pressure, house cleaning never came to clean the room or bring clean towels. The phone didn’t even work when we tried to call the front desk THIS PLACE IS A COMPLETE WASTE OF MONEY........SERIOUSLY BOOK AT YOUR OWN RISK!!!!!!!!!

Cons. Hotel is in a very scary neighborhood. There were people milling about. When we went to get our luggage, we felt like there were some guys casing our truck. We were so worried about it, we decided to not stay. As we were leaving there was a hooker outside the door, her pimp calling her over, and in the parking lot was a guy fixing up his batch of drugs. Its not a place for a business person, as the description indicated, and it's definitely NOT family friendly.

Cons. Absolutely shitty hotel. Bathroom shower knob was broken and they didn't know about it. Maintenance is very bad. I wouldn't stay in Ramada ever again.

Cons. Although you can smoke on certain floors I was 5 floors above it and still smelled the smoke. Other customers smoked on the elevators and on any floor they wanted to.

Cons. Although it was a non-smoking room, and it did not immediately smell of smoke upon check in, the smell of cigarette smoke woke me up in the middle of the night! When I got home, I realized that all of the clothes that I had on and that I had packed with me smelled of smoke.
