Luxury and relaxation for one night during travel. Being at the airport to make it easy to get to terminal
Nice beds and AC
Cleanliness and more eating options
Shower and general update needed
Next to airport
They took advantage of flight cancellations and jacked rates up to over $400. Hotel is very worn and even if clean would still only offer comfort of budget motel
Thank you for allowing me to check in very early!
Bed/pillows were pretty uncomfortable. Lighting in bathroom left the shower pretty dark.
Great for long layover.
Location, clean, comfortable, quiet.
Could not get the room warm and no extra blankets. Hilton needs to replace the windows
Odd staff problem
The place was comfortable and easy to get to.
Flight was cancelled so I tried to get a room. Staff quoted me $350 for a night. I told them their online listing was $100 less, showing them on the Kayak app. They instructed me to step out of line and "book it if you think you can get a room", which I did.
Location, Location, Location. This is the biggest selling point and the convenience to Terminal 3 is outstanding!
Beds are a bit stiff and dated. Not very comfortable.
my bellman was fantastic. he took me up to my room and made sure everything worked before leaving.
Convenient to airport
It's so big you feel like you're in an airport walking the mile to your room. It's also really expensive for a single night convenience stay.
My husband went to make coffee in the room when he got water from the sink it was a milky white color. We tried a couple more times to see if it was a fluke, it was not. When we called down to the desk she said she would send maintenance, it was 12:30 am and we had just gotten in on a flight so we just asked for a bottle of water. We were told that it would cost $4 for one when it was their water that was not clean. Worst customer service we have ever had at a Hilton.
