St. Augustine Alligator Farm Zoological Park
Ripley's Believe It Or Not
Very friendly hard working staff, clean, accommodating, pet friendly, comfy bed, nice selection of free hot and cold breakfast items I'm a smoker, all rooms are non smoking, but they really did smell fresh, kind of a inconvenience but understandable
Breakfast and Pet friendly Service and price.
Love the location. Comfort and clean. A/C wasn't working properly, too much noisy.
good for the price and good location TV was too dark and I couldn't adjust the brightness
Hot breakfast brought to your room daily, great staff and comfortable stay! A great time and definitely will stay there again when we return.
Staff very friendly Ad was very misleading. Expected to be on the ocean and we were 1/2 mile away. Ad stated poolside which was a big joke. We could see it from our room way across the parking lot.
Clean smelled good You need to add some flatter pillows to the rooms
THE LOCATION IS PERFECT AND INDOOR POOL IS GREAT AS WELL LOTS OF ANTS AND ROOM SMELLED MOLDY
We loved the location! And the size of our room! The spa tub was a plus as well. Could have been a bit cheaper but we loved it here.
It's...unique! The 'Kitchen' was a disappointment. Other than that, it was ok
For the price paid this is perfect. Stayed there because was going to a show at St Augustin Amphitheater. Room was clean, pretty big and comfortable. No amenities. Close to the beach which we went to before and after our stay.
Room smells musty. Bad shower pressure. Crevices under entrance door. Big mouth front desk lady Sue rolled her eyes back when I mentioned to her about the low pressure shower head. Sue also big mouth and doesn't know how to behave with her guests. But good room size Bad management. Poor conditions and in need of Remodelling.
Completely remodeled and new. Rooms are on the smaller side but clean and updated. Very nice staff. Delicious breakfast.
nothing didn't have room we were suppose to Sex offenders live on the site and was not told I had 3 children with me and they kept staring at them not a good place Office staff was rude when I asked a question Would not recommend this place to anyone
location firm mattress/great sleep 1960's style slightly tired feel
The phones didn't work. They were old disgusting and extremely dirty. The showers were filthy to the point where I had to shower with flip flops on and avoid touching any part of the bathroom. The icing on top is that it says continental breakfast and there is only coffee. I've stayed at motel 8 better than this.
Great staff the tv was very outdated and had problems with it but eventually i fixed it.
The room has plenty of clean towels. The pool looked clean but we never had the opportunity to use it. The first thing we noticed when we pulled up to the hotel was it was across from two adult superstores. A Google Maps search before we booked our rooom would have shown us that the hotel was in a bad area but we didn't look it up. We arrived early and were hoping, but not expecting, to check in early. We were greeted by a woman who rudely told us the check in time was three in the afternoon. While we made a game plan on what we should do in the meantime, we asked if we could sit inside the air conditioned lobby and were told yes by another staff member. However, when we went into the lobby, yet another staff member yelled at us because she was attempting to mop the floor. Around 2:30 PM, we decided to see if we could check in and were greeted by the same rude woman from earlier who didn't want to allow us to check in; however, a line of people attempting to check in formed and she gave in. We asked if it was at all possible to get a late check in of 1:00 PM instead of 11:00 AM and the woman scoffed and said, "No, definitely not." Our room was on the second floor and our friends who travelled with us were on the first floor. The second floor room smelled like mold and wet towels. The first floor room smelled like bleach (but at least it smelled clean). Our room had a balcony but when we went to use it, we realized the door was being held closed by a rod and the glass was separating from the door frame. It was difficult to open and close the door. The TV remote only worked when you were close up to the TV and angling the remote behind the TV. The bed was hard and the pillows looked and felt like couch pillows. The showerhead was too close to the wall, making it so you had to practically grip the wall to be under the water. The tub didn't drain well so the water rose up to our ankles as we showered. The sink in our friends' room leaked when in use, splashing you. Our room didn't have an ice bucket, which wasn't that big of a deal. I will never book a room at Super 8 again.
