Pros (+) The lady at the front desk was very nice, and the bed was comfortable.
Cons (-) Was not told that the breakfast was not free and would in fact be $10 for each adult until after we had already gotten food and sat down. If it's not complimentary then that should have been stated. They also gave up the room I had paid for and put me in a handicapped room, which she said was a step above what I paid for.. way too expensive in my opinion.
