Friendly staff at check in.
“Renovations” were minimal. Claims to be a 3 star hotel, definitely a 2 star. Tiny TV, stained bedsheets, trash in the microwave. LOUD car noise throughout the night. In the morning, a car alarm went off for an hour straight starting at 5:30am.
Friendly staff, clean and comfortable.
I had to switch rooms because the toom above was making a lot of noise (stomping, etc.). But staff kindly swapped rooms for me.
Great bed and spacious room
the room was big enough. There was a construction on the east wing, ask for a room by the lobby because it looks like it will be like this for a while
Front desk was friendly and the room was average
Housekeeping staff was poor. Room was clean but did not get back in our room until after 4 pm. Not enough towels, washcloths, etc.
Great rooms, friendly front desk people
great value for the price. nice, clean room.
AC/heating unit was very loud even on the low setting.
Good for the price
I liked how inexpensive it was. Not a fan of their wooden flooring or the absence of an elevator. Otherwise it is a good place for the price you pay. Thanks.
Clean , microwave
The room was really lovely, I'm thankful there was a coffee maker, ironing board, and all the amenities I needed. The bed was so comfortable I had a really difficult time getting up in the morning.... it was like sleeping on clouds. I wish i got to stay longer, so I will definitely be back to The Atwood on my next trip to the area.
Great central location.
The Atwood is clean and comfortable.
There is a golf cart that works the property. It beeps whenever backing up. It never seems to be in place more than a few minutes, very annoying. The pool is only open until 8, seems a little early.
Staff was very friendly and helpful.
Room was not fully renovated. Back window screen was busted and falling out and was full of cobwebs that look like they'd been there for months. Found spiders 3 seperate times, once in the bed. Also because the windows/screen were not replaced the room was noisy and this specific room had a light shining in the window that was so bright it looked like a spotlight was being shined directly into the room (i imagine not an issue in most rooms). I would avoid this hotel until it is fully renovated and even then cautiously because it is VERY obvious this is an OLD hotel.
Not good at all
The restaurant was great. Good food and staff. Fast service
The room was dirty, falling apart, noise from the freeway was loud, the room smelled like bad bathroom cleaner, bed was uncomfortable, shower knob wiggled and felt like it was going to come out of the wall, noises from the pipe, bubbling from the ceiling paint in the bathroom, bathroom door looked like it had been forced open at one time, pool smelled bad, hot tub was worse.
