Pros. Room was large enough ... not huge, but more than enough space for us. The hotel was clean and although elegant, it was comfortable too. Staff was wonderful.
Cons. It was located perfectly for us and everything was great. Would not change anything. A perfect place to stay for a perfect weekend!
Pros. Clean rooms. Convenient location in downtown San Francisco.
Cons. The hotel presents itself to be a resort facility and charges accordingly including a resort fee but there are few if any resort features to it. There is no pool or hot tub no view of any sort except going outside, no breakfast available. The rooms are small and it shows that they have been carved out of an old apartment (or office) complex. They have expresso machines in the rooms in place of coffee makers we found them difficult to get them to work.
Pros. Nicely renovated, but clearly an old original building, in a good way. Room is small but comfortable. It's in the middle of downtown, so street noise is loud, but that goes for every hotel in the middle of the city.
Pros. Location was excellent, my room was clean and felt modern even though the rooms were obviously older.
Pros. Galleria Park staff were friendly, welcoming, and accomodating. The room was bright, clean, and comfortable.
Cons. The staff did get a little frazzled at the front desk with the large volume of guests for the weekend. There was only one HDMI cable available for the entire hotel and it was taken for the duration of my stay.
Pros. Great location, very helpful and accommodating staff.
Cons. The room was a little on the small side for the price.
