The room was very nice and very comfortable. Service was teriffic.
I could hear noise from other rooms through the vents late at night. Food was just okay. And $62 for Self Parking is ludicrous for a half-empty garage - even in San Francisco. It was almost half the price of the room. No good.
Bed was comfortable.view was nice
We were next to a family that had several rooms. Doors were slamming all night. Loud noise, kids crying. We had to finally call down to front desk but it continued all night. Uncomfortable
The room was amazing and clean... The bed was very comfortable, the view was great but most of all we were impressed by the incredible staff - so friendly, professional and helpful! What a great experience.
Honestly I cant think of a single thing... The hotel is working hard to protect their guests and are constantly cleaning/sanitizing... Very grateful!
I was on a top floor with a good view. Very friendly staff; I know they are all doing the best they can in this tough times.
If you plan to stay here long just know that no room cleaning is done until you check out. My stay was for 6 nights and I was only informed that my room would be cleaned on the 5th day when I was checking in. I know this is due to covid and them being careful but which person what to stay in a room that’s not being cleaned?! On the 3rd day I asked for my room to be cleaned and since they have a time that cleaning is done - it was done on the 4th day.
The bed was comfortable and the location was excellent.
There was no hair dryer, the room was dirty, there was a sock under the bed, a mask on the chair, and leftover food in the mini fridge.
