Great location. Just 5 minutes on foot to union square. Nice bar on 39 th floor with great drinks and food.
$90/day parking?? That’s robbery. Park at amc garage across the street for $34/day. We had junior suite. Rooms are not separated and sofa can’t fold into bed!!?? We had to get two roll up beds for kids. Food in M Lounge was good and plenty with nice personal.
Great location, hospitality
The lady at the check in upgraded our room at no cost, as we were celebrating our anniversary. We had a wonderful executive suite. Gym facilities were exceptional. The location was excellent to access all areas of the city easily!
Don't just go off a name....
We've stayed at the NYC Marquis Times Square so we figured we would get the same experience at the San Fran location But not the case at all... the gentleman that assisted us with check in wasn't pleasant. We weren't to happy about the double bed room or the tub that stopped up. Moving forward we know every Marquis isn't the same except for the parking rate, it's $75 no matter what location.
Stoppped up tub, no access to a microwave
Comfy bed, soft sheets, nice view of city, terrific AC and excellent lounge.
Never coming back!
Staff was not accommodating for what was promised. Staff was also rude.
No free wifi and same type of breakfast everyday
Bare basic business hotel
A 4 star Marriott hotel without room service? In San Francisco? Get your act together. What a dated American hospitality company. Will not stay there again and would not recommend this hotel to anyone
No swimming pool
The value for the money is really good! It was clean, spacious, well decorated. We ensured to get two beds in the bedroom and we got them!
Hotel was clean
We booked a room for two night with a king size bed upon arrival we were not told they didn't have a room for us instead sent us to a room with double beds wouldn't accommodate us claiming they had "no more rooms available "... next day had issues relocating our luggage to next room. Parking was absurd $70 dollars a night ?? Overrated
Location is excellent.
Big hotel where you get lost. Looks and feel old, needs a major renovation.
The beds are wonderful!!
The room was clean, the bed was amazing, location was walking distance to all things downtown, I felt safe with my young son, easy express checkout.
No room service, for the money we spent I would've liked to see a free breakfast, the cost of parking is insane (it is SF though), no pool.
