I thoroughly enjoyed the hospitality and customer service of the staff and hospitality crews. However, it was very warm in my room. It was as if the window unit A/C could not keep up with the temperature outside of the building.

Although you cannot call down and place your dinner order if you want to eat in your room. You have to walk down, place your order and then carry it up to your room on a tray yourself. Pros (+) The location was great. Close to Powell station which made it easy to get to the hotel using BART. Union square was a block away and the turnaround for the cable car was a couple blocks away too.
