I thoroughly enjoyed the hospitality and customer service of the staff and hospitality crews. However, it was very warm in my room. It was as if the window unit A/C could not keep up with the temperature outside of the building.

Pros (+) The location was great. Close to Powell station which made it easy to get to the hotel using BART. Union square was a block away and the turnaround for the cable car was a couple blocks away too.
