Kinda noisy room. Some appliance or heater kept humming all night and I could hear people outside the window in the middle of the night.
I was very disappointed! I expect a certain level of cleanliness & professionalism when I stay at a Hyatt. There were pubic hairs on a bath towel, hair on another towel when we opened it up. There were only three bath towels, not four nor were there full towel compliments, ie bath, hand and wash cloths for four. The shower curtain was old, stiff and moldy. The soap dish at the sink was dirty. The ice tray in the freezer was filthy. Dirty glasses, dishes & silverware. We were a party of four adults and expected to use the sofa sleeper. It was not made up nor was there a blanket for the bed. After contacting the front desk I was told they would bring up towels and a blanket. They never did, we had to go to the front desk and get them. When we arrived there were no luggage carts available. The next morning when we were ready to leave once again told there were no luggage carts due to guests keeping them in their rooms. They would ask one of their sister hotels if they had one and I could pick it up at the front desk! Not the Hyatt I am used to.
