Pros: Amazing boutique Hotel, stunning property, every detail very well taken care off. Cutest restaurant, every plate is served with such beautiful presentation. The best part of our stay was the hotel staff, we were very well taken care off, personalized experience. Can’t thank Annie enough for how she oversaw and help arrange details of our stay, including personalized our day tours. Made our stay a memorable one. We will be back!
Cons: Did not find anything I didn’t like.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The staff were so attentive here, always offering bottled water, reminding you when it's happy hour, giving suggestions for where to eat in town, and just overall happy people. We had a great stay here and utilized the pool a bit to relax, enjoying 2 for 1 happy hour! Overall the room was clean and the bathroom was really nice. We enjoyed breakfast with a view of the river. The tree in the photos is also breathtaking and really the focal point of the whole hotel!
10.0 Excellent
Pros: This is definitely the best hotel we have stayed in Chiang Mai. We were welcomed by the warmest greetings once we stepped feet into the front desk area - and got lucky for receiving an upgrade to our rooms to the royal deluxe rooms. All the staff here are so attentive and make you feel just like home. We also tried out the spa in the hotel - which was amazing beyond words (we felt asleep midway cause it was way too comfortable). The price of the spa was very reasonable too given the level of service they offer. We also had breakfast in the Time restaurant - you can enjoy a bit of the sunshine while enjoying your breakfast in the balcony area. A highly recommended true 5-star hotel! Would love to return here for our next trip!
10.0 Excellent

9.2 Excellent
Pros: The breakfast is quite OK and it is along the river, under the big tree. Really enjoyed it! The staff are all very friendly and the doormen are definitely a plus for this wonderful stay. They greet you everytime we go out and back, and they would always give suggestions on where we are going.
Cons: Huge thank you to the hotel for giving us a upgrade. Building B was awesome. The room is quite packed and it does not have a bathtub inside. If you want to relax a bit with a bathtub, go for royal deluxe.
10.0 Excellent

It is located in a lush tropical residential enclave that is within walking distance to the historical Wat Gate Khar Rham Temple, Ping River and trendy boutiques on Nimmanhaemin Road.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: It’s a hotel with high quality. They emphasize on every detail. Staff are very friendly, professional and helpful. Restaurant is located in an elegant wooden house which makes your meals so enjoyable. Good food of course. The gym is a bit small but enough. My room has a big patio and the sound around you is only from the nature. Truly enjoy the stay.
Cons: If I need to pick on something, it’s the swimming pool which is not that attractive to me.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Beautiful spacious suite, fantastic peaceful resort! We wholeheartedly loved it!
10.0 Excellent
Pros: 137 Pillars House is a real sanctuary in the middle of busy Chiang Mai. The buildings are genuinely stunning and the rooms are superb. I would say the staff are a real asset, our butler Toto was easily the most helpful member of staff I've had the pleasure of meeting at any hotel anywhere in the World. He really helped make our time in Chiang Mai memorable and stress-free.
Cons: The pool area was pretty but did get a little shaded. I found the afternoon tea and room service food a little disappointing but the other food in the hotel was excellent.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: All the staffs are super helpful with excellent attitude and service.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: 137 pillars had a certain personality and charm to itself that comes to properties who have a little bit of history in their stories. My husband and I specially loved the Jack Bain’s bar which was beautiful. The attention to detail at the property from the decor to the staff is extremely high. We loved everything about the hotel and are sure to go back.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Convenient location and nicely decorated. Staff are friendly and helpful particularly they have a butler service to assist in anything via WhatsApp. Always helpful but not disturbing.
Cons: Nothing in particular.

10.0 Excellent
Pros: Fantastic stay in this hotel - the service was impeccable. As soon as we arrived the lady in reception gave us a map and detailed all the main suggestions of what to see and do - some typical tourist sights and some not. It was so helpful. Also, we wanted to go to elephant sanctuary and do a cooking class - - they helped us out with both, talked us through the different options and called up to check availability etc. Can't recommend highly enough. And at such a cheap price! Great location, we walked everywhere. We also got a free upgrade to a slightly larger room. Nice little pool, with nice seating area. Lovely fresh coffee that you pay 50b for.

10.0 Excellent
Pros: Beautiful hotel with a fantastic staff. Location is also great and we would go here again next time we visit Chiang Mai. No doubt. The breakfast was delicious!
Cons: Everything was great. For my personal taste the mattress was firm, but this is highly personal. Other than that, can’t think of any negatives. All was just perfect.
9.0 Excellent
Pros: Loved the location and the attractions around, The Hotel was very nice and laid back, clean rooms and friendly staff, they served good breakfast and were very helpful. Located just in front of the weekend market.
Cons: There was nothing that we didn't like, there is no swimmingpool which could have been nice with the hot weather conditions, but we knew that when we booked the place.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Breakfasts were great. The staff is very friendly and they looked after us very well throughout our stay at the hotel. The location was great.......in the middle of the old city area, near to several old temples. The hotel was the prettiest boutique hotel I have ever stayed. I loved the interior decoration so much.
Cons: The air conditioner in my room was very cold. An adjustment would be nice.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Great location, lovely staff and great breakfast! Would definitely come back and recommend to friends!
9.2 Excellent
Pros: The staffs are very friendly and with good English. The location is perfect !
Cons: If can provide with a laundry bag and some writing pad that will be very helpful.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Friendly helpful staff, highly recommended
8.8 Excellent
Pros: They are eco friendly. I like it that you must walk bare foot (or in bedroom slippers) inside the guest-only areas. There are also no excessive amenities in the bedroom that creates wastage, and breakfast you can order a personal portion from a menu of about 10 items. No buffet wastage and overeating that is so last century. Good philosophy of sustainability.
Cons: Perhaps there could be a cupboard or two to keep away clothes - clean or used. The "drawers and cupboards" in the bedroom are not real, they are decorative, so you basically have to live out of your luggage. It's ok if you are only in Chiang Mai for a night, but four nights was a tad inconvenient, esp when one has OCD. Hahaha.

The location is perfect. 10 mins to the old city, 15 mins from the airport. the bed is super comfy. They even upgraded our room to private pool villa for my friend birthday as a surprise also prepared a cake for us. A memorable stay and value for money. We will definitely come back again!
10.0 Excellent
Pros: all the staff are very kind and helpful. The view of the hotel is surprisingly great. Antiques and statues are used to decorate the villa, making it picturesque everywhere.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: All of the staff were friendly and incredibly helpful. They looked after us very well. The whole place is stunning, a thoroughly fantastic place to spend time and relax.
Cons: The room was quite dark. some more lighting would have been useful. The proximity to the airport is not something that can be changed, obviously, and the use of ear plugs at night helped with the impact of the noise. If you aren't bothered by the noise its no problem, probably just something people need to be aware of.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Services
Cons: No gym
9.6 Excellent
Pros: I love this place!
8.3 Excellent
Pros: Very kind staffs and facillity. Amazing room design and decoration.

Lanna House Lanna Hut Chiangmai - San Kamphaeng - Pool
8
9.4 Excellent (85 reviews)
Overview Reviews
With a stay at Lanna House Lanna Hut Chiangmai in San Kamphaeng, you'll be within a 15-minute drive of Riverside and San Kamphaeng Saturday Walking Street. Featured amenities include luggage storage and laundry facilities. A roundtrip airport shuttle is complimentary (available 24 hours).
10.0 Excellent
Pros: After having spent a few weeks in the Old Town, we were ready for something a little bit more quite, and Lanna House Lanna Hut felt like the right place. And it was. It is a 20 min drive from the Old Town (the owners were kind enough to pick us up at the hotel we stayed in at the Old Town), in the middle of the countryside. After waking up (most of the days by the roosters) they'll serve you a delicious Thai breakfast, veggie on request. If available you are able to take their scooter or bikes to explore the surroundings. Make sure to visit the Elephant Museum and - if you are staying on a Saturday - the Saturday Night Market.
Cons: The sound of the roosters can be a bit much.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Best place on the world
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Peachful place Good recommendation from host to surrounding places.
Cons: No
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Comfy bed, pool was great with amazing views, Yiu's family are very welcoming and happy to help
Cons: A little far from things, especially if you're on your own. But the owner happily lends you a scooter/bike to get around!
10.0 Excellent
Pros: We really enjoyed our time at Lanna House, although its only a short drive from Chang Mai you really do feel you're in the countryside. We we're picked up and drop back in Chang Mai before and after our stay which was brilliant and had free access to bicycles and a scooter (pay for fuel only) which helped with exploring the local area. The pool was lovely, always super clean and a great way to cool down. The breakfast was great, something traditional every morning, accompanying the staples, fruits, bread, jams, yoghurt. Our poolside hut was spacious enough with a lovely larger shower and everything you need for a great stay. We'd highly recommend a stay to get away from the town and enjoy a more local relaxed atmosphere. To top it off the hosts are amazing, so eager to help and make sure you enjoy your stay. Big thanks to "Super Dad" for coming to our rescue when our taxi let us down after an evening out.
Cons: Nothing
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Great location. Close to a local market. Each day different Thai breakfast. Very nice and friendly local staff. Good swimming pool with a pretty good view. It is a bit away from Chiang Mai, but that is not a bad thing, at least you are out of town and you can enjoy the calmness of the surrounding area. For us it was a 9/10 experience.
Cons: Since it is a bit of a countryside, every morning the neighbourhood's dogs started to bark a lot. Also the cocks wanted to get out and be fed, so they were noisy. But you can take it as a local experience. You will get used to it in two, three days.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Very friendly welcome and helpful family who work together. I loved it that the place was not at all touristic and the view from the hut was amazing. They picked me up in the city and drove me to the airport for free. Definitely recommend it if you want to relax and get away from the busy city or explore the town and beautiful landscape with bike or scooter.
Cons: I could here the snoring from my neighbor like he was sleeping next to me. But i think thats the deal if you sleeping in these beautiful bamboo huts. You get used to it ;)
9.6 Excellent
Pros: It's a very very calm area with a great view. The owner takes you to the white taxi's that cost 15 baht per person. You share them with locals and overall a great experience. Their daughter wasn't at the accommodation this time but whenever there is a translation issue (as mother and father are not as fluent in English) the father calls up his daughter so she can translate. He also came to pick us op real early in the morning at chiang mai train station and dropped us off at the airport. Great hosts, great breakfast, nice pool and view You can also borrow their scooters and bikes at no charge they just ask you to fill it up with gas. At +- 25 baht a liter that's very cheap :) We will stay here again if we come back to Chiang Mai
Cons: The downside is that it's a 30-40 min drive to Chiang Mai center and the white taxi's only drive until 7PM. So at night you have to take a grab which will cost you around 290-310 Baht. Still reasonable though :)
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Great welcome from the host. Picked us up from the bus station for no fee and gave us plentiful local advice. Great kitchenette facilities allowed us to walk to the local market and buy food there to reheat at the property. Free use of the scooter was a huge bonus and allowed us to see some interesting local landmarks. The host was gracious with our breakfast dietary requirements and there was always tea and coffee available. Lovely huts with very comfortable beds in a peaceful setting. Some reviews remarked upon the crowing of roosters in the morning, but it did not take anything away from the stay for us (you are in rural Thailand after all) and hosts provide earplugs if needed.
Cons: Views from the pool are great; a seat to enjoy them from would have been much appreciated. Everything else was splendid.

Pros: Room was very clean and large. Good location, the variety of breakfast menu. There are many options of breakfast we could also have a breakfast in our room when we couldnt go to the restaurant. Staff is also very kind
Cons: Room was very dark.
7.5 Good
Pros: Good location, good breakfast and good services!
6.5 Good
Pros: The staff were generally friendly. If your looking for a hotel next to a big shopping mall this is the place for you. The breakfast was good.
Cons: We booked a king size room and they tried to put us in a room with two twin beds. Not great when your celebrating your anniversary. After much negotiation they found us a room (~45 min). Once we were settled in the new room it was much better. The room was small and dark. There wasn’t a fan in the washroom. It also needed a good deep cleaning but was clean on the surface.
9.2 Excellent
Pros: Great service!
9.0 Excellent
Pros: Delicious croissants and smoothie at breakfast. Nice pool

Cons: Wine selection too expensive
7.1 Good
Pros: Swimming pool is warm and great
Cons: The receptionist give me the non-balcony room (book for private balcony ) in first night, though they help me to change to right one on second day, but refuse to refund the price gap between non-balcony and private-balcony room on first day. The must of all, the receptionist has bad attitude during the discussion.
9.1 Excellent
Pros: Beautiful hotel and incredibly friendly staff that go out of their way to make sure you have the most comfortable stay ever.
Cons: Beds were a little firm - but nothing to really complain about.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Amazing amazing amazing! Loved the hotel and staff were very helpful. Beautiful and very comfortable :)
9.0 Excellent
Pros: Started off bad: no shuttle as agreed on by hotel reservation. Not a problem, we took a cab and it was only about 12Euro. The room was huge, the bathroom was just as impressive. The grounds are very pretty. Breakfast is good, a blend of Asian and Western. The staff knows you within 24 hours. The only drawbacks I would say in within the walled part of the city there isn't much, so I might consider outside in the night market area next time. But we wanted to go on some tours and we were good where we were. The shuttle back to the airport was upgraded from shuttle to private car.
Cons: Not having the shuttle on arrival.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The staff are super friendly the pool is beautiful and the pictures don't do the place justice it's all made out of wood and if you love elephants you love this place
Cons: Only negative I would give is that they don't sell a glass of wine single but that's just a personal choice everything else was actually really really good.
7.9 Good
Pros: Location and cleanliness
Cons: Breakfast was very limited and not very nice. Cold and western cuisine
10.0 Excellent

7.0 Good
Pros: Great location, great team, quaint vibe to the hotel
Cons: The building is very noisy. Just no sound proofing. You can hear all the noise upstairs, in the halls, the traffic and those large geckos are noisier than an alarm clock set to go off every 2hours. The room’s bathroom was nothing up to the standard of the rest of the hotel.

10.0 Excellent
Pros: Everything was realy good, staff, room, location!
9.2 Excellent
Pros: Location was excellent for walking to temples. Services were super excellent and air conditioned rooms. Very very clean rooms and breakfast was the best in quality and service, open 24/7. We also got a great rate on a guided tour with transportation.
Cons: There are no elevators and we were on the top floor (4th floor). The lobby is outdoors so it was very hot and humid to sit in the lobby. The pool was very small. They got us a taxi that was twice the regular rate, so we just used Grab.
9.2 Excellent
Pros: Overall is good. Only the sofa in the room is a little bit dirty.
Cons: The colour in the room in black and dark purple makes the room very dark and sad.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: The hotel staff was by far my favorite part of the stay. Dao and Pond especially were amazing. They always had a smile on their faces, awesome recommendations and were just a sheer joy. I looked forward to seeing the two of them every day!
Cons: The food at the restaurant was only average.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Breakfast is superior ! Staff is nice and helpful !
Cons: Bird’s poop on the chair of swimming pool Lots of them Washroom floor is slippery. My kids fell down several times.
4.8 Okay
Pros: Location was great, busy during the day quiet at night. Pool was nice
Cons: The rooms were really small for what we paid, breakfast was poor and not up to its reviews and raves. Service was ok - some people were fantastic while the others where somewhat rude.wish there were more lounge chairs by the pool... The soaps were weird and they make such a big deal about it . They didn't really replenish it. They left our room service outside of our room for more than two days.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: The location and breakfast were all very good. The staff was all kind and friendly. Very clean room and lovely lobby. I really loved the terrace, the lights, and the big tv. The airconditioning was very good.
Cons: The shower booth is too small and it's kind of inconvenient for me to clean my body. The shower was a bit too hot. More space needed near the washstand in the bathroom to put personal little things like contacts stuff, comb, lotion etc.. My room was next to the staff room ( or storage ), and it was a bit noisy.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Serenity Pool Staff Thai ambiance Styling of the hotel Felt safe Breakfast to take away Markets at door Close to everything Help sorting our laundry needs Nothing was a problem

Pros: Very good luxury hotel with a great Thai architecture and impeccable facility and staff. Rooms are comfortable and very practical. Kettle and coffee maker are provided. Breakfast was sumptuous and plenty with great smiley waiter.
Cons: The swimming pool could have been more attended to renew fresh towels that was missing from the sun lounge or put at disposition a table with some extra ones.
9.0 Excellent
Pros: This is a lovely boutique hotel, right in the middle of the Old City in Chiang Mai. We started off in their standard room, which was spacious and well appointed but we were upgraded to a bigger room after our shower could not produce hot water for 2 days in a row. This was appreciated. The pool is large, wasn't too cold and good for laps as well as lounging. The breakfast was good although more local options would have been great. Staff were able to produce a really excellent coffee each morning which always makes me happy. The courtyard (open) lobby area was elegantly appointed and perfect for quiet reading and working in the heat of the day.
Cons: Wine options at the bar were limited and very expensive.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: It was such a pleasure to return each day after our activities in Chiang Mai. The courtyards are calming and full of the scent of plumerias. The whole property is full of understated elegance. It’s extremely clean and the staff exceptional. The Makkah spa is only 100 yards or so away so everything you need is close at hand
Cons: There was a bit of construction noise from the work they were doing in the library, but that may be all completed by now and shouldn’t affect future guests.
9.2 Excellent
Pros: Wonderful small hotel with excellent rooms situated around beautiful garden courtyards, and a lovely pool by which to relax. Asian architecture and decor, with beautiful artworks and furnishings everywhere. Professional and attentive staff. Good location in the middle of the old city of Chiang Mai.
Cons: The restaurant was pleasant and the service excellent, and the food was of good quality and well prepared, but the choice of Thai dishes was rather limited, and what they did have lacked flavour. Maybe too adapted to western tastes - Thai food with the volume turned way down. We could get more authentic dishes in restaurants around the corner at less than a quarter the price, so in the end we only ate in the restaurant once. In general, while the Rachamankha is definitely a high-end hotel, the price charged is a little on the high side for Thailand, even considering the high level of quality delivered.
7.4 Good
Pros: Loved the hotel's landscaping and the deign of the facility. I've never seen a landscaping crew work as hard, and their efforts showed. Liked the pool a lot as well.
Cons: The staff's professionalism can really be improved. They weren't rude but They need to work on the little things. My wife asked the front desk for a list of the costs associated with the hotel's laundry service. The guy at the front desk says "it's found in the closet near the tv" (which it wasn't). This is supposed to be a five star hotel. Other places would apologize and quickly go find a list for their guests, instead of fault the blame on their guests. Additionally, there is no hair conditioner in the hotel's bathroom. I understand that some may not require this, but I'd be willing to bet a good portion of the hotel's guests do. You have to personally request conditioner from the hotel's maid service. Weird. And finally, their drink pool service has a lot to improve upon. I had to go to the hotel's other bar on the other side of the hotel to get drinks by the pool. On the last day of my stay, the hotel staff told me I could call that bar and they would deliver drinks over to the pool, but when I called, no one answered.
6.7 Good
Cons: Currently Building work going on inside and outside hotel. Noisy throughout day at pool.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Wonderful staff. Beautiful gardens. Gorgeous swimming pool. Great food.

8.3 Excellent
Pros: Very impressive and comfort living experience! The decoration and facility are good.
Cons: Well, I hope the breakfast would have more options. And most importantly, hope the hotel will give massage more arrangements. We didn’t have opportunity to enjoy the famous massage service during our stay, which was very sad.
9.2 Excellent
Pros: So peaceful. Feels isolated in a good way and is the perfect place to do not much and not get disturbed. Pool is very nice and wasn't busy during most parts of the day of the 4 days that we were there.
Cons: Location isn't ideal in the sense that you aren't really near anything. Chiang Mai is at least 15 minutes drive. In terms of shops there is a 7/11 just outside resort gates and across the main road.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: The room and hotel are lovely decorated, super clean and spacious.
Cons: The location is at least 20 min by car from Chang Mai so great if you are looking for calm.

9.6 Excellent
Pros: If you're after a bit of relaxation, luxury and resort style living, then this is a great destination. Oasis operate a premier chain of spa in Chiangmai and staying at their resort gives you great convenience. Airport shuttle transfer, generous breakfast, in room free minibar, made our stay extra special.
Cons: The grand and luxurious space is a great getaway, but if you're after state of art electronic services you may be disappointed as one TV didnt have HDMI, the iPhone docks are for iPhone 3 and also the kitchen stove was old and not the best, although still functional.

8.8 Excellent
Pros: Great location on the river, very near to supermarket, restaurants, transportation, and short walk from night bazaar. Very personable and helpful staff.
Cons: Room was a bit compact, unable to block out light coming from bathroom at night, in morning.
9.2 Excellent
Pros: The river nearby is fantastic. You can enjoy the time while you stay in their yard, even when raining.
Cons: It seems not easy to keep the bathroom dry during our stay. I'm not sure if it causes by the high humidity in the rainy season.

Pros: The place is clean and amazing location, lovely backyard to sit and enjoy the view. They have basic breakfast if you want to something hot. It you can grab some thing from the next door supermarket. It small restaurant. Clean towels everyday and water was provided for the room.
Cons: There is grab available early morning, don't take the cab suggested by the reception. It cost up almost double than grab for our early morning flight. As we both were girls we didn't want to risk missing the morning flight.

Pros: Staff was super helpful, and the bed and pillows were amazingly comfortable. The location was just a bit weird for me (on an alley, across from a fairly dilapidated building with a pile of empty plastic bottles), but that might just be the norm.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Excellent hotel and very friendly staff! We had a very pleasant stay here
Cons: Only 1 thing: the aircon on the room made a lot of noise which forced us to turn it off during the night.

Cons: Expensive given off the beaten path location and few amenities

10.0 Excellent
Pros: The hotel is a short walk to Thapae Gate. Inside wall area it is very busy , but the hotel is far enough where it is still a quiet location. Of course there are temples in Chiang Mai everywhere, and the walk to most of them was an easy one for us(and we are in our 70s). There are many activities available with a hotel pick up, or go on your own with a red truck. The food was EXCELLENT, the staff memorable, and the room we had, #510, was absolutely beautiful!
Cons: There was nothing!
9.2 Excellent
Cons: Hotel is super nice, but breakfast must be improved!
9.6 Excellent
Pros: The location was amazing we were right on the edge of old and new town. We were a walk away from all the major markets and the property it’s self was lovely with super helpful staff.
Cons: The rooms didn’t have views, keep the curtains closed and enjoy your beautiful room.

9.6 Excellent
Pros: Excellent hotel. Beautiful design. Very comfortable and relaxing. Great service.
Cons: A little far from town but not too bad.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: I am so glad I chose to stay here during part of our trip in Chiang Mai. The decor was simple, elegant and modern. The rooms were so spacious and our terrace was a great place to lounge around when it was too hot to be under the sun. The breakfast was the best I've been to. You're given a menu and you can order anything and everything from it. Service was top-notch - everyone (even the gardener) was so friendly and polite. The hotel staff always asks you about your day and asks if they can assist with anything in any way. We would come back here again in a heartbeat!
Cons: As the hotel is by the river, there is a lot of mosquitoes on the property. However, they do provide bug spray in the rooms and at the outdoor lounge/tea room. The location is a bit far from the main town - however, they do offer shuttle service into town to their sister hotel (Tamarind Village). However, the shuttle service is not as frequent as we would like.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Lovely staff. Very good time
9.2 Excellent
Pros: Luxury decorated hotel. Green & Garden offers tranquil and relaxing atmosphere. Spacious and comfortable room. Sparking clean. Food is amazing. The best hotel breakfast I ever had - a la carte buffet style. Variety of choices inlcuding CLMV's food choices which you could not experience in any other hotels - great exploring food culture with great taste.
Cons: The minibar is located at the balcony which is quiet weird in the middle of the night if you need some refreshing drinks.
5.8 Okay

Cons: staff and service
8.8 Excellent
Pros: The staff was very attentive and helpful! The room is fantastic! So beautiful that we could not stop taking picture of it (we don’t usually do that). Very relaxing stay!!
Cons: The restaurant is excellent for breakfast but could provide more food options for lunch, diner and room services. The spa is a bit small and pricy. We did not manage to have a massage as not more time slot available.

Pros: The way they planned the properties, all staffs was friendly and helpful
Cons: The television in the room not smart can not link the smartphone.
10.0 Excellent

Laying down on daybed at the balcony on fine day was fantastic. Staff was always ready to be of your service with smile. They were super friendly and helpful. The restaurant offered an extensive menu and wide variety of international cuisine for breakfast.

Pros: I loved everything about the property, the staff are fantastic, friendly yet professional, nothing is to much trouble. The rooms exceeded my expectations as did the other facilities provided by the hotel. Management went out of their way to help celebrate my wedding anniversary including gifts. The food on offer in the hotel is superb. At night their is a lovely turn down service with a beautiful flower. The rooms division manager Chutikarn Boonkla was a credit to her position, from the day we arrived to the day we left everything was arranged to perfection, we even received a phone call to wish us a pleasant flight even though it was her day off. We left feeling like we had been included in a big family. This is our second stay at the Empress but will definitely not be our last, I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Chiang Mai. The location is perfect for the night markets which is a short 10 minute walk, tuk tuks and taxis located just down the street. I found this hotel to have a traditional Thai feel.
Cons: There is nothing I didn’t like about the property

We celebrated 30 years of marriage and room manager Mrs. Chutikarn Boonikla very kindly welcomed us with a bouquet of flowers and a snack pack and pampered us with drinks at the hotel bar. The entire hotel staff with a broad, gracious, dedicated smile and provided a kind and indulgent service. A rich and varied breakfast, suitable for all tastes. In short an excellent hotel at an equal price for every person.
