Clean hotel, friendly staff. Close to beach and bus service.
Basic room furnishings, crowded breakfast room, minimal offerings for continental breakfast.
Great proximity to Ashford Avenue (the main strip of Condado), just one walk down a well lit block. Just anther block to the nice Condado beach (not quite as nice as Ocean Park as there was lots of seaweed when we went). Room was clean outside of a funky smell emanating from the drawers of the tv/mini-fridge cabinet. Front desk staff was friendly and helpful with information on buses and parking. Limited parking on site but there was always a spot during our stay.
Couldn't get the wifi to work in any part of the hotel.
Overall, an excellent value for the money. Rooms are comfortable and immaculately clean. The location is in the heart of El Condado and is easy walking distance to all of the main Condado attractions and the beach. Free parking is provided which is rare for hotels in this area. Free breakfast and free local English language newspaper is provided. All rooms are well air conditioned and have cable TV.
The free wireless internet connection did not work as well as it should have. One often had to go to the lobby to get an adequate connection.
