Pros: The B & B Innkeeper Clint was a delight. The rooms and bathrooms were big, expensive looking, clean, bright, and its location was beautiful and incredibly quiet. Driving thru the covered bridge & staying in a famous artist's historic house. Wonderful breakfast made to order. A Llama in the backyard, behind a fence of course. Wifi was fine.
Pros: Arrive by driving through a covered bridge! Clint prepared an amazing blueberry pancake breakfast with bacon & (of course) real maple syrup. Great coffee & a yogurt parfait to start.
Cons: The access code to get in the Honeymoon House was a little temperamental, but Clint was quick to make sure it worked again. Also, in addition to a few photos, I wished there was more information on the work N.R. did while living at this house.
Pros: The owner was very friendly and wanted to make sure we were enjoying our stay. The breakfast was wonderful!
Cons: No issues.
Pros: Quaint ... close to excellent places to visit ... friendly owner and staff
Cons: reservation system ... we mistakenly booked through an agent
Pros: What a beautiful property on maybe the most idyllically New England corner in existence! The room was nicely decorated and had beautiful original wooden beams. I slept incredibly well. The property in general is sprawling and lovely, with cows grazing on the field. I loved it.
Cons: Our room was clean but seemed like it hadn’t been used in a while maybe? The toilet was dirty (like water that’s been sitting there) and there were lots of cobwebs and spiders. It didn’t bother us enough to matter; everything else seemed in order.
Pros: The staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. Breakfast was excellent!
Cons: It would have been better if Booking.com had actually reserved the room for us! I reserved a room for two nights with them and was sent a confirmation email. When we arrived, we found that there was absolutely no record of our reservation! Clint was able to give us a room for one night but we had to find another place for the following night. Very aggravating especially since it was a very popular weekend and we ended up spending a fortune to get a place last minute. Don’t trust Booking.com. Call the hotel and make sure that they actually have your reservation. According to Clint, this happens ALL THE TIME!
Pros: Owner is amazing guy , he made us healthy breakfast , the place is such a clean , rooms was amazing with a nice views ,our stay was amazing , def we will back here
Pros: the land surrounding the homes was beautiful and peaceful. horses and other animals to look at throughout the stay was great. sitting outside just listening to animals and seeing the view was relaxing. this B&B is off main road set back great location if you do not want to hear cars all night driving by. Bo, the owner, was a nice man. very friendly. We were able to talk a little with him during our stay. he let us move from individual rooms to the Studio. the studio was really cool to stay in.
Cons: the females didn’t care for the interior so much. they felt there were to many spider webs hanging around the rooms and the sticky fly traps hanging in window they did not like. there were no screens on windows so one of the females didn’t open her bedroom window to let in all the fresh air throughout the night.
Pros: Staying in Norman Rockwell studio of course is very special! Loved the look and feel of this place. It’s situaded in a beautifull spot overlookung the mountains, with some horses and even an alpaca behing the house. In front a lovely church and fantastic river to go swimming or tubing. Clint was a very kind host. Good breakfast too!
Cons: Could have been cleaner... of course this os the countryside... so flies etc around you and some dead bugs and spiders in the studio.
Pros: there was no breakfast
Cons: no staff on site, no breakfast (there was supposed to be), wet rug (smelly) from air conditioner leaking water, no hot water (had to take a cold shower

Pros: The breakfast is excellent. The room was very clean. The motel is convenient to Manchester. The owner is very pleasant.
Pros: Loved the deep pool surrounded by large pines, kids loved swimming in it. Wonderful, homemade, beautifully-simple European breakfast made by owner. Older facility but very clean and nestled in pretty woods. I learned that calling directly offers best rate.
Pros: Breakfast was almost the best we had. Swiss mousely and scrambled egss, prepared on the spot be the owner of the place' a lot of fruits, good breads... The owner was most welcoming The place is very clean, and a small dining room for breakfast
Cons: Location was a little of nowhere, but this is probablly the Adirondac
Pros: Literally everything. The owner Bert was beyond charismatic. The BEST part was the three course homemade breakfast he cooked the next morning. It was the best/most fresh breakfast we have had on our entire trip. Would highly recommend staying here. Bert and his breakfast are not something that should be passed up!
Pros: We didn't have breakfast here. As for style of the property, it's just old looking, nothing special.
Cons: TV really needs upgrading. It didn't work.
Pros: Great value! The homemade breakfast was wonderful after weeks of typical hotel breakfasts. Homemade breads, muesli and jam as well as eggs cooked to order. Not to mention the platter of stone fruits It was raining when we arrived so we didn't get to use the pool or hammocks but they looked nice.
Pros: Our inn keeper Bert was fantastic and a hoot! And the pool, hammocks were a real hit with the boyfriend and his daughter. The room was clean and freshened up during the day.. only regret was not taking advantage of the hot breakfast included. Hope everyone enjoys this location as much as we did!
Pros: 5 stars across the board!!! Excellent location, extraordinary service, and incomparably fresh breakfasts. Will definitely stay there again.
Pros: The owner is so kind and it is clean and the home bread do yummy
Cons: The place is for sale as is so we understand why the owner is not doing any renovation . He is such a nice man and at 74 deserve a break and a well deserve retirement. He is s wonderful host . The place is really clean just need some tlc
Pros: room was very nice. clean. i don't need doilies, and lace curtains, and the latest furniture designs, or antique this-and-that. i was very pleased when i opened the door to the room.
Cons: not really
Pros: The location is the best part. It's in midst of Green mountains. Also the owner is a cool German bloke who is nice and an accommodating host. Had a lot of stories to share and fun conversations with us. Breakfast was really good.
Cons: Nothing much really.

Pros: The a/c was quiet and we could open the windows. The bathroom was a good size and it had good water pressure.
Cons: The room felt like someone just threw furniture in there. The colors, walls etc were dark, not all the light fixtures worked. With a little care the room could have had a more welcoming feeling. We were only there to crash for one night so not a big deal. The 'breakfast' was cereal and the wifi didn't reach our room. They need an extender to get to the end of the motel.
Pros: Location excellent. Breakfast very good
Cons: Not a handicap friendly place
Pros: Location was great. Right in town, but very quiet.
Cons: Only had two pillows and they were fairly thin. Could have used two each to sleep better.
Pros: Location was close to event.
Cons: Continental breakfast - 4 English muffins, oj, half pot coffee, cereal, milk No ice available
Pros: Clean room for the value.g
Cons: Shower could have been hotter.
Pros: It was right on the highway
Cons: The room was freezing cold and smelly No coffee or tea in the morning Very old and outdated Too many furniture in the room

Pros: People friendly atmosphere and good food
Pros: I've been a regular customer . My son live in Arlington VT. It's the perfect area, close to were they live. Always enjoyed staying there. Nice and quiet. Nice for what we need when we visit. They are very friendly, nothing bad to say. It's a good Motel for the price.
Cons: Only thing, I wish they had coffee makers in the rooms. So we could make coffee when you wake up.
Pros: Inexpensive place to stay on the way to go ski.nothing fancy. I arrived late and left early.
Cons: Slightly chilly in room. Did not see a working thermostat
Pros: Location 40 mins away from Stratton mountain
Cons: The bed is not comfortable at all, the heater is located at the wall above of the bed. I couldn’t sleep because too dry and too hot. We have a late check in at 9:30pm, which the staff left the key at the lobby. Then when we woke up and check out at 9am she kept all the breakfast and already clean the coffee Pot. The staff said, she assumed that we checked in late and won’t wake up early to have breakfast, so she through everything away. We didn’t say anything, but clearly the staff is not helpful.
