Really old hotel. carpet in the rooms are very dirty, bathrooms are old, toilet was running water all night. Tub stopper was broken, A\c sounded like wind chime, exposed wires in the corner of the room. The lobby looks nice and the breakfast area was clean but very small & congested. Parking is very limited and they charge $18 per night and you have to go park across the street in another hotel’s parking.
Pros:The bed was fine, the environmental system worked fine. Fairly quiet.
Cons:Most of the lights in the room (both of the floor lamps and the bedside lamps) didn't work; only the desk light, the bathroom lights, and the entry light were functional. No bathroom fan. No coffee maker, but there was a microwave and fridge. Several electrical outlets didn't work.
Pros:Everything was great, comfortable, new, and very good value.
Cons:Only issue is the location. There’s nothing within walking distance and we drove by a couple people in the neighborhood who looked high or drunk. We did not feel in danger in any way, however.

Pros:The room was amazing! Cozy, yet spacious enough that everyone was comfortable. The breakfast is delicious! Very filling and satisfying.

Pros:Decent looking, well maintained property overall. Good value for the money as we were able to get a nice room with a seperate living room space with hide-a-bed sofa and additional TV for $99.00 per night. Room also had mini-fridge, microwave and wet bar sink in the living room space. Bed was quite comfortable as well. Location is ok, about 25 minutes from Laguna Beach. Very generous breakfast buffet included each morning until 10:00 as well. Only negative is that the walls/ceilings are a little thin as there was some noise from adjacent rooms. Not too bad in our particular case but might be bothersome if louder teens or college kids, etc. were rooming next door. Overall I would say four out of five stars:).
