I am submitting this review to complain about the refund and cancellation policy. My car broke down hours away from the hotel on the day I was to check in, so I could not get to the hotel. Cons (-) Throughout the facility, it was evident that the facility is in desperate need of a major remodel. There was a constant musky smell in the facility. Fixtures were outdated.
