The location was fantastic, every staff member we met was really friendly and welcoming. The rooms were clean and quiet. I’ll definitely stay here again.
I loved everything
It was nice to have my room door facing the patio. The detailed information book in the room was helpful. The location being so close to shops and restaurants. I like how there was a sheet on top of the bed cover, which I’m thinking is changed each time.
High noise level due to street traffic and construction. The heater in the room was loud too.
Great staff, really friendly and helpful. The rooms were simple, but thoughtfully decorated. Easy walk to downtown area for dinner.
The bathroom felt a little overlooked. It was clean, but the fixtures clearly had some wear and tear. The bottom of the faucet was loose, with a piece of bent metal sticking out.
Staff was incredibly friendly. Free bikes to use, location is fairly convenient. This is a motel- but they’ve done upgrades to make it look and feel more modern.
The windows don’t get a full seal, so noise and outside temps get in very easily.
For the above reasons and the close location to my personal affairs I needed to attend to in Santa Barbara.
Not a thing.
