Pros. Location
Cons. Cleanliness. All bathroom soap was missing and multiple light bulbs were out in the room. Bed sheets were loose and by the morning I was sleeping on the mattress.
Pros. - Location was fantastic. "Downtown" Santa Barbara is pretty small and this was an easy walk or bike ride (free bikes!) to the main area - Once in the room, you would think it was a nice hotel. The rooms were big, bright, and clean. This is definitely a motel in name only. - Ice cold lemonade at the check-in desk was a nice touch

Pros. The location and staff were great! Location was near the beginning on the downtown stretch. Staff are very nice and are willing to go the extra mile. Great service! Having bikes was nice although wet didn't get a chance to use them. The deck was nice.
Cons. The amenities were old. Windows need updating. Very old furniture on the deck. Locks were broken. Heater and ac temperamental.
