The rental agent Fabiana, or something like that, was particularly nice and helped me through a mini crisis as someone had set their language on their cars system to German, which I absolutely do not speak. She helped me make that change in time and explained a few other things he was aware of. The only minor thing was for a return you drop off the keys in a lockbox and the system doesn’t automatically register that. Which put us at risk of getting charged for an extra day unnecessarily. If I were to drop off there again, I’d probably head up to floor zero and drop off the keys at the counter.
I've rent the car here and I was offered an insurance for 45€, for the complete rental period, which I accepted, but that was to pay in store, when I got there the insurance was not available, I was giving no straight answer why, I didn't have other option rather than paying a FULL coverage insurance for 75€/day. It was a bit of a bullshit and really annoying. I went without insurance and had to agree that if something happened I would pay the FULL VALUE of the car. Do not recommend that

First car offered absolutely STANK of cigarette smoke. After rejecting that vehicle the replacement only smelled really bad of cigarette smoke. Absolutely disgusting.

Terrible. 2 hours to pick up the car with only 1 person at the counter and then charged 260 euro for 2 small nicks on back bumper less than a centimeter big that I have no way of knowing if they were there from the start because we were in such a hurry to leave.
