Pros. Great location; walking distance to midtown shops and mall. The size of the room was very big. Mattress was very comfortable; made of memory foam. We could open the window. We had plenty of coffee and tea, both in the room and the lobby. The design of the faucet was both elegant and easy to turn on/off. Staff was very friendly and fast. My wife felt cold; so when I asked for an extra blanked, it was delivered in a few minutes.
Cons. The microwave buttons were not user-friendly. The blue color on the rug in the hallway looked like dirt or faded old fabric... I wish instead of blue, it was orange color. Rug in the room did not feel soft to my naked feet.
Pros. Rooms are nice and clean. Staff is friendly. Check in/out process very quick
Cons. Right on the street so a lot of traffic noise
Pros. Great location for getting around downtown Scottsdale.
Pros. The pool and patio area was great!! And friendly staff.
Cons. Rooms need updating. And was hoping for a small continental breakfast.
Pros. Staff attentive, professional, yet friendly. Water in lobby-it was 101! Coffee was great. Cookies were great-but unsure of ingredients-nuts?
Cons. Cigarette butts all over outside area in early a.m. Wished for small continental breakfast.
Pros. We stayed here for super bowl weekend, when the demand was much higher than the supply in the Scottsdale area. With that said, hotels could have gotten away with a lower level of service because they just could, you didn't have options. However, the Hilton Garden provided some of the best service I've ever had at a hotel and I have traveled a lot and to many 4 and 5 star hotels around the world. Everyone was so very friendly and they had complimentary candy, drinks and football souvenirs for their guests. The location was ideal - right in the heart of old town, where all the action was going on. Would stay here again in a heartbeat. Thank you for making our weekend so memorable.
Cons. Other than the Seahawk loss, nothing to dislike.
