The bed was quite comfortable. Windows helped shield some noise from busy street and the planes nearby. The breakfast was ok. The staff was friendly and helpful. Improvement: for the price point- the bathroom setup was funky- no fan in toilet/shower. Only light switch was in sink area outside- so getting up at night meant potentially waking others in room. Only one of two elevators was working. Another guest who had stayed multiple times in past year- said more often than not one of the elevators was not operational.
Allowed us to check in early, located a short walk from South end of baggage claim level, had a very nice complimentary breakfast, pleasant accommodating staff, very clean and comfortable room and located next door to a great restaurant with an excellent bar. So much better in every way than the nearby Radisson we stayed at 10 days before.
I had a great stay. The hotel was clean, the beds were comfortable and the staff was friendly. Can’t ask for much else.
