Pros:There was no breakfast, but the shuttle was on time and very helpful at the airport.
Cons:Every amenity that is advertised, should be available. Breakfast was a reason I chose the hotel, but was not available. Staff was very courteous.

Pros:Everyone I encountered was very friendly and extremely helpful. Rodney the shuttle drive was amazing and went out of his way to get me to the airport on time.
Cons:The shuttle picks up in front of lower rooms 110, 111,112 and some people are noisey getting on at 4am. And the buses beeping backup isn’t quiet either.
Pros:This hotel is dog friendly and that is wonderful. It’s location is close to the light rail. It was super convenient to hop on and ride to the game.
Cons:The breakfast was awful. It was a real let down based off of other reviews. All carbs cereal, bread, and waffles. The only protein was hard boiled eggs. The stairwell was over whelming with the smell of urine.
Pros:Cliff the shuttle driver was INCREDIBLE!! Got from the airport and turned me on to an INCREDIBLE restaurant 13 Coins--even recommended what I order which was superb, and shuttled me there and back!!!

Pros:Super helpful and friendly! Bed was very comfortable and room was clean. Older hotel a little worn but clean. Had a leak in our room they moved us immediately to same type of room. Price was decent.

Pros:Pros: Very close to the airport. So close in fact that I just chose to walk there from the terminal as the weather was nice and I was tired of sitting after a transpacific flight. Staff were friendly enough and the room was fine.
Cons:Cons: The whole place looked old and tired, could use some new paint or renovations. Okay for a one night layover to catch a flight the next morning but otherwise this hotel was just okay.
Pros:Service was impeccable.
Pros:It was a little bit disturbing to see all the warnings on the door about locking the door immediately upon entering the room and to always check the lookout opening before opening the door and not displaying jewelry, etc. I know all that and appreciate the warnings but felt a bit unsafe.
