This hotel was so much better than I could have imagined. Extremely clean, friendly staff, amazing location. The rooms were very comfortable and the rooftop view was really nice. It is walking distance to the space needle and pike place market and there are tons of cute restaurants around. They have bikes you can rent and umbrellas that you can check out for free.
Parking was $18/night but they did let us leave it in the lot after we had checked out.
Although this hotel is just about a 5 minute drive to downtown, I really liked the location. It's on a corner and easy to find, there are a handful of restaurants and bars within walking distance, and it's just enough out of town to where the streets and traffic aren't keeping you up at night or waking you up early morning. There is a Starbucks connected to the hotel which is nice. Overall it is a very simple but clean hotel.
Only negative thing I could say is that the pillows aren't the most comfortable, but that's a small thing to complain about. Otherwise great hotel.
The room was well done, I had great views and the bed was super-comfy! The staff was incredibly helpful and nice.
I didn't like paying an extra $18 for parking
Laundry facilities, rooftop viewing area, just a few blocks from the Seattle Center. 30+ downhill walk to Pikes Place.
Clean, friendly staff, get a corner room where there's an awesome window that opens up to the outside.
We arrived and the gentleman at the desk said our room wasn't quite ready. He said "I have a single bed room available, is that okay?" To which I responded, our room is a double bed room and I pulled out my receipt and showed him, to which he then gave us the correct room. (Which was very nice) During checkout we went up and told them we were leaving and then said we owe $460. I then said, "This was already pre-paid, and pulled out my receipt." He then said "Oh yes, I see it here."
Location near restaurants we wanted to dine.
The room was clean and the staff were friendly. The room has a kitchenette and the grocery store is right across the street. There is also a rooftop terrace. So go to the store, get some wine and cheese and watch the sun set over the sound. There are a lot of restaurants in the area and you can take the monorail to get into downtown Seattle. Also if you are taking a cruise, they have a shuttle to the piers. We were surprised that the inn does not mention this on their website. Our friends would have stayed there if they knew about this.
Great location for Key Arena and the Space Needle. Monorail at the Space Needle takes you right downtown. I would stay again if I were in Seattle.
Staff was amazing! Loved the roof top, bikes, and fresh fruit water each day
Everything was great, from the location, to the very helpful and friendly staff. I would stay here again and recommend it to someone that wanted to stay in this area of Seattle.
The only complaint I have is the only ice machine in the hotel is in the lobby. I think maybe there would be room to put small ice machines by the elevators on each floor.
My family has stayed here two times now. We liked it so much the first time, we intentionally booked it for our following trip. The location is great! Close to Seattle center, super convenient public transportation, good food nearby- including an adorable old school bakery.
The room we had was SMALL, despite us requesting a larger one at booking/online check in.
Location and on-site parking were great.
No AC in room. Might not matter on a typical Seattle day, but it was in the 80s and we were on the 5th floor. For $250/night, I expect to be comfortable; we had to keep finding reasons to go out because our room was so hot. Also, many different cleaning products with many different smells=a bit nauseating.
We stayed for two nights and housekeeping never camed to clean or make the bed or give us clean towels, the shower handle was ready to fall off and the towel holder did fall off, for the price we paid it could have been a lot better, wont stay there again.
Location was great. Close to the Space Needle and several great coffee shops. Easy walk to two grocery stores and many restaurants. Rooftop has great views of the city.
No air conditioning made the room uncomfortably warm. Extra surcharge for wifi access. Room was very small.
