Lovely in hotel restaurants. Historic , grand feeling. Exceptional staff
Maybe a microwave but that doesn’t fit with the cordial, old fashioned elegant room.
We went in for breakfast, but nobody greeted us, so we went somewhere else.
I have stayed here twice before and returned for a weekend get away with my son. Hotel is in a superbly renovated heritage building (an old gentlemen's club with lots of history). The lounge bar area is exceptional in terms of history - good place for drinks and a snack. The bed was very comfortable and the room size adequate. The adjacent restaurant, Juno, is very good for breakfasts and lunch and dinners. Great downtown location. Excellent service.
The bathroom sink was clogged and did not drain properly.
I really loved the detail that was used to see to my comfort. The warm cookie that was offered upon check-in was a lovely touch. I also appreciated the follow up call to my room to ensure the accommodations were to my liking. I ordered room service which arrived in an acceptable time. I had the chicken piccata which was delicious.
large bathroo, beds are good. lobby is beautiful .
there was no room slippers and shoe horn in the room.
