Maintenance issue (shower not draining) was only addressed after multiple requests. The issue shouldn’t have even been present when we arrived, as it would have been obvious during the housekeeping process prior to our arrival. To have to make multiple requests to get this fixed is unacceptable.
Property is tired
Setting is spectacular, spa is nice
Forgot to clean room 1 day, spa and restaurant outrageously overpriced. Restaurant trying to be chic, following nouvel cuisine concept, but one walks away still hungry in spite of paying $75/p.p. Property is tired.
Run down property in beautiful venue
Spectacular venue and uniquely situated.
Property is run down. Massive investment needed. Rooms: had a junior suite and found it fine. Curtains were a thin sheer fabric that was dirty. Shower head didn't function properly so shower wasn't relaxing. Furniture outdated. Porch dirty and unkempt. Spa: Shocking that the spa is so highly rated - locker room lockers didn't work, showers grungy, dirty towels everywhere as attendant never there, the masseuse was 15 min late for one of my treatments. You get it.
Room staff environment beauty spa overall wonderful
Very hard to find parking if you bring a car. $5 for a cup of coffee confusing to get around
Location was amazing. Boynton Canyon was gorgeous and there were a lot of activities to participate on the properties. Facilities were top-notch.
Had multiple issues with the staff. Service at View180 and Che-Ah-Chi was pretty slow. Had to ask on multiple occasions for drink refills or to get a check. They ran out of towels at the pool and weren't able to send anyone down in the few hours we were there to put out new ones.
