We had never been to Seoul before and wanted to book a hotel close to the shopping areas. The hotel was at an ideal location. Exit the hotel's front entrance, make a right turn, walk to the corner and find the stairs leading to the shops underground. Or, a gray cab to Namdaemun is only $1.90.The room carpet was stained. Everything else was immaculate. The marbled bathroom has the latest Toto. The hotel restaurants were pricey. An alternative? From the lobby, go down the stairway to their basement food court which is run by their department store. It's inexpensive and good.
It was so awesome staying here thanks to the great service and every thing!!
Good location. Great staff and cleanliness especially the concierge. Nothing
Location, room size and oversize window. Somewhat dated fixtures in bathroom; hotel inaccurately labels 'new wing' as 'new' when it's been almost 10 years since construction (circa 2006).
The hotel was gorgeous and the location was great. The staff at the hotel helped me with all of my needs and my stay was amazing. The lighting was a bit tricky to figure out in rooms.
The location was central to everything in Seoul. Perfect. The staff was very helpful and friendly. The room was clean, modern and comfortable. There was a direct entrance to the underground shopping center and subway. while there were restaurants inside the hotel, they were too expensive for my taste, and with so many other options around the hotel to eat at, why would you eat at the hotel.
Very attentive staff. Unique rooms. Very expensive food for the quality.
Airport bus 6015 stops right outside the hotel which is really convenient for travellers. Being a business hotel, room size was expected to be compact with little space for big lugguage.
Very well organized hotel which offers all you need for a nice city trip & shopping !
I liked the location, which is located in Myeong-Dong. They didn't have bottled water. The gym did not an eclytical rider (only tread mills). The gym had a TV but it did not work. The TV in the hotel room was too small, the heater kept going on and the room was too hot. I called the front desk but it seemed they didn't know what was wrong either, although I think they knew there was a problem. The room itself was kind of small but it was okay. However, I felt that the hallways were dirty and it seemed maintenance had not been done regularly. Walls had marks and carpet seemed dirty. The bathroom in the room was below average, a unit that had been installed. Overall, I would not stay at this hotel. I would recommend the hotel to improve the maintenance and the overall quality of the hotel. I would rather pay more to stay at a higher quality hotel. Location was the best part about this hotel.
All staff are tenderly and kindness! It was not easy to booking a twin room. I recommend that you make a reservation early.
Comfortable & good location. Nothing.
in the middle of the city centre, underground train just a few step. Breakfast is good need more drawer to keep belonging inside the room. Need a bigger lounge
It is near to a lot of restaurants and shopping streets which is great as we had 2 young children w us. We could not venture too far. My hubby and I take turns to shop (one parent stays in the hotel) and we don't have to worry that we are too far away from our children if they need us. 1. We stayed in a junior suite. On a few occassions, we returned to the hotel around 3pm- the room was still not cleaned up whereas our friends who stayed in a double room- the room was cleaned up,
the location of the hotel is perfect, the staff are nice. the hotel need to improve the cleanliness of the room, especially the towels.
Ibis Myeong-Dong is in the heart of the night life with lots of shoppings and restaurants. Airport bus stops right in front of the hotel. Hotel has free wired internet access which is a plus. The water causes light burning sensation after shower. Don't know why.
The location of the hotel is ideal for shopping around in Seoul. The hotel staffs are helpful and approacheable. Will definitely go back for my next visit to Seoul.
Location. Great Staff.
Good location, good for shopping and business Air conditioner was not good enough for day time to reach 22degree C.
Best location in Seoul, right in the center, very close to City Hall and Palaces. Subway is 100 yards away.
Check-inn and check out very quick. Conveniently located near city hall, metro access and within 5 minutes walking of my business address. No complaints
Friendly and Helpful Staff City Centre Location - walking distance to two palaces, subway, restaurants, city tour and airport busses Room was spacious and clean nothing:)
Best location and very convenient.
I liked how close it was to the festivities that were going on while my stat there. I liked how the walls really blocked sound coming in from other rooms, it made me feel very seperated from the world. I did not like how the staff would look at my girlfriemd different than they would look at me, it really put off our mood for a bit. Also i got the room with the intent of it having a two person tub and it did not, but we were already put off by the mood we recieved so we didnt choose to pursue the matter.
Friendly staff Front desk staff somewhat too 'formal'
The hotel was literally steps (5-15 minutes) from some of the attractions, train station, tourist info kiosk. A staff brought me to my room and explained how to work the card key and explained which was free and can be charged to the room. Room was clean. There was no thermostat to adjust the heat in the room. I found the setting a bit warm. What solved the problem (partly) was to open an inner window so there was a slight cool breeze that came from the outside.
Accommodate early check-in; a little bit too expensive
nearby restaurants near good book a hotel website gay worlds also believe 、a very bad hotel！
general In general, large room, then it should be a hotel Chinese tour groups, not very friendly
Room was nice, good breakfast, nice facilities. Staff had mixed knowledge of local restaurants. One was very helpful, the next night the staff didn't seem to know any of them.
