Pros: The staff were great, the room was good. Took care of all our needs promptly
Cons: Only the weather, and no a/c
Pros: The bed was comfortable, rooms clean, great location.
Cons: That I didn’t book more time.
Pros: Location was spectacular. Boat ride and hiking were great. All you can eat dinner buffet was yummy.
Cons: Little pricey.
Pros: Stayed in Chalet 15. Rustic wood structure reminded us of a cabin in the woods. The fireplace was very nice as it was a little cool at night so we lit it shortly to take the chill out. The mattress on the bed was super comfy! Loved having a fridge to cool drinks. The sofa was nice to sit on. Ate at the restaurant and both the server and food were fantastic!!! The planked salmon is a must! The gift shop was nice and contained some local products which I love to see. :) They offer government rates so always ask even when you book online!
Cons: Mold on the shower which looks thrown together as an after-thought. Could see through the plank wall into the bed area while sitting on the toilet! The pool was green and cloudy the day we arrived and ended up being closed the next day. Seems like they were having problems with the payment machines as we saw that several people had to retry payment on different machines. No doubt this was due to their internet still being dial-up! We were lucky to not have any issues. The games building smells musky and looks very outdated and run down. Holes in the pool table matting, REALLY old upholstered furniture that should be replaced, and shuffle board pieces were broken.
Pros: It was very quiet and most of the staff were friendly
Cons: The menu is limited
Pros: Location and facilities
Cons: Slightly old fashioned and battered in decor. But still clean and comfortable.
Pros: Setting absolutely beautiful, tranquil. Staff friendly, food very good. Lots to do, wished could have had the time to stay longer.
Pros: Staff excellent, rooms clean , comfortable and fresh, surroundings beautiful
Cons: I have been many times in the past. The structures seem a little worn, the games room games need refreshing especially the shuffle board!Having said that , the rooms were well cared for and therefore very comfortable. Just some tell tale signs that the structures themselves need some work.
Pros: Amazing nature: Otters and birds of prey hunting fish in the river in front of the room, colorful birds everywhere. Free canoe and kayak rental. Nice hiking trails start here. Small children get free meals.
Cons: WiFi signal low in the room, in combination with no cell network in the area. Coffee pads in the room were 11 years old and no longer usable.
Pros: Atmosphere was great. Loved seeing the birds at dinner/breakfast
Cons: Wi-fi never worked. Had it up once for a while but soon went down and I tried several times before we left. Made for some inconvenience. However, would have liked to have used the pool which was also not operating.
Pros: River behind chalet was scenic.
Cons: The owner is not putting any money back into building maintenance. The window trim, decks and facia boards on most of the units were peeling and needed painting. The bathtub in our chalet was stained yellow and the wall tile had mold or mildew.
Pros: I was impressed with the staff at Breakfast in the morning very pleasant and helpful.Great food as well.
Cons: Was satisfied with all aspects with our stay. Late arriving and our room was held on honor alone...I appreciate this as I did not realize the office closed in the evening.
Pros: Tidy and easy to find
Pros: Would like to see more gluten free options on menu.
Pros: The staff were fabulous
Cons: There is nothing to do after visiting the Sherbrooke village
Pros: Nice, place to stay, friendly, clean, actually a nice refreshing town as well.
Cons: The a/c is a real fisher price, Cracker Jack model. The flappy pull outs to cover the window are flimsy, look underneath it and there’s the outside air. Im not familiar with the area and security but there’s easy room entry tru there.
Pros: Quiet location just outside of town, restaurant on premises, large room, comfortable mattress. Someone had turned the air conditioner on before I arrived, which was thoughtful.
Cons: When the restaurant closed every one left! It was a bit disconcerting to be all alone at a motel! Big, shiny, black ants on the bed and wall, I hoped they would sleep when I did so I wouldn’t wake up to any bites!
Pros: The manager was extremely helpful.
Cons: Price was too high for that early I n the season. No.
Pros: Quiet. Food the very good and service great
Cons: No complaints
Pros: Quiet, easy parking, close to Shelbourne Hictorical Village. Excellent restaurant attached. Nice people.
Cons: No one around in morning, until after 11:00 AM!!!
