4.0 Okay
Pros: We were there for 3 days. They would only give us one roll of toilet paper at a time even though we were out...said they were out of paper towels. Bathroom wasn't very clean-hairs around base of toilet and in tub. Just disappointing. Won't stay again.
Cons: Computer and printer out of order in "business center". Complimentary to do laundry, however, machines out of order. (I should have stayed at Candlewood Suites). Hotel only provides shampoo, no conditioner BUT they sell it in their "store"..never again.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Easy access throughout - parking, room, gym, breakfast lounge, and front desk.
Cons: Wish there had been more variety offered at breakfast, especially fresh fruit.
9.0 Excellent
Pros: Good breakfast

10.0 Excellent
Pros: Everything was great! The staff was friendly and helpful, the room was spacious, clean and comfortable, and breakfast was good. We were traveling west and it was well worth driving the extra hour out of Williston, ND to stay here.
Cons: Nothing could have been changed to improve the stay.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: All of the staff, from check in to ck out, genuinely appear to want to serve hotel guests. The mgr is gluten intolerant savvy & eager to accommodate hotel guests who follow this special diet. Very helpful & welcoming. A new find for us!
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Room was clean and beds are super comfortable. I also like the fact the breakfasts were not the same every day. Staff was super friendly and accommodating.
Cons: no complaints.
9.0 Excellent
Pros: Large comfortable clean new rooms. Bed was great.
Cons: Because it’s a long stay there is no ice machine. But the front desk did get ice for me from the kitchen
10.0 Excellent
Pros: They served a complimentary dinner the night we checked in. It was a complete surprise but very welcome.
Cons: No
2.0 Mediocre
Pros: I was trying to decide between Candlewood Suites & Mainstay. Chose Mainstay because of complimentary laundry, business center, bigger room & breakfast. Disappointing stay. Washing Machines not working properly, business center out of order.
Cons: Room was okay but bathroom was not as clean as it should have been. One of the overnight desk attendants was friendly and helpful but the rest of the staff was not. Stayed here because I thought it would be a better choice than Candlewood Suites-WRONG.
9.0 Excellent
Pros: Quiet; Small kitchen with full fridge in the room.
Cons: Breakfast not well enough stocked for the number of guests.

Cons: They use front desk clerks to clean besides take care of front. They carry a phone around with them. and I guess it is very hard to get help there. So on second day no one cleaned our bathroom or left us towels. Fire alarm went off first night and scared us to death but no fire.

2.5 Mediocre
Pros: Bed was comfortable. Room attendant cleaned the room well . Probably the only one that actually did her job right!
Cons: They are not pet friendly! No good place for pets to take care of themselves. Put us on the second floor to far from the elevator to use .So we had to walk our dogs down and out the back door. By the way No Cats .And they only have 2 dog friendly rooms! $ 25 each night per dog ! Breakfast was terrible. Spa was closed. Couldn't use it or the pool anyways because my pets couldn't be left in the room or a dog run ! Tv didn't work and when I reported it ; the person acted like it was a inconvenience. And smoking is at the entrance. So take the dogs out to pee and poop out back then put them in your car to go up front to smoke.

Pros: Pool and hot tub were perfectly clean. Clean room and hallways. Totally clean smelling. Good breakfast. Everything is quite good.
Cons: The bathroom is strange and noisy because the exhaust fan runs 24 hours a day even with the light off...all night long. Irritating, and a probable fire hazard eventually. Small bathroom...when you're on the toilet there's no room to shut the door.

Pros: The rooms were really nice especially for the price! The shower head was high enough that my husband didn’t have bend over to get hiss hair wet!
Cons: I didn’t care for the fact that there seemed to be only one enterence to the building. No matter how far away you parked, you had to go to the front to get out of the rain.

Pros: Very quiet. Good location.
Cons: Thought there was suppose to be a warm breakfast but there wasn't. It had a weird smell.
5.0 Okay

Pros: On site bar and grill, incredible price for the quality and convenience of location
4.0 Okay
Pros: The best thing about the “motel” is the Taphouse bar and grill is right behind it.
Cons: The beds were dirty! It look like the maid just remade the beds with out changing the sheets. I was told that the Continental would be served at the hotel down the street.

10.0 Excellent
Pros: Clean nice and spacious room for me and my three boys. Location was right as I pulled into town. Staff was great and offered several recommendations.
Cons: Bathroom was small. Although it did have shower and tub toilet was super close to wall making it difficult to use. Was able to connect kids tablets to WiFi but both cell phones would not even find the WiFi. But it was ok.
7.5 Good
Pros: Rooms were clean and comfortable. Staff was friendly and accommodating.
Cons: Continental breakfast consisted of store bought rolls.
5.0 Okay
Pros: The price was decent, location convenient, and hot shower. Wi-Fi works, just weak signal. Cable tv. Has a fridge and microwave. Not a busy town or motel.
Cons: There are other guests smoking in non smoking rooms and you can smell it in the hallway. Could hear another guest yelling on her phone in the middle of the morning, and people fighting in the parking lot. The breakfast is not edible, I woke up early and there were 4 hard cinnamon rolls in the case, the bathroom had black stains all over the floor and cigarette burns, there is only baseboard heat and no markings on the dial. When you get too hot and turn on the AC, it rattles.

Pros: Room a good size and a good price.
Cons: Staff not friendly, rear stairwell had litter which gave a poor first impression.had hoped for good breakfast after reading reviews and hotel spiel, but was v disappointed, potatoes not cooked through, cold eggs, and awful sliced hot dog type sausage!!yuk.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: The breakfast layout was nothing fancy but was adequate for me. The bed was nice and the shower had good water pressure. The desk clerk gave me a good deal on the room and was very friendly! This was not a fancy hotel but it served my needs.
Cons: Can't say that I didn't like anything .
6.3 Good
Pros: The breakfast was good and set up early.
Cons: I booked 3 rooms all on one credit card. I had to pay for each room separately, so the check in took 15 minutes. Once we got to our room we found that the tv would not work as the hdmi cable was missing and the a/c unit would not blow any air so I went down to tell the check in lady and she found a hdmi cable in another room so the tv worked but not the air. We slept with the window open all night. She did offer to change rooms but at 10:00 pm we decided not to. Also one of the other rooms I rented did not have a functioning a/c.
4.3 Okay
Pros: Day one the breakfast was fair with potatos sausage and eggs
Cons: Sunday morning at 8:15 the breakfast bar was pretty much waffles bread baggels cereal and the three warming trays were emty and off. Checked again at 9:15 and verything ws getting put away

3.0 Mediocre
Pros: Proce
Cons: Rude front desk staff, bug infestation.
9.0 Excellent
Cons: Need more plug ins...use a cpap machine for sleeping and could not plug it in by the bed.
3.8 Mediocre
Pros: Sleep
Cons: Washcloths were dirty. I wanted to take a bath but when I seen the bathtub I decided I would pass. The lights were missing bulbs and one was hanging broken (fire hazard) and had to switch a bulb just to see to read in living area. I looked for an outlet next to the bed and couldn't find one for my heating pad. The outlet was broken where the ac/heater plugged in. Finally found an outlet away from the bed and part of it was burned out/not working. It was absolutely freezing in the room when we got there and it was snowing and we tried to get in the door to come in from outside (main door) and it was either locked or broken/not working properly. The employee had to mess with it to let us in. Advertised hot breakfast and went to eat and no hot breakfast but the employee told me that the Best Western down the way had hot Breakfast....the linens smelled stale (towels, washcloths ect) and so did the hotel. Very stuffy ...sad...I thought the place was going to be a decent place...I was told that there wasnt enough customers staying for them to do the hot breakfast. Tip: take care of ALL your customers the same way if you want to improve your business and don't advertise something you don't have. And clean please, fix what's broken...
10.0 Excellent
Pros: clean
Cons: no
8.0 Excellent
Pros: didn't eat
Cons: service at front desk, check in.. very vague information provided.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: staff, room, breakfast, Amber
Cons: nothing
4.3 Okay
Pros: The parking and the size of the King suite was good
Cons: The staff was very rude and messed up my reservations and then tried to make me feel bad about their mess up...We stayed for 2 nights with 2 rooms and neither one of the rooms got cleaned and their were no new linens brought in or beds made or garbages taken out.....this is what we came back to after our 1st night...I have a family of 7 so we needed 2 rooms in order to accommodate us and we feed our family at hotels to make it more affordable....& on that note...the breakfast was NOT like advertised...no coffee, No juice, frozen sandwiches and waffles I don’t believe that I will ever stay here again...plain bad experience....
