When we came in the first day, the staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The hotel is family owned, and they go out of their way to make sure you feel like a part of the family. They noticed that we didn't order a specific room, so they went out of their way to see if one with a balcony was available for us. The next day, after talking with them, they noticed that one of their better rooms was available so they changed our room for the rest of the week for free. They offer a great breakfast for a great deal. The restaurant is also first class with great staff. The location is also great because it's close to the beach, and just outside the city limits so you can get a quiet night's rest.
Very comfortable room, big size. Nice swimming pool. Friendly staff. Very poor breakfast!!! In booking it was written about lunch, costs 16 EUR. In information book in the room was written time 13.00-15.00. But it wasn't
not a lot Hotel staff was clueless on nearly everything, took me forever to check in, a/c wasn't working in my room nor the 2nd one I tried to stay in. No places to eat around the city at like 10 pm. Overall lousy place.
We liked the location of the hotel, the staff was very friendly and it wasnt crowded, in fact, I think we were practically the only ones there except when they got a tour busload, a couple times a week for overnight stays. the laundry lost some of our clothes we sent to be washed, two pair of womens slacks and a brand new mans sportshirt, plus some smaller items
Although the hotel wasn't totally finished, the staff were very friendly and helpful and you weren't aware of the work going on. Lovely decor and lovely food also
The hotel has a large swimming pool and it is close to many points of interest: Solana, Trogir, Split, Klis. Very poor isolation of walls between rooms, no isolation door to gangway. No orange juice in the morning, but a kind of brown colored nectar... poor breakfast buffet
Never a 5 star hotel
It was quiet and easy to use. I liked to use the amenities and it was close to Salona Not enough towels. IT link on the computer in the room.
Hotel is unfinished, service max. 3 star, never a 5 star hotel. Cheap for a very Comfortable hotel room.
It was clean and within walking distance of beach. Air conditioner did not blow cold air.
The room was very clean and affordable for a one night stay. The hotel owner dropped us in the city the next morning. The owner of the hotel did not speak a word of english and was very hard to communicate. The area is not that great but once you walk into the village a bit more it is lovely.
Room was very clean; everything was working (air condition, hot water etc.); The building was quite new (in 2010); Furniture in good condition; Quiet location; Owner was friendly and helpful; Free parking near hotel Hotel is hard to find, no signs at all; Room was very small; Room was not the same shown on the photos at booking.com (the photos displayed while booking show a much bigger room); Very few kitchen utensils, but owner provided additional utensils upon request; Parking spot does not belong to hotel (public space), therefor no reserved parking slots; Hotel is located in a densely built-up area, nearby building was just 5-6m away
The owner is a nice person and very helpful but with our lack of German and his small amount of English communications were challenging. However we managed and he stored our car for us while we were away on the Islands for 6 days. As I said he is a nice and helpful man. Probably because of the language issues we never did find out about the breakfast. The place is excellent, in a nice quiet location, close to the beach, supermarkets and good restaurants. We would go back. We arrived at check in time 2.00: No one was there, we came back at 3.30 it took some phone calls to get someone to meet us, and they told us the owner would be another 30 minutes. We understood his reasons for not being there at the time. No
Its a brand-new building in a pleasant enough small village. Room facilities all worked & the bathroom/ shower was good. Its not well sign-posted and access is down quite a steep slope. The tourist office in town seemed a bit dog-in-the-manger-ish about the appartments, claiming that they were not fully licensed yet. Our room was quite small for a double & the balcony view was a bit limited. Other rooms do appear to be larger & may face seawards.
Breakfast was very nice & served well. We especially enjoyed the quietness of the area.
Rate, kindness at the reception and restaurant, nice breakfast. Rooms not very comfortable, no elevator, ubication, very difficult to find unless you have a GPS...
We had 3 nights in a larger room upstairs with a small view of the water, roof tops, and township. The beds were comfortable & clean and bathroom very dark, but adequate. A very basic room. However there were quite a few wooden spiral stairs to navigate with our luggage although we did have some assistance. Downstairs the breakfast was served in the restaurant which was brought to your table, and dinner at night in the same restaurant was expensive but satisfactory. Finding the Pansion was rather difficult being hidden away in a very narrow back street. We had to ask locals the location. The small car park about 30 metres away from the Pansion was cramped, and not easy to negotiate. The reception area was often unattended & very spartan, but the staff were pleasant.
